由于我国1996年正式取消毕业分配工作制度,大学生毕业必须面临自己找工作的问题。然而高校大学生的就业形势却越来越严峻。沉重的就业压力不仅使毕业生在毕业前焦虑情绪严重,就业压力甚至影响到了大一大二的学生,甚至出现了以就业为导向的培养模式,沉重的就业压力严重影响了我国人才培养的质量。目前针对就业焦虑的界定、测量、相关研究、现状和影响因素四方面入手,综合分析大学生的就业焦虑。并通过以上四方面的研究和启发,针对众多研究者对大学生就业焦虑的研究进行总结与分析,给与各方研究者进行参考研究,同时也为高校的就业指导和心理辅导提供参考,并能有效缓解大学生就业焦虑。
