本试验旨在研究蒙脱石(Smectite,SM)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,BS)及其联用对蛋鸡血浆生化指标、小肠刷状缘酶活性和黏蛋白表达的影响。采用2×2双因子随机设计,选择29周龄健康的罗曼蛋鸡360只,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.5 g/kg SM、5×10^8 CFU/kg BS、0.5 g/kg SM+5×10^8 CFU/kg BS的试验饲粮。预试期1周,正试期10周。主效应分析表明:添加SM降低了蛋鸡血浆谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性(P
