以库拉索芦荟为材料进行组织培养研究 ,分别以根、茎节、茎尖和叶为外植体接种于不同的诱导培养基中诱导芽的分化 ,待芽长至 5cm左右时将其接入不同的生根培养基中生根 ,结果表明 :茎节接种于MS（196 2 ） + 6-BA 4.0mg/L +NAA 0 .2mg/L诱导效率最高 ,而根没有产生不定芽 ;1/2MA +IAA 0 .2 5mg/L +NAA 0 .2 5mg/L +活性炭 0 .3g/L有利于试管苗的生根。

In order to induce bud regeneration, explants taken from roots, stem nodes, shoot-tips and leaves were inoculated in different medias. The plantlets regenerated from explants were cultured in different rooting medias when they grew to 5cm or so. The results show that the ability of bud regeneration was the highest when stem nodes were cultured in MS media supplemented with 6-BA4.0mg/L and NAA0.2mg/L, while no shoot regenerated from explants of root; and roots formed from the regenerated shoots easily in 1/2MS med...
