Purpose: Soil microbial communities are critically important to agricultural ecosystems. The present study aimed to evaluate the changes in soil microbial community composition and functional groups after planting Phallus rubrovolvatus. Methods: Illumina platform were adopted to characterize the bacterial and fungal diversity in the soil cropped with P. rubrovolvatus for 0 and 1year. Results: The results showed that planting P. rubrovolvatus reduced the bacterial and fungal diversity in the soil, and the dynamics of the soil bacterial diversity...
