组织嵌入在促进农户绿色技术采纳行为中扮演着重要角色，有效推动着绿色农业高质量发展。通过湖南省水稻种植户1??203份数据，采用Probit模型和PSM模型，研究组织嵌入对农户绿色技术采纳的影响，并进行计量回归，结果表明组织嵌入显著提升农户绿色技术采纳，经过转换模型后结论依旧成立。此外，研究还发现农户婚姻状况、受教育程度、健康状况、家庭收入和水稻种植面积对农户绿色技术采纳具有显著的促进作用，农户年龄、是否兼业、风险偏好对农户绿色技术采纳具有显著的抑制作用。因此，应该加强农民专业合作社建设，创新农民合作社模式，促进农户绿色技术采纳，从而有效推动农业高质量发展。
