大多数学者认为,城镇化是一个系统工程,城镇化建设中的金融支持应通过构建全方位、多层次、高效率的金融支撑体系,为城镇化建设提供全面的、可持续的资金保障。现有的研究主要是围绕政策性金融、财政性金融、商业性金融的角度进行不同的资本调节和资源配置。针对城镇化建设中的民生金融研究及其资本投入非常薄弱,导致金融资本的流动没有围绕和服务于人的真正需要进行最优化配置,民生金融体系和金融服务创新缺乏,不利于在民生领域发展多层次、多元化的金融资本市场。推进以人为核心的新型城镇化,必须着重进行民生金融支持体系的调整和创新,以应对民生金融资源供给失衡和低效率配置等问题对新型城...
