Rice (Oryza sativa) is an important food crop in China and root-knot nematode Meloidogyne graminicola has been one of the most important diseases on rice in recently five years (Ju et al. 2020). In August 2020, rice plants were found to be maldeveloped, yellow leaves and hooked root tips in an irrigated paddy field of Yuanyang County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province.
