Study on Detection of Antibodies against Japanese Encephalitis Virus in Sera of Dogs by Hemagglutination Inhibition Test

为调查犬血清中流行性乙型脑炎抗体存在情况,以高岭土和鸽红细胞消除犬血清中非特异性凝集因素干扰,采用血凝抑制试验检测了血清中乙脑抗体.检测的34份犬血清样本中流行性乙型脑炎血凝抑制抗体阳性21份,阳性率61.8%,以1∶20～1∶80的抗体为主(95.2%).结果表明,在犬血清中检出了流行性乙型脑炎抗体,且阳性率较高,提示犬体内存在乙脑病毒感染的可能.

In order to investigate the presence of antibodies against Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV) in canine serum,the kaolin and red blood cell of pigeon were used to eliminate nonspecific factors in canine serum and the antibodies against JEV in 34 canine serum were detected by hemagglutination inhibition test.There are antibodies against JEV in the 21 sera sample,the positive rate of sera sample is 61.8%,and the titer of antibody in most sera from 1∶20 to 1∶80(95.2%).The results showed that there were antibody against JEV in some canine sera,and the positive rate is hig...
