Since the establishment of the project in 2013, with the aim of cultivating international talents, the project team has been focusing on how to improve the quality of language teaching. Combining with the development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, in view of the difficulties and obstacles in the current language teaching of cultivating international talents, we make a deep research and exploration on college English graded teaching from the two aspects of theory and practice, to clarify the research and practice of college English graded teaching, putting forward a set of effective "2+3+4" multidimensional college English graded teaching mode, which is conducive to accelerating the pace of international talent training and English teaching reform.

This paper analyzes the pragmatic empathy strategies of micro-language from the social-pragmatic model and pragmatic-linguistic model under the guidance of Verschueren's linguistic adaptation theory, and discusses the transmission and usage in micro-languages, not only conforms to the user's psychological world, social world and physical world, but uses the person deixis and tone words to achieve the effect of pragmatic empathy.<br/>
