2016年我国全面二孩政策开始实行，政策性失独终将成为历史，但失独现象尤其是失独者面临的困境在短时期内仍难以解决。文章借鉴长三角地区失独家庭扶助经验，通过供给侧改革构建以社区服务平台为依托的失独家庭“社区＋”差异化服务供给模式，可以将政府、社会组织及市场等多方资源整合为社区＋政府、社区＋社会组织、社区＋社会组织＋市场等服务供给方式，从而达到用有限的资源最大效益地满足失独家庭需求的目标。

Since the nationwide implementation of two-child policy in 2016, policy-caused only-child loss is now part of the history. But the problem of only-child loss, particularly the predicament that the family has to face cannot be solved during a short period of time. The parents＇ need for economic support, spiritual consolation, daily care and medical treatment security gradually increases as they are getting old.
