摘要:
<正> 本文记述采自四川横断山脉的绒茧蜂属一新种。正模和配模标本保存在湖南农学院昆虫标本室,副模标本分别保存在湖南农学院昆虫标本室和西昌农业专科学校植保教研 背刺蛾绒虽蜂Apanteles belippicola新种 雌峰 体黑色,有白色微毛。上颚褐色,下颚须乳白色;后足胫距淡黄或灰白色;除前、中、后足基节黑色,后足腿节末端、后足胫节端部三分之一,各足跗节为褐色(跗节基节基部色浅)外,各足其余部分均为黄色;前翅前缘脉、翅痣、痣后脉均为褐色,其余脉为浅褐

摘要:
纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂Apanteles cypris Nixon是纵卷叶螟Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guené&初龄幼虫重要的寄生蜂,搜索利它素(searching kairomone)对它的寄生活动起导向、激发搜索行为的作用。该种利它素主要存在于纵卷叶螟幼虫的粪便、血淋巴及下唇腺的分泌物中,是由八种氨基酸(亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、缬氨酸、天冬氨酸、丙氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、胱氨酸)和海藻糖所组成。 绒茧蜂交配与否不影响其对利它素的行为反应,在整个成蜂期都能对利它素产生反应;施用利它素可提高寄生率15—25%左右,在绒茧蜂雌蜂盛发期施用效果较好。

摘要:
Using an ion depletion technique, a kinetic study of K uptake by Alligator alternanthera [Alternanthera philoxeroides (Mart.) Griseb] was carried out. Potassium uptake parameters of the plant at different ages were obtained and the influences of NH4+and Na+on the absorption of K+were investigated. In the present research, it was observed that the roots of plants which had been selected as K-rich had a strong affinity for K+. With increasing plant age there was a small reduction in Imax and a slow ascension in Km. Plants grown for periods up to 120–180 days in culture solution had an Imax of 1.8-2.1 μmol Kg-1FWxh-1; with a Km value of only 8.0-14.0 μM, and Cmin below 1.0 uM. Potassium absorption was significantly inhibited by both NH4+and Na+, but compared with Na+, NH4+had a much stronger effect. The relative K+uptake rate was reduced by over 50% when the concentration of NH4+in solution was 100 nM or more, however, Na+showed no significant inhibition when its concentration was within 500 μM. This implies that NH4+-K+and Na+-K+interactions may have different mechanisms. © 1987, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.

摘要:
The inheritance and nature fo male sterility of a cerley (Apium graveolens L.) strain (MS1) is reported. Male sterility in MS1 is determined by a a recessive genotype for a single locus. Tests for linkage with the isozyme chromosome markers SDH-1 and PGM-1 were negative. MS1 male sterility was associated with a defective tapetum characterized by prominent vacuoles and premature degeneration. The stamens in the male sterile strain persisted in the flowers up to stigma receptivity, while in the male fertile plants they dropped before style expansion. The male sterile flowers produced normal amounts of nectar, resulting in cross pollination by various species of pollinators. It was estimated that the sterile strain produced 30% less seed than normal male fertile. Its possible use for hybrid celery seed production is discussed. © 1986 Veenman B.V., Wageningen.
