国际贸易合同作为法律语言,长期以来所定义的标准是＂精准＂。而在实际工作中,合同条款常常会使用模糊限制语来表达时间、地点、规格等信息,造成语用含糊。我们从语用学角度来分析这些现象,提出合同条款中适当的模糊反而更加能够体现语言的灵活性,实现语用的合作原则,促进合同的顺利履行。
