成人高等教育“功利化”是其利益相关者急功近利、追名逐利的名利思想与不当行为,有悖于成人高等教育“公益性”的初衷,是成人高等教育持续、协调与健康发展的精神枷锁与行为桎梏。根据文献研究与实证研究相结合的方式,提出成人高等教育功利化是什么、成人高等教育为什么功利化、怎样去成人高等教育功利化的思路,对成人高等教育功利化问题进行再探讨,以促使成人高等教育重返教书育人的本真与公益事业的初心。
