批评话语分析已经成为语言学中的一个新兴分支学科.但是迄今,话语分析的界定、学科任务和目的依然没有理清.因此,本文从批评话语分析和积极话语分析的反思入手,提出:(1)话语是一个与语言对立的本体论范畴;(2)它以(书面)文本和(口头)语篇为存在形式;(3)由于研究目的不同,话语分析属于社会学、语言哲学和语言学.就语言学框架中的话语分析而言,其研究对象和目的相同,都是话语单位、话语单位之间的关系和话语单位的使用规则.

Critical discourse analysis has become a new branch in linguistics. Nevertheless, up till now, the definition of discourse analysis, discipline task and its purpose are still ambiguous.
