The support policy about the family farm have issued. Based on the family farm in Hunan province as sample and the literature analysis,this paper construct entrepreneurial talents and management environment as intermediary variable structural equation model. Empirical test the supporting policies and relationship of the family farm and found that: supporting policies for family farm operating performance directly effect is not significant,but indirectly through the path of two mediation effect is remarkable.
