国家"双一流"建设方案的出台,为高校尤其是地方高校一流大学和一流学科建设带来了新机遇与新挑战。地方高校作为高等教育体系的主体,在服务地方经济社会发展过程中,具有其他高校无法替代的作用。地方高校如何把握"双一流"建设的机遇,更好地促进一流学科建设,从而建成国内乃至世界一流大学是地方高校面临的重要战略任务。基于此,通过界定地方高校一流学科建设的内涵与特征,分析地方高校一流学科建设过程中存在的问题及原因,对地方高校如何强化一流学科建设提出建议:一是以地方需求为导向,凝练重点建设学科方向;二是以人才队伍建设为核心,增强师资实力;三是以社会支持为依托,筹措学科经费;四是以制...
