水网藻对不同粒径悬浮态镉的去除机制研究

摘要:
稻田系统对灌溉水中悬浮态镉的吸附是农田灌溉水中重金属净化的主要过程.从稻田结皮中采集水网藻,研究其对不同粒径高岭土载镉悬浊液的去除动力学过程,并结合重金属的分布形态分析,探讨结皮对不同粒径悬浮态镉的去除机制.结果显示:水网藻对离子态镉的富集作用强于胶体态镉,而对胶体态镉的富集量与胶体的粒径呈负相关.可见,进入水体中悬浮物与重金属结合后,能降低其被藻类俘获概率,增加其迁移能力,导致其污染距离增加.

摘要:
Due to the widespread application of white-rot fungi for the treatment of pollutants, it's crucial to exploit the special effects of pollutants on the microbes. Here, we studied the effects of cadmium on calcium homeostasis in the most studied white-rot fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium. The response of P. chrysosporium to cadmium stress is concentration-dependent. A high concentration of cadmium caused the release of calcium from P. chrysosporium, while a hormesis effect was observed at a lower cadmium concentration (10 μM), which resulted in a significant increase in calcium uptake and reversed the decrease in cell viability. Calcium (50 μM) promoted cell viability (127.2% of control), which reflects that calcium can protect P. chrysosporium from environmental stress. Real-time changes in the Ca 2+ and Cd 2+ fluxes of P. chrysosporium were quantified using the noninvasive microtest technique. Ca 2+ influx decreased significantly under cadmium exposure, and the Ca 2+ channel was involved in Ca 2+ and Cd 2+ influx. The cadmium and/or calcium uptake results coupled with the real-time Ca 2+ and Cd 2+ influxes microscale signatures can enhance our knowledge of the homeostasis of P. chrysosporium with respect to cadmium stress, which may provide useful information for improving the bioremediation process. © 2018 Elsevier Inc.

摘要:
Novel g-C3N4/Cu3B2O6 hybrid photocatalysts were successfully synthesized by a liquid chemisorption and thermal post-treatment method. The as-synthesized samples were extensively characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra (UV-vis DRS), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), photoluminescence (PL) and photocurrent. The photocatalytic performances of the g-C3N4/Cu3B2O6 composites were evaluated by degrading methylene blue (MB) using H2O2 as an oxidant under visible-light irradiation. It was found that 60% g-C3N4/Cu3B2O6 sample exhibited optimal kinetic constant of 0.0474min−1, which was 3.16 and 2.14 times higher than that of g-C3N4 and Cu3B2O6, respectively. This enhancement was mainly attributed to the elevated separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs with the integration g-C3N4 and Cu3B2O6, resulting in the enhanced activity of activating H2O2 to decolorize MB under visible-light. The radical trapping experiments demonstrated that h+, e− and ·OH were responsible for MB photodegradation. Furthermore, an underlying mechanism of the g-C3N4/Cu3B2O6+H2O2+vis photocatalytic system was proposed. © 2017 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Being that the influence of organic ligands on contaminant removal by nanoscale zero valent iron (nZVI) has been explored in quite a few studies, there is little information on reaction mechanisms of the ZVI-ligand system under different aeration conditions. The degradation of nitrobenzene (NB) by nZVI-oxalic acids (OA) was investigated under N2, O2 and without aeration conditions. From the findings, it was evident that OA dramatically improved NB degradation by nZVI with all of the aeration conditions. Approximately 100% of NB was degraded by nZVI-OA+N2 system after 60 min of reaction, followed in effectiveness by nZVI-OA+ without aeration (95%) as well as nZVI-OA+O2 (85%). Operation parameters including OA concentration and pH had significant effect on the removal of NB in the nZVI-OA system. 3mM OA concentration and pH 3.0 were found to be favourable. The Fe2+, total dissolved iron concentrations, pH and ORP values in the nZVI-OA systems had also been monitored. Intermediates and trapping experiments showed that reduction played a fundamental role in the NB degradation by nZVI-OA under N2 or without aeration conditions. The formation of Fe(OA)0 and Fe(OA)22− complexes had lower standard ORP, which could improve the strength of reductant in the systems, and thus resulting in an increased degradation efficiency of NB by nZVI-OA+N2. Under O2 aeration condition, the NB degradation process could be regarded as an oxidation. In the meantime, OA promoted the production of reactive oxidants species by speeding up the oxidation rates of Fe2+ by O2 and H2O2. Summarily, the improved reactivity of nZVI was largely as a result of the strong complexation ability of OA. © 2017

摘要:
Manganese (IV) oxide (MnO2) nano-sheets were synthesized using tetramethylamine, H2O2, and MnCl2·4H2O and used in suspension for removal of methylene blue (MB). Up to 95% removal was achieved for MB concentrations less than 500mg/L. The adsorption data fitted better with the Freundlich isotherm model than the Langmuir model, indicating a heterogeneous adsorption of MB on MnO2nano-sheets. The maximum adsorption capacity of MnO2nano-sheets was approximately 4300mg/g, which is the highest yet reported. Suspensions of MnO2nano-sheets aggregated as precipitates after adsorption of MB. Using a suite of analyses, including X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, the high adsorption capacity was mainly attributed to ion exchange, coordination, and a fishing-net effect. The term, ‘fishing-net effect,’ is proposed here for the first time, to explain the extremely high adsorption capacity of nano-sheets, which increased with increasing ionic strength and sorbate concentration. Our results demonstrate that dispersive MnO2nano-sheets have a potential application in adsorption of organics from strongly basic solutions with high salinity. © 2016, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

摘要:
Discharge of livestock effluents and poor management of livestock manures are important reasons for the eutrophication of water bodies. Dissolved organic matter (DOM) originated from livestock manure is ubiquitous in water, but the effects of such DOM and the organic substances on the growth and cyanotoxins synthesis of bloom-forming cyanobacteria are still unknown. In order to elucidate these issues, the growth, microcystins synthesis, and cell viability of Microcystis aeruginosa exposed to cattle manure originated DOM (CM-DOM) were investigated in this study. The results indicated that the growth of M. aeruginosa FACHB905 was slightly improved by CM-DOM at a concentration of 90 mg l<sup>−1</sup>(TOC). CM-DOM slightly decreased the electron transfer efficiency of photosystem II (PS II) of M. aeruginosa FACHB905. The synthesis and secretion of microcystins were promoted by CM-DOM. The cell viability (TTC test) increased in response to CM-DOM addition. Results presented in this study suggested that CM-DOM may increase the ecological and public health risks of M. aeruginosa when poor management of livestock manure is anticipated. ©2017 Elsevier Ltd

提高大学生的动手能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力,培养学生创新意识和科学素养是当今大学生实验课程教学的主要目的。传统实验教学模式虽然能提高学生的动手能力和实验操作技能,但是却忽视了学生的主观能动性,扼杀了学生的创新意识。针对这些问题,我们在多年实践教学改革的基础上提出了弹性实验教学模式。该实验教学模式将实验教学内容和学生的学习兴趣有机结合起来,充分调动了学生的主观能动性,引导学生围绕着实验教学目标自主完成实验题目的凝练、实验方案的撰写及独立完成探索性实验,从而达到提高学生的创新意识和综合素质。

摘要:
Agricultural soils can be contaminated by industrial activities such as mining and smelting. Contamination with cadmium (Cd) can significantly exceed average background values, which can lead to uptake by rice plant and even harm to humans through food chain. In Hunan province, southern China, rice (Oryza sativa L.) is the main cereal, and human exposure to metallic contaminants through rice pathway is of particular interest. Shortage of land for rice growing means that contaminated agricultural soil is still cultivated for rice in Hunan. In the present work, a field experiment was undertaken to remediate Cd-contaminated paddy soil with three mineral amendments, namely sepiolite, bone char, and a silicon-based product (normally used as fertilizer). Average Cd concentration in the paddy soil was 2.85 mg/kg, significantly exceeding Chinese soil quality standards of China. Cd content was 0.59 mg/kg in sepiolite, 0.28 mg/kg in bone char, and 0.44 mg/kg in silicon fertilizer, respectively. Distribution fractions of Cd in soil followed the order of exchangeable (FI) > organic matter-bound (FIII) > residual (FIV) > oxide-bound (FII) without treatment, while exchangeable (FI) > residual (FIV) > organic matter-bound (FIII) > oxide-bound (FII) after treatment. With addition of three amendments, soil pH values and rice growth such as plant height and ripening rate increased. Concentrations of Cd in the rice plant (straw, husk, and unpolished rice) decreased after treatment. However, among three amendments, only the bone char addition reduced Cd accumulation in the rice plant below the Chinese standard value (0.2 mg/kg) and in the husk to below the Chinese feed hygiene standard for food (0.5 mg/kg). © Copyright 2017, Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. 2017.

摘要:
Suspended substrate (SS) in natural waters controls the interaction, transportation, and biological effects of heavy metals in water bodies. The large amount of cadmium (Cd) carried by SS is an important source of Cd pollution in irrigation water. In this study, a novel procedure to remove trace Cd coexisting with SS from irrigation water by fertilizer flocculation was investigated. Four common fertilizers (K2HPO4, (NH4)2HPO4, KH2PO4, and K2SO4) were used as flocculants. Batch experiments with various fertilizers revealed that the removal efficiency followed the order: K2HPO4 > (NH4)2HPO4 > KH2PO4 > K2SO4. When levels of K2HPO4 higher than 0.75 g/L were applied, the total Cd decreased from 20 to 3.8 μg/L after 12 h of flocculation, i.e., the removal efficiency reached 80%. The mechanism analysis(Zeta potential, multi-element analysis) results demonstrated that the aggregation of SS and its sedimentation by K2HPO4 were due to the combined effect of the oxidation of Fe2 + to Fe3 + and cation binding behavior towards SS, as a result of charge neutralization and electric double layer compression. This method of Cd removal from irrigation water is simple and has the potential to be applied in agricultural production.

摘要:
通过从四个典型南方稻田环境采集灌溉水,土壤和生物结皮。筛选出镉污染程度最轻的生物土壤结皮并对其进行表征分析以及去除水体中镉的性能研究,表明生物土壤结皮为生物组分和土壤矿质元素的复合体,具有大量表面官能团。性能研究表明吸附容量与平衡浓度基本呈线性关系,最大吸附容量为8.481 mg/g;对水溶液中镉的最大去除率为99.79%。对镉吸附最适pH值为7且去除率达87.03%。在含高钙环境下对镉具有选择性吸收特征,同时对于平均分子量数量级低于107的络合态镉亦有较好的去除效果。生物结皮对去除水体中的镉具有潜在价值。

The aim of this study was to estimate the influence of regenerated tobacco on the extraction of Cd from two acidic soils as well as to address the problem of how to deal with contaminated leaves following phytoextraction. Results showed that a coppicing tobacco led to a decline in Cd concentration in regenerated leaves and stalks when plants were grown in pots, but increased concentrations in regenerated lower and middle leaves when plants were grown under field conditions. The highest recorded bioconcentration factors in Chaling and Guanxi soil were 37.53 and 19.21 in lower leaves in the field, respectively. Total Cd extraction efficiency in practice (9.43% for Chaling soil and 6.24% for Guanxi soil) under field conditions confirmed our theoretical calculations (10.0% for Chaling soil and 6.73% for Guanxi soil). Use of a 0.5% hydrochloric acid(HCl) solution was sufficient to reduce Cd (98.4%) in tobacco leaves to permissible levels as required by the Hygienic Standard for Feeds in China (</=0.5 mg kg(-1)). Regenerated tobacco has the potential to allow cultivation of Cd contaminated farmland to produce animal feed, assist in lowering total Cd content of soil, and allow income generation for farmers.

随着我国工业化和城镇化的发展,农田土壤重金属污染日趋严重。钝化修复技术因其具有修复速率快、效果好、稳定性好、操作简单等优点较适应于大面积中轻度重金属污染农田修复治理。本文概述了农田土壤重金属污染钝化修复技术特点及国内外发展现状,阐述了农田土壤重金属污染钝化修复技术的发展历史。在此基础上就黏土矿物材料对农田土壤重金属污染钝化修复研究现状、农艺措施对农田土壤重金属污染黏土矿物材料钝化修复效应及稳定性影响、黏土矿物材料钝化修复对农田土壤环境质量影响等诸多方面进行了详细综述,并就黏土矿物材料在农田土壤重金属污染钝化修复中的应用及相关问题进行了展望。

摘要:
Selecting suitable plants tolerant to heavy metals and producing products of economic value may be a key factor in promoting the practical application of phytoremediation polluted soils. The aim of this study is to further understand the utilization and remediation of seriously contaminated agricultural soil. In a one-year field experiment, we grew oilseed rape over the winter and then subsequently sunflowers, peanuts and sesame after the first harvest. This three rotation system produced high yields of dry biomass; the oilseed rape-sunflower, oilseed rape-peanut and oilseed rape-sesame rotation allowed us to extract 458.6, 285.7, and 134.5 g ha−1 of cadmium, and 1264.7, 1006.1, and 831.1 g ha−1 of lead from soil, respectively. The oilseed rape-sunflower rotation showed the highest phytoextraction efficiency (1.98%) for cadmium. Lead and cadmium in oils are consistent with standards after extraction with n-hexane. Following successive extractions with potassium tartrate, concentrations of lead and cadmium in oilseed rape and peanut seed meals were lower than levels currently permissible for feeds. Thus, this rotation system could be useful for local farmers as it would enable the generation of income during otherwise sparse phytoremediation periods. © 2017

摘要:
为了改变传统环境科学实践教学的重课本、重参观、重老师教的情况,本研究组进行新实践教学体系的创建。新实践教学体系以湖南衡山有机茶厂为基础,根据有机农业对新型农业环境人才的需求设计了三个方面的任务。在2014年下学期,研究组组织了5个班116人进行试验运行,结果表明新实践教学体系更能提高学生的积极性,发展学生的动手动脑能力。

摘要:
采用盆栽试验,研究了坡缕石钝化与喷施叶面硅肥联合处理对水稻吸收累积Cd效应的影响。试验结果表明,单独喷施叶面硅肥能够增加水稻产量,可以不同程度地降低水稻地上部Cd含量及Cd从根系向地上部的转运能力。与空白对照相比,糙米、颖壳和秸秆中Cd含量最大可分别降低34.9%、30.1%和34.0%,且在水稻不同生育期喷施硅肥对Cd在地上部累积的抑制效果依次为分蘖期+齐穗期>分蘖期>齐穗期。盆栽试验中添加1.0%的坡缕石后能够显著降低土壤中Cd的生物有效性,糙米、颖壳、秸秆以及根系中Cd含量分别比空白对照降低39.5%、28.6%、35.3%和20.9%。坡缕石钝化处理并联合在水稻分蘖期和齐穗期分别喷施0.1%~ 0.4%叶面硅肥结果表明,钝化处理与叶面阻Cd联合能更加有效地降低水稻地上部对Cd的吸收,其中稻米、颖壳和秸秆中重金属Cd含量最大分别可降低58.1%、63.3%和68.7%,糙米中Cd含量可由对照的0.43 mg·kg~(-1)降到低于稻谷Cd的食品安全国家标准限量值0.20 mg·kg~(-1)以下,但对根系中重金属Cd的含量降低仅为17.8%,与坡缕石单一钝化相比无显著差异。

采用盆栽试验,研究了3种钾肥对4种烟草吸收土壤重金属镉的影响.烟草云烟87、云烟97、K326和湘3号生长在株洲茶陵镉污染1. 0 mg·kg~(-1)以下的酸性土壤上,通过追肥施入3种钾肥(硫酸钾、硅酸钾、磷酸氢二钾),分别测定烟草上、中、下部位烟叶中重金属的含量,探讨3种钾肥对污染土壤pH的影响及烟草吸收土壤重金属镉的差异性.结果表明,K326对镉的富集能力最强,云烟87最弱;硅酸钾对降低烟草吸收镉的效果最好,降低率可达20%—40%;且3种钾肥对土壤pH和镉化学形态的影响均呈显著性水平.

摘要:
Fe-Mn binary oxide flower-like three-dimensional nanostructure synthesized from a hydrothermal procedure was used to remove arsenic (As) from aqueous solution. The samples were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR). SEM images revealed that the Fe-Mn binary oxide was dispersed as flower-like spheres with a diameter of 500 - 800 nm and the width of the petals was 20 - 30 nm. Sorption of the As to the Fe-Mn binary oxide reached equilibrium in less than 180 s, which is much faster than pure MnO2 and amorphous iron manganese binary oxide. The adsorption isotherm agreed well with the Freundlich adsorption model with adsorption capacities of 26.5 mg/g, when the equilibrium concentration was 34.5 mg/L. The effect of temperature revealed that the adsorption of As was exothermic, and the adsorption decreased with increasing temperature from 20 degrees C to 70 degrees C. The removal percentage of As by Fe-Mn binary oxide reached 100% from aqueous solution at pH 4.0 - 6.0. The Fe-Mn binary oxide nano-flowers are a potential highly efficient nanomaterial for removal of As from water.

在湖南某植烟区采集代表性的土壤和烟叶样品112个,测定了土壤理化性质和样品的铅、镉含量,并通过相关性和回归分析来研究烟叶铅、镉含量与土壤因子关系。结果表明:研究区土壤Pb、Cd全量平均值为40.91、0.37 mg·kg~(-1),Pb、Cd有效态平均值分别为10.71、0.23 mg·kg~(-1),烟叶Pb、Cd含量分别为3.86、7.55 mg·kg~(-1);烟叶Pb、Cd的富集系数分别为0.094和19.84,对比富集系数可知,植烟区烟叶镉的健康风险要大于铅。相关性分析表明:烟叶中Pb与土壤Pb全量、Pb有效态含量呈正相关,与pH值呈负相关;烟叶Cd与土壤Cd全量、Cd有效态含量、有机质含量和氯离子量呈正相关,与pH值负相关。通过数据逐步回归得到的方程为lgY_(tobac-Pb)=0.806lgX_(soilPb)-0.314pH-0.020(R~2=0.499)、lgY_(tobac-Cd)=0.877X_(soilCd)-0.302pH~+0.465lgX_(OM)+1.632(R~2=0.561),回归方程对烟叶中Pb、 Cd的预测达到极显著水平。
