摘要:
黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor Linneeus)俗称面包虫,幼虫有较高的食用、药用价值。目前主要以麦麸作饲养进行规模化饲养,但成本较高,因此人们一直力图寻求更便宜的替代饲料以降低成本,提高效益。稻草是我国农村稻区较普遍的农业残料,目前对稻草的利用率较低,大多被生产者焚烧,既浪费有机资源,又产生大量有毒气体污染环境。本实验设想以酵母粉发酵稻草作黄粉虫饲料,研究其幼虫体重、蛹重、化蛹率、存活率、羽化率等数据来探讨是否可用发酵稻草配方成功饲养黄粉虫。实验用酵母粉发酵稻草作饲料与以麦麸作饲料进行对比,置黄粉虫在20~25℃温度、48%~70%湿度条件下饲养,结果表明,用麦麸配方组饲养的黄粉虫幼虫能正常生长,而用发酵稻草配方饲养的黄粉虫,则出现幼虫和蛹死亡率高,即化蛹率和存活率都显著降低现象,这说明,用常规方法发酵稻草可能不适合饲养黄粉虫,但值得改进发酵方法进一步加以探讨。

摘要:
The photocatalytic degradation and characteristics of corresponding intermediates of pesticide chlopyrifos have been investigated in aqueous solution with TiO2 as photocatalyst. A series of mixed-solution with different chlopyrifos-TiO2 ratios were prepared and then illuminated by high pressure mercury lamp. After the reaction for 30 and 60 min, the samples were taken for further analysis. The determination of the concentration of chlopyrifos by HPLC shows the degradation rate of chlopyrifos increases with the increase of initial concentration in lower range (5-20 mg/L) but decreases in higher range (20-80 mg/L). The highest degradation rate is 51.3% after 30 min photocatalytic degradation with the initial concentration of 20 mg/L. Then after the degradation for 60 min, the highest degradation rate reaches 89.0%. Three kinds of intermediates 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinyl ester, 3,5,6-trichloro-Pyr and diethyl phosphite were identified after GC/MS analysis. According to toxicity database, we found that the toxicity of intermediate diethyl phosphate is much less than that of chlopyrifos, and the toxicity of former two intermediates is slightly higher than that of chlopyrifos but could be neglected due to their low concentration in reaction system. The nano-TiO2 is proved. to be an excellent photocatalyst for degradation of chlopyrifos.

以1,6-己二醇、丙烯酸为原料,对甲苯磺酸与亚硫酸为催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,CuSO4/NaHSO4为复合阻聚剂,采用直接酯化法合成1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯.探讨了催化剂、带水剂、反应时间和温度以及酸醇比(丙烯酸/1,6-己二醇,摩尔比)对酯化反应的影响.研究结果表明,最佳的酯化反应条件为:丙烯酸/1,6-己二醇为2.5,催化剂用量(占原料总质量,%)为1.5%,带水剂用量(占原料总质量,%)为65%,反应时间为90 min,反应温度为80~90℃.在此条件下,产物为无色透明油状液体,收率可达93.25%.

摘要:
In this paper, a new approach to prepare monolithic molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) fibers for solid-phase microextraction is proposed with the help of microwave irradiation. Imprinting polymerization was carried out within silica capillaries in 4.5 min, using dimethyl phthalate (DMP) as a template molecular, α-methacrylic acid as a functional monomer and ethylene dimethacrylate as a crosslinker, acetonitrile as the porogenic solvent. The synthesis was optimized by varying the ratio of template/monomer and different volume of porogen. The resulted MIP fibers were obtained after silica being etched away with a controlled length of 1 cm, and subsequently characterized by SEM. In order to increase the selective extraction of DMP, factors affecting the extraction including extraction time, salt concentration, desorption time, and desorption solvents were investigated for solid-phase microextraction procedures in detail. The selectivity coefficients, defined as the extraction amount ratio of MIP to its nonimprinting fiber, were 5.6, 2.6, and 1.4 for DMP and its counterpart including dibutyl phthalate and di-n-octylo-phthalate, respectively. The resulted fibers were also applied to detect DMP, dibutyl phthalate, and di-n-octylo-phthalate in bottled beverage samples coupled to HPLC and resulted in relative recoveries of up to 73.8-98.5%, respectively. ©2013 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH &Co. 摘要:
Background: One of the challenges in classification of cancer tissue samples based on gene expression data is to establish an effective method that can select a parsimonious set of informative genes. The Top Scoring Pair (TSP), k-Top Scoring Pairs (k-TSP), Support Vector Machines (SVM), and prediction analysis of microarrays (PAM) are four popular classifiers that have comparable performance on multiple cancer datasets. SVM and PAM tend to use a large number of genes and TSP, k-TSP always use even number of genes. In addition, the selection of distinct gene pairs in k-TSP simply combined the pairs of top ranking genes without considering the fact that the gene set with best discrimination power may not be the combined pairs. The k-TSP algorithm also needs the user to specify an upper bound for the number of gene pairs. Here we introduce a computational algorithm to address the problems. The algorithm is named Chisquare-statistic-based Top Scoring Genes (Chi-TSG) classifier simplified as TSG. Results: The TSG classifier starts with the top two genes and sequentially adds additional gene into the candidate gene set to perform informative gene selection. The algorithm automatically reports the total number of informative genes selected with cross validation. We provide the algorithm for both binary and multi-class cancer classification. The algorithm was applied to 9 binary and 10 multi-class gene expression datasets involving human cancers. The TSG classifier outperforms TSP family classifiers by a big margin in most of the 19 datasets. In addition to improved accuracy, our classifier shares all the advantages of the TSP family classifiers including easy interpretation, invariant to monotone transformation, often selects a small number of informative genes allowing follow-up studies, resistant to sampling variations due to within sample operations. Conclusions: Redefining the scores for gene set and the classification rules in TSP family classifiers by incorporating the sample size information can lead to better selection of informative genes and classification accuracy. The resulting TSG classifier offers a useful tool for cancer classification based on numerical molecular data. © 2013 Yuan; licensee BioMed Central Ltd.

Background: At present, the study on the homogeneous-phase derivatization of cellulose in ionic liquid is mainly focused on its acetylation. To the best of our knowledge, there has been no such report on the preparation of cellulose-tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) (CDMPC) with ionic liquid 1-allyl-3-methyl-imidazolium chloride (AmimCl) so far.Results: With ionic liquid 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (AmimCl) as a reaction solvent, cellulose-tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) (CDMPC) was synthesized by the reaction of 3,5-dimethylphenyl isocyanate and soluble microcrystalline cellulose in a homogeneous phase. The synthesized CDMPC was then coated onto the surfaces of aminopropyl silica gel to prepare a chiral stationary phase (CSP). The prepared CSP was successfully used in chiral separation of seven racemic pesticides by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Good chiral separation was obtained using n-hexane and different modifiers as the mobile phases under the optimal percentage and column temperature, with the resolution of metalaxyl, diniconazole, flutriafol, paclobutrazol, hexaconazole, myclobutanil and hexythiazox of 1.73, 1.56, 1.26, 1.00, 1.18, 1.14 and 1.51, respectively. The experimental results suggested it was a good choice using a green solvent of AmimCl for cellulose functionalization.Conclusion: CDMPC was successfully synthesized as the chiral selector by reacting 3, 5-dimethylphenyl isocyanate with dissolved microcrystalline cellulose in a green ionic liquid of AmimCl. © 2013 Liu et al.; licensee Chemistry Central Ltd.

摘要:
苎麻是我国最先利用的天然纤维之一,在国民经济中具有重要意义。各种自然因素和人类行为都可能影响苎麻产量,其中气象因子及生育期长短对苎麻产量影响较大。采用多元线性回归、BP神经网络和支持向量回归三种方法,以降雨量、相对湿度等气象因子为自变量,苎麻产量为因变量建立模型。结果表明:积温与苎麻产量呈现出负相关关系;平均温度、累计日照对苎麻产量有重要影响;相对湿度总体上有利于苎麻高产优质,但降雨量过多则对高产优质不利。以支持向量回归建立的苎麻产量预测模型,可应用于其他作物的产量预测,还可预测病虫害的影响,为农业生产实践提供一定的理论指导。

不同因素对灰毛豆树皮中12α-羟基鱼藤酮的含量影响研究

摘要:
为了解灰毛豆不同品种树皮中12α-羟基鱼藤酮的含量,测定了16个品种树皮中该化合物的含量,研究了不同树龄灰毛豆树皮中12α-羟基鱼藤酮的含量变化,以及磷酸氢钙、尿素、硫酸钾对灰毛豆树皮中该化合物含量及其产量的影响。结果表明:16个品种灰毛豆树皮中12α-羟基鱼藤酮含量在0.22%~5.95%之间,其中广西2号的含量显著高于其他品种。1月播种的16个品种,12α-羟基鱼藤酮含量在11月份时接近最大值。施用磷酸氢钙(20 kg/667m2)、尿素(5 kg/667m2)和硫酸钾(5 kg/667m2)后,广西2号树皮中12α-羟基鱼藤酮的产量依次是75.33、66.34和64.26 kg/667m2,以磷酸氢钙作基肥时12α-羟基鱼藤酮的产量显著高于其他处理。广西2号品种是一种优秀的杀虫资源植物,最佳采收时期为11月份,施用磷酸氢钙有利于提高该植物中12α-羟基鱼藤酮的产量。

从鸭粪中分离得到250株细菌,采用平板对峙法筛选出一株对水稻纹枯病菌有抑制作用的细菌A168,利用其发酵液进行抑制率、抑菌谱、田间防效试验和生理生化鉴定。结果表明:在48h内A168对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制率为83.55%,而田间防效最好为78.47%,明显优于井冈霉素;且对稻瘟病菌[Phyricularia grisea(Cooke) Sacc]、小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)、稻曲病菌[Ustilaginoidea virens(Cooke)Tak]和油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)均有抑制作用,抑菌谱广;通过生理生化鉴定,初步将A168菌株归为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。

综述了国内外杀线虫苏云金芽胞杆菌的作用机理及研究进展,介绍了杀线虫Bt菌株的发现及其活性成分,阐述了Bt对植物寄生线虫的作用机理以及相关基因的研究现状,并对其发展进行了展望。

Four new leaf mining Oecophyllembiinae (Gracillariidae) species are described from China and Japan: Metriochroa sym-plocosella sp. nov. (host plants: Symplocos anomala, S. sumuntia, Symplocaceae) from China, Guttigera schefflerella sp. nov. (host plant: Schefflera octophylla, Araliaceae), Eumetriochroa araliella sp. nov. (host plants: Dendropanax trifidus, Evodiopanax innovans, Eleutherococcus sciadophylloides and Fatsia japonica, Araliaceae) and Corythoxestis tricalysiel-la sp. nov. (host plant: Tricalysia dubia, Rubiaceae) from Japan. Corythoxestis sunosei (Kumata, 1998) is recorded from new host plants: Adina pilulifera and Mussaenda parviflora, Rubiaceae, from Japan. The female adult and pupal morphol-ogies, life history and host plant of the genus Guttigera are described for the first time. Pupae of seven species of four genera: Corythoxestis, Eumetriochroa, Guttigera, and Metriochroa, are described for the first time. We provide morpho-logical diagnostic differences between species and genera of Oecophyllembiinae and Phyllocnistis. Our preliminary data suggest that Oecophyllembiinae species have three valuable pupal diagnostic characters: 1) cocoon cutter with unique lat-eral processes or setae on the clypeus, 2) tergal spines with only a pair of dorsal setae, and 3) cremaster with more than two pairs of caudal processes, while Phyllocnistis species possess 1) cocoon cutter without lateral processes or setae on clypeus, 2) tergal spines with a pair of dorsal setae and dorsal hooks, and 3) cremaster with only a pair of caudal processes. A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared in acetonitrile by bulk polymerization, using di-n-octylphthalate (DOP) as a template molecular, α-methacrylic acid (MAA) as a functional monomer, and ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA) as a crosslinker. Characterization and evaluation of the prepared MIP were carried out by scanning electron microscope (SEM), infrared absorption spectroscopy (IR), and the Scatchard analysis, respectively. Through the optimization of washing solvent, eluting solvent amount, flow rate of loading solution, and loading sample volume, an analysis method was established for DOP related compounds with high selectivity and sensitivity by using the selective molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MI-SPE) technique. Moreover, under the optimal conditions, the extraction effects were comparatively investigated by using MIP cartridge, NIP cartridge, and the commercial PLS cartridge used especially for phthalic acid esters (PAEs), respectively. The results showed that the recoveries of spiked PAEs are in the range of 90.4%-97.8% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.6%-3.8% on the resulted MIP cartridge, whilst lower recoveries were obtained ranging from 80.2% to 88.9% with an RSD of 1.4%-5.2% on the commercial PLS cartridge. © 2013 Ya-Feng Jin et al.

摘要:
A bacterial strain (SE08) capable of utilizing 2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid (MCPA) as the sole carbon and energy source for growth was isolated by continuous enrichment culturing in minimal salt medium (MSM) from a long term MCPA exposed soil. This bacterial strain was identified as Enterobacter sp. based on morphological, physiological and biochemical tests, as well as 16S rRNA sequence analysis. Its ability to degrade MCPA was determined using high performance liquid chromatography. The strain SE08 can tolerate unusually high MCPA concentrations (125-2000mg/L). The influences of culturing factors (initial concentration, pH, and temperature) on the bacterial growth and substrate degradation were studied. The results showed that the optimal MCPA degradation occurred at an MCPA concentration of 500mg/L, 30°C and pH 6.0. Under these conditions, 68.5 percent of MCPA in MSM was degraded by SE08, and the OD600nm reached 0.64 after culturing for 72h. The degradation of MCPA could be enhanced by addition of both carbon and nitrogen sources. At an initial MCPA concentration of 500mg/L, when 5g/L glucose and 2.5g/L yeast extract were added into the MSM media, the MCPA degradation was significantly increased to 83.8 percent, and OD600nm was increased to 1.09 after incubation at 30°C and pH 6.0 for 72h. This is the first study showing that an Enterobacter sp. strain is capable of degrading MCPA, which might provide a new approach for the remediation of MCPA contaminated soil and contribute to the limited knowledge about the function of Enterobacter species. © 2013.

系统研究了菱角水螟Parapoynx crisonalis (Walker,1859)各虫态的形态学特征.研究结果表明,菱角水螟卵圆球形,中间颜色较四周深;低龄幼虫淡绿色,老熟幼虫黄色,除1龄幼虫外,其他各龄幼虫第2~3胸节和腹节具气管鳃;蛹为被蛹,包裹于丝织避水的茧内;成虫触角丝状,额平斜向前突出,翅面具黑色和黄棕色斑纹.

摘要:
为了科学、合理地选择化学药剂,最大限度保护扶桑绵粉蚧的天敌,于2012年在长沙开展了5种化学药剂对扶桑绵粉蚧的防治效果及对天敌的影响试验。结果表明:20%啶虫脒、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油、2.5%氯氰菊酯、10%吡虫啉对扶桑绵粉蚧的防治效果较好,防效均在92%以上,其中,2.5%氯氰菊酯、20%啶虫脒对天敌有较好的保护作用。

Weeds are important in the ecology of field crops, and when crops are harvested, weeds often become the main hosts for plant viruses and their insect vectors. Few studies, however, have examined the relationships between plant viruses, vectors, and weeds. Here, we investigated how infection of the weed Datura stramonium L. by tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) affects the host preference and performance of the TYLCV vector, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) Q. The results of a choice experiment indicated that B. tabaci Q preferentially settled and oviposited on TYLCV-infected plants rather than on healthy plants. In addition, B. tabaci Q performed better on TYLCV-infected plants than on healthy plants. These results demonstrate that TYLCV is indirectly mutualistic to B. tabaci Q. The mutually beneficial interaction between TYLCV and B. tabaci Q may help explain the concurrent outbreaks of TYLCV and B. tabaci Q in China.
