摘要:
Various phytochemicals have been reported to protect against oxidative stress. However, the mechanism underlying has not been systematically evaluated, which limited their application in disease treatment. Nuclear factor erythroid 2 - related factor 2 (Nrf2), a central transcription factor in oxidative stress response related to numerous diseases, is activated after dissociating from the cytoskeleton - anchored Kelch - like ECH - associated protein 1 (Keap1). The Keap1-Nrf2 protein-protein interaction has become an important drug target. This study was designed to clarify whether antioxidantive phytochemicals inhibit the Keap1-Nrf2 protein-protein interaction and activate the Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway efficiently. Molecular docking and 3D - QSAR were applied to evaluate the interaction effects between 178 antioxidant phytochemicals and the Nrf2 binding site in Keap1. The Nrf2 activation effect was tested on a H2O2 - induced oxidative - injured cell model. Results showed that the 178 phytochemicals could be divided into high - , medium - , and low - total -score groups depending on their binding affinity with Keap1, and the high total - score group consisted of 24 compounds with abundant oxygen or glycosides. Meanwhile, these compounds could bind with key amino acids in the structure of the Keap1 - Nrf2 interface. Compounds from high - total - score group show effective activation effects on Nrf2. In conclusion, phytochemicals showed high binding affinity with Keapi are promising new Nrf2 activators.

摘要:
In order to obtain the fluctuation and cycles of intra-annual and inter-annual,the weekly data was studied and analyzed of the pig price in China. However, the study shows the fluctuation is high at both ends and low in the middle of the year and the cycle of price variation is about 3 years.Based on this research,a comprehensive analysis for the factors affecting the price fluctuation is supply, demand and external.Further, the stepwise regression analysis and the correlation coefficient analysis are used to analyze the influencing factors of pig price.Whatever, the analysis shows that pork price, piglet price, corn price and soybean price have significant fluctuations for pig price.
摘要:
Nelumbo nucifera, or sacred lotus, has been valuable for us to use as vegetable, functional food, and herb medicine for over 2,000 years. The purpose of this article is to systematically review the traditional/modern uses, chemical compositions and pharmacological activities on different parts of N. nucifera. Traditionally, this plant has been used to treat chronic dyspepsia, hematuria, insomnia, nervous disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and hyperlipidemia. Now, phytochemical investigations on different parts of N. nucifera have indicated a wide spectrum of at least 255 constituents belonging to different chemical groups, including proteins, amino acids, polysaccharides, starch, flavonoids, alkaloids, essential oils, triterpenoids, steroids, and glycosides. Meanwhile, its pharmacological activities, including anti-obesity, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cardiovascular, hepatoprotective, hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, antitumor, memory-improving and antiviral activities, have also been reviewed, together with its applications in health food industry and clinic uses of its single plant or herbal formulae. Herein, this review will provide state-of-the-art overview on its traditional and modern uses in food industry and medicines, together with the comprehensive profiles of phytochemicals, and health promoting bioactivities of this valuable plant. In addition, the new perspectives and future challenges in the research on lotus are also outlined.

摘要:
Multi-face alignment aims to identify geometry structures of multiple faces in an image, and its performance is essential for the many practical tasks, such as face recognition, face tracking, and face animation. In this work, we present a fast bottom-up multi-face alignment approach, which can simultaneously localize multi-person facial landmarks with high precision. In more detail, our bottom-up architecture maps the landmarks to the high-dimensional space with which landmarks of all faces are represented. By clustering the features belonging to the same face, our approach can align the multi-person facial landmarks synchronously. Extensive experiments show that our method can achieve high performance in the multi-face landmark alignment task while our model is extremely fast. Moreover, we propose a new multi-face dataset to compare the speed and precision of bottom-up face alignment method withtop-down methods. Our dataset is publicly available at(1).
