中国休闲农业是20世纪70年代末开始发展起来的一个新的研究领域。休闲农业是随着经济的发展和旅游消费市场的需要而发展的,它为人们观光旅游、休闲健身、欣赏田园风光、享受农家乐趣等提供了新的空间场所。近年来,许多学者关于休闲农业开展了大量的研究,取得了大量的成果,经过总结归纳,主要对休闲农业的概念、属性特征、发展背景、发展模式、发展历程、意义和规划理论、原则进行了综述。在此基础上,提出了当前休闲农业研究中存在的问题并展望其发展前景。

Entertainment agriculture research begun in the middle and late of 1970s in China, and then for many scholars it remains the new field. Entertainment agriculture is a new kind of industry which combined agriculture with tourism with the development of agriculture economic and the demand of tourism consumption.
