摘要：
Peer assessment can be conducted online with rapid development of online learning technology. The current study was conducted empirically to investigate peer rating accuracy and student learning outcomes in online peer assessments, comparing compulsory and voluntary peer assessment. Section 1 (N = 93) was assigned to the voluntary group and Section 2 (N = 31) was assigned to the compulsory group. The results showed the voluntary group scored significantly higher than the compulsory group in the final task of the course, while there was no significant difference on the final task score increase. Students who participated in the voluntary group provided more accurate scores (i.e. peer rater accuracy) than those who participated in the compulsory group. The peer score leniency/severity rating, comparing peer assigned scores with the teacher assigned scores, were generally consistent with the peer rater accuracy results. The current study offers insights for researchers who are interested in studying the effect of online peer assessment activities. The results are also of interest for instructors who may want to conduct peer assessments in online courses and are choosing between compulsory and voluntary formats. © 2018, © 2018 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

摘要：
The aim of this study was to evaluate the measurement invariance of the Chinese version of the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire for Children and Adolescents (ERQ-CA; Gullone and Taffe (Psychological Assessment, 24(2), 409–417, 2011)) across gender. A total of 1388 Chinese adolescents (48.1% males), ranging in age from 11 to 16 years (M = 12.9, SD = 1.09) were recruited from four Chinese middle schools and completed the ERQ-CA. The Cronbach’s α values, omega coefficients, and item-total correlations for the two subscales of the ERQ-CA indicated adequate internal consistency reliability. The results of confirmatory factor analysis and multi-group confirmatory factor analysis revealed that all configural, metric, scalar, and partial strict invariance models provided acceptable fit to the data. The result of latent means analysis demonstrated statistically non-significant differences between boys and girls. In conclusion, these findings suggest that the ERQ-CA displays appropriate measurement invariance across gender for Chinese youth of ages 11 to 16. © 2018, Springer Science+Business Media B.V., part of Springer Nature and The International Society for Quality-of-Life Studies (ISQOLS).

摘要：
OBJECTIVE: To study the developmental trajectory of hope among late-adolescents, taking population heterogeneity and the impact of gender and family socioeconomic status (SES) into consideration. METHODS: The study used the Snyder Hope Scale to perform four surveys of a sample of 381 Chinese late-adolescents, both male and female, with a mean age of 17.69+/-1.12 years, over the course of one year, and employed a growth mixture model to perform data analysis. RESULTS: Although the levels of hope among the respondents who had high and moderate levels of hope at the outset of the study remained relatively stable over the course of the year, those with low levels of hope exhibited a significant decrease over time. CONCLUSIONS: There is significant population heterogeneity in late-adolescents' developmental trajectory of hope. Additionally, gender and family SES have a significant effect on the developmental trajectory of hope, as significantly more female students than male students reported high levels of hope. Furthermore, participants with high family SES outnumbered those with low family SES in the high-hope group, whereas those with low SES outnumbered those with high SES in the low-hope group.

摘要：
Urban heat island (UHI) effect causes tremendous ecological and environmental consequences. A better understanding of its spatial pattern and driving factors is highly required for designing effective mitigation strategies and adaptation measures. This study compared spatial patterns of surface UHI intensity (SUHII) and their driving factors between two agriculture-dominated regions (i.e., Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei (BTH), China and Illinois–Indiana–Ohio (IIO), the USA) based on the MODIS land surface temperature dataset. The results showed that: (1) IIO had significantly stronger daytime SUHII than BTH, while the nighttime SUHII showed an opposite phenomenon. (2) SUHIIs of different time were positively correlated in IIO, but the winter daytime SUHII was negatively correlated with the nighttime SUHII in BTH. (3) Spatial variations of summer SUHII were better predicted in IIO than that in BTH, but the opposite result was found for winter SUHII. (4) Some regression coefficients of the multiple linear regression models when modeling winter daytime SUHII were opposite between IIO and BTH. Findings of this study indicated different dominant surface energy processes in controlling the spatial pattern of SUHII in these two regions of different countries and recommended varied adaptation measures and mitigation strategies. © 2019 Elsevier Ltd

摘要：
High spatial resolution urban population dataset is increasingly required for sustainable urban planning and management. Dasymetric mapping is an effective approach to create such dataset. However, the created gridded total population datasets usually have limitation for urban analysis in developing countries as they usually underestimate urban population because of the strong urban-rural difference. In this study, we aimed to create a dataset of gridded urban population with 1 km resolution in China in year 2000 and 2010. We proposed an index of urban nighttime light (UNTL) by integrating radiance corrected DMSP nighttime light (RcNTL) and urban land, which is then used as weight to disaggregate county-level urban population. The validation using township population in Beijing as references shows reasonable accuracy with a mean relative error of 38% and a R-2 of 68%. Using only two widely available datasets (RcNTL and urban land), the proposed method is simple and computing efficient compared with methods using multiple geospatial data (e.g., land use and land cover, distance to city center, slope) and that combined with remote sensing imagery. As the used two auxiliary datasets are accessible globally, the method has great potential to produce similar urban population dataset for other developing countries where fine scale census population datasets are scarce. The produced urban population dataset is valuable for enriching our understanding of the urbanization process and designing sustainable urban planning and management strategies in China. 摘要：
Neuroticism is an important concept in psychology, self-report measures of neuroticism are important for both research and clinical practice. The neuroticism subscale of the Neuroticism-Extraversion-Openness Personality Inventory (NEO-PI) is a brief measure of neuroticism, and it was widely used in the world. This study was aimed to examine the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the neuroticism subscale of the NEO-PI. A total of 5,494 undergraduates from three universities and 551 clinical patients with mental disorders from a psychological clinic had completed the Chinese version of the neuroticism subscale of the NEO-PI. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed to examine how well the three hypothetical models fit the data and the measurement equivalence of neuroticism subscale across gender. The internal consistency and test-retest reliability were also evaluated. Both the six-facet model and the bi-factor model (six-facet model with one general factor) achieved satisfactory fit, while the six-facet model had best fit (Undergraduate sample: TLI = 0.919, CFI = 0.933, RMSEA = 0.044, SRMR = 0.033; Clinical sample: TLI = 0.921, CFI = 0.935, RMSEA = 0.047, SRMR = 0.041), and it had measurement equivalence across gender. The neuroticism subscale also showed acceptable internal consistency and good stability. Within the undergraduate sample, there were statistically significant gender differences in neuroticism total scores and scores of six facets, while there were no significant gender differences in the neuroticism scores in the clinical sample. Both in the undergraduate sample and the clinical sample, anxiety facet, depression facet and vulnerability facet of the neuroticism subscale significantly predicted the depression level, while anxiety facet, angry-hostility facet and vulnerability facet significantly predicted the anxiety level. In conclusion, the Chinese version of the neuroticism subscale is a reliable and valid measurement of neuroticism in both undergraduate and clinical population. © 2018 Xi, Zhong, Lei, Liu, Ling, Zhu, Yao and Yi.

Purpose: This study evaluated the measurement invariance of the Brief Multidimensional Students’ Life Satisfaction Scale (BMSLSS) and latent means across early adolescents from two diverse cultural settings, China and America. Methods: We sampled 2045 middle school students (960 males) from China and 1747 middle school students (887 males) from America. Confirmatory factor analysis and multi-group confirmatory factor analysis were performed to examine the factor structure and the measurement equivalence across the two cultures and then examined latent mean differences between Chinese early adolescents and American early adolescents. Results: Results of confirmatory factor analyses provided support for the expected one-factor structure. And a series of multi-group confirmatory factor analyses supported full configural invariance, full metric invariance, and partial scalar invariance between the two groups. These findings suggest that the BMSLSS may provide acceptable comparisons and meaningful correlates across the two differing cultures. Subsequent analyses of latent means indicated the suitability of the BMSLSS for conducting mean comparisons and revealed significant differences between Chinese early adolescents and American early adolescents. Conclusions: The BMSLSS appears to be suitable for cross-cultural studies between Chinese and American early adolescents. Chinese early adolescents reported lower life satisfaction than early American adolescents. © 2017, Springer International Publishing AG.

摘要：
Although existing contributions that explore service quality guarantee problem of a logistic service supply chain (LSSC) consider fairness concern behavior of one member, little attention is paid to considering the combination of members' fairness concern and the joint decision of pricing and service quality guarantee in LSSC. Therefore, it is necessary to research how different fairness concern affects the joint decision of pricing and service quality guarantee in an LSSC. First considering a price and quality-sensitive logistics service market, a basic model without fairness concern of a customized LSSC is established. Then, a new model with fairness concern of a decentralized LSSC is constructed based on the basic model. The optimal decision of the LSSC with fairness concern is investigated in three cases. In each case, we analyze the effect of fairness concern on the optimal decision, and the expected profits and utilities. Finally, some numerical studies are shown to verify our theoretical analyses and some managerial insights are given. © 2018 World Scientific Publishing Co.

Objective: This study aimed to examine the relationship between depression and two dimensions of hope (pathways thinking and agency thinking) in college students and explore the dynamics of the causal relationship between these variables. Methods: A longitudinal study was conducted and included 381 college students. Hope and depression were measured using Snyder's State Hope Scale and the Center for Epidemiological Survey Depression Scale respectively, four times within a year (at 4-month intervals), and cross-lagged regression analysis was performed. Results: The bidirectional paths between pathways thinking and depression were highly significant. The paths from agency thinking to depression were non-significant, but the paths from depression to agency thinking were significant. Conclusion: There was a significant bidirectional relationship between pathways thinking and depression. In addition, depression levels predicted levels of agency thinking, but levels of agency thinking did not predict depression levels. Therefore, interventions for depression should include strategies that assist individuals in the use of pathways thinking to establish specific routes via which to achieve their goals. 摘要：
The original Snyder's Dispositional Hope Scale (DHS) was applied to 224 American college students and the Chinese version to 255 Chinese college students. Equivalence of the two DHS was tested, including configural invariance, metric invariance, and scalar invariance. The results demonstrated that the Snyder's DHS has measurement equivalence between Chinese and American college students; that is, the same psychological structure was measured in Chinese and American college samples. Therefore, cross-cultural measurements of hope are valid. In addition, Chinese college students and American college students did not differ significantly on the Agency factor of the DHS whereas American students scored significantly higher than did Chinese college students on the Pathways factor. This dissimilarity may be explained by differences in the cultural backgrounds and education systems of the two countries. © 2018 Asian Association of Social Psychology and John Wiley & Sons Australia, Ltd

Hope is a higher-order cognitive construct relating to expectations of or beliefs in wish fulfillment, which has been conceptualized as consisting of 2 components: pathways thinking (the perceived means available to individuals that allow them to achieve their goals) and agency thinking (belief in one’s ability to succeed in using the identified pathways). We aimed to clarify the measurement structure of the Chinese version of the Adult Dispositional Hope Scale, using a sample of 751 university student participants. We employed confirmatory factor analysis to compare 1-factor, 2-factor, second-order, and bifactor models. The results showed that all models fit the measured data well. However, the bifactor model had the best fit indices, whereas the second-order model was the most consistent with the theoretical measurement model. To verify that hope theory and the corresponding instruments can be confidently applied to cross-cultural samples, it is necessary to further assess their reliability and validity in a Chinese cultural context through a measurement structure analysis. © 2018 Scientific Journal Publishers Limited. 摘要：
The brief version of the Borderline Symptom List (BSL-23) is a self-rated scale developed from the initial 95-item version of Borderline Symptom List (BSL-95). The current study aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the BSL-23. A total of 570 undergraduate students and 323 clinical patients completed the BSL-23, the borderline subscale of the Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire (PDQ-4+), the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D), the Barratt Impulsiveness Scale, 11th version (BIS-11), the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ) and the Attachment Style Questionnaire (ASQ). A Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was conducted to test the one-factor structure of the BSL-23. Cronbach's alpha, Omega coefficient, Split-Half coefficient, Mean Inter-Item Correlation (MIC) and test-retest reliability were also measured. The correlations between the BSL-23 and other psychological variables were used to assess criterion-related validity and convergent validity. Participants who scored = 5 on the borderline subscale of the PDQ-4+ were placed into the borderline personality disorder (BPD) screening-positive group, while the others were placed into the screening-negative group. Independent sample t-tests were performed to examine the differences in BSL-23 scores between the BPD screening-positive group and the BPD screening-negative group. The CFA results supported the one-factor structure of the BSL-23 in both samples. The internal consistency was high both in the undergraduate sample (Cronbach's a = 0.93, Omega = 0.95, Split-Half coefficient = 0.89, MIC = 0.38) and the clinical sample (Cronbach's a = 0.97, Omega = 0.97, Split-Half coefficient = 0.96, MIC = 0.56). The test-retest reliability within 2 weeks was 0.62. The BSL-23 displayed moderate to high correlations with the PDQ-4+-Borderline subscale, the CES-D, the BIS-11, the CTQ and the ASQ (r = 0.35-0.70). In addition, the BSL-23 discriminated between the BPD screening-positive and the BPD screening-negative participants, and also between the patient sample and undergraduate sample. In conclusion, the Chinese version of the BSL-23 has satisfactory psychometric properties to assess BPD symptoms. © 2018 Yang, Lei, Zhong, Zhou, Ling, Jungkunz and Yi.

摘要：
Japanese anchovy (Engraulis japonicus Temminck and Schlegel, 1846) is a keystone species in the food web of the Yellow Sea and East China Sea ecosystem. To study nutrient flow at intermediate and lower trophic levels, a controlled feeding experiment was carried out on a simplified food chain of the green alga Chlorella Beijerinck, 1890 – the calanoid copepod Calanus sinicus Brodsky, 1962 – E. japonicus. For the whole organism, bulk δ13C was found to be enriched with escalating trophic level, although the intertrophic gap in δ13C was slightly lower than the commonly reported 1.5‰ per increase in level. Furthermore, 15 amino acids (AAs) were detected in the studied organisms. Among them, the δ13C values of 12 AAs were determined and were found to exhibit diverse patterns of variation. The δ13C levels of essential AAs changed very little and were highly correlated across trophic levels, indicating that they underwent little trophic fractionation and were mainly ingested by the consumers from the proteins in their food. In contrast, the δ13C values of nonessential AAs differed greatly across trophic levels, indicating that the nonessential AAs in consumers were synthesized de novo from food proteins. The fractionation pattern of nonessential AAs may depend on the carbon pool and the AA composition of the organism at the lower trophic level. © 2018, Canadian Science Publishing. 摘要：
Live streaming is a booming industry in China, involving an increasing number of Internet users. Previous studies show that trust is a cornerstone to develop e-commerce. Trust in the streaming industry is different from that of other e-commerce areas. There are two major dimensions of trust in the live streaming context: platform trust and cewebrity trust, which are both important for customers to adopt and reuse a specific live streaming service. We collected questionnaire data from 520 participates who have used live streaming services in China. We model the collected data and identified factors that can influence users' propensity by an extended technology acceptance model (TAM) method. According to our analysis, both cewebrity trust and platform trust will greatly influence users' intention to reuse a certain platform. Moreover, results also indicate that cewebrity trust is far more important than platform trust. These findings can lead to several management strategies to improve the adherence of users to streaming platforms. Copyright © 2018 Tech Science Press.

摘要：
In order to access the asymmetric cross-correlation between two time series in a wide range of scales, the method of asymmetric multiscale multifractal detrended cross-correlation analysis (A-MMFCCA) is proposed in this study, which is an extension of the asymmetric detrended fluctuation analysis and the multifractal cross-correlation analysis. Multiscale multifractal detrended cross-correlation analysis enables us to find that the price and the load series of California electricity market exhibit long-range persistent multifractal cross-correlation at different scale ranges during 1999-2000, and the scale range has an important impact on the fractal properties of cross-correlation. Furthermore, the asymmetric cross-correlation between the price and the load series is detected by means of our proposed A-MMFCCA method. Through comparing the local Hurst surfaces with the uptrends and downtrends, we further find that the asymmetric cross-correlation between the price and the load series in 2000 is more significant than that in 1999; the contribution of asymmetric cross-correlation in 1999-2000 mainly depends on different directional trends at different scale ranges. The findings help to interpret the power crisis phenomenon and develop effective and prospective market policy recommendations.

摘要：
Biomass is the bioenergy carrier and can be converted to solid, liquid and gaseous fuels. Miscanthus, a plant type with high biomass yield potential, is a promising feedstock source for bioenergy production. However, the current expansion of miscanthus (Miscanthus spp.) production is constrained by a shortage of commercial varieties, especially those suitable for different energy usages and cultivation under adverse environmental conditions. Therefore, breeding or selecting high-biomass-yielding, high quality and stress tolerant miscanthus varieties is essential for the extension of miscanthus for bioenergy production. To effectively select elite germplasms and breed new varieties of miscanthus, it is necessary to establish a scientific evaluation method for analysing their energy potential. In this study, a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) model was designed to evaluate the potential of miscanthus germplasms as feedstock in four energy usages including combustion for power generation (CPG), pyrolysis for bio-oil production (PBP), fermentation for ethanol production (FEP) and fermentation for biogas production (FBP). The MCDM model was constructed based on 11 sub-criteria indices, which were grouped into agronomic-related and quality-related criteria indices. The agronomic-related criteria indices include dry matter yield, canopy height, stem diameter, tiller number and base diameter/canopy diameter ratio. The quality-related criteria indices include the leaf/stem ratio, moisture content, ash content, cellulose content, hemicellulose content and lignin content. Thirty-eight representative germplasms of miscanthus were evaluated. The MCDM analysis results showed that Miscanthus lutarioriparius (especially the XiangNanDi no. 1 variety) and Miscanthus floridulus (especially A0521) are the best species for CPG/PBP and FEP/FBP, respectively. These results are superior to those calculated by the traditional energy potential assessment method, which showed that Miscanthus floridulus was the most suitable species for CPG, FEP and FBP, especially A0521 and D0624. Moreover, the analysis also indicated that D0505 (M. floridulus) can be used as a suitable parent together with XiangNanDi no. 1 to breed new varieties for CPG and PBP; XiangNanDi no. 1 can be used as an alternative parent for breeding to improve A0521 for use in FEP and FBP. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine differences in depressive symptoms between urban and rural workers in mainland China and to identify community factors that could contribute to such residential differences. Methods: This study used nationally representative data from the 2014 China’s Labor Force Dynamic Survey. Data were collected through face-to-face interviews on a sample of 22,073 participants from 29 provinces of China, including 15,098 rural workers (Mage = 44.92, standard deviation (SD) = 14.85) and 6,975 urban workers (Mage = 43.28, SD = 13.62). Mediators included community cohesion, foreseeable community threat, supportive network size and medical benefit coverage. Mediation analyses were conducted using Hayes’ SPSS Macro Process for multiple mediators. Results: Urban participants reported fewer depressive symptoms than their rural counterparts. Lower levels of community cohesion, higher community foreseeable threat and poorer medical coverage were related to fewer depressive symptoms. Rural–urban differences were mediated by community cohesion (B = −0.12, p <.01), foreseeable community threat (B = −0.08, p <.01) and medical benefit coverage (B = 0.25, p <.01). Conclusion: This study sheds light on distinctive roles of community factors in explaining rural–urban differences in depressive symptoms. Policies or programs should be designed to promote strengths and address weaknesses in rural communities. © 2018, © The Author(s) 2018.

摘要：
This study examines the relationship between groundwater irrigation and off-farm employment with a set of household level data collected in North China. The results provide evidence that off-farm employment reduces both time spent on irrigation in terms of total hours of irrigation and the amount of groundwater pumped. However, these effects have not resulted in losses of crop production. In fact, water productivity measured as output value produced per m3 of groundwater pumped is higher among households with off-farm employment. These seemingly contradictory findings are explained by the increased use of water-saving technologies such as furrow irrigation, underground pipes and/or lined canals. These technologies reduce seepage losses during the conveyance of groundwater as well as during irrigation of the fields. As a result, less groundwater needs to be pumped to achieve the same level of groundwater irrigation application rate in the field. Copyright © Cambridge University Press 2018.

This study was conducted to explore the unclear relationships among stress and self-esteem and life satisfaction of perfectionists. A sample of 1957 Chinese undergraduates completed Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (FMPS), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), and Quality of Life Enjoyment and Satisfaction Questionnaire-short form (Q-LES-Q). Cluster analysis was used to define categories of perfectionists and nonperfectionists. Correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were also used. Results showed that adaptive perfectionists had higher RSES scores and Q-LES-Q scores and lower PSS scores than maladaptive perfectionists (all p < 0.01). All variables were correlated significantly (all p < 0.01) and were included in the final structural equation model, which fitted the data well. These results indicated that both stress and self-esteem mediated the relationships between adaptive and maladaptive perfectionism and life satisfaction, and self-esteem suppressed the negative effect of stress on life satisfaction.
