煅烧的水滑石同时去除水体中砷和氟

摘要:
为探讨水滑石类材料对水体中氟、砷离子的同时去除效果,采用共沉淀法合成(Mg∶ Al = 2∶ 1)纳米类水滑石(LDHs),用傅立叶转换红外光谱、电子扫描透射电镜、X 射线晶体衍射等手段对合成的材料进行了表征,并研究纳米材料在不同初始浓度、pH、吸附时间、阴离子干扰条件下其同时除砷氟性能。结果表明,煅烧后的水滑石(LDOs)对砷最大吸附量为51. 02 mg /g,对氟最大吸附量为36. 63 mg /g。吸附动力学实验表明,煅烧水滑石对砷的吸附在前6 h 内基本完成,对氟的吸附在前10 h 内基本完成。砷氟共存溶液保持pH = 4 ~ 10及pH = 6 ~ 8时,水滑石分别对砷、氟保持良好的吸附效率。对比不同阴离子对水滑石共除砷氟效率的影响,水滑石除砷速率受到阴离子影响力大小为:HPO_4~(2-)> CO_3~(2-)> NO_3~(-)> Cl~- > SO_4~(2-);水滑石除氟速率受到阴离子影响力大小为:CO_3~(2-)> HPO_4~(2-)> SO_4~(2-)> Cl~- > NO_3~-。材料再生循环利用4次后,对砷和氟的吸附效率均能达到90%以上。实验结果表明,所合成的水滑石是一种优秀的能共除砷氟的吸附剂。

摘要:
镉是南方稻田土壤中主要的污染物质,可通过食物链危及动物和人类的健康。通过文献学分析发现土壤中镉污染的原位钝化技术研究中最常用的是施用石灰和硅肥,重点阐述了土壤中镉污染的原位钝化控制技术,包括石灰、赤泥、硅肥、钾肥、钙镁磷肥、粉煤灰等物质或肥料等无机改良剂,及禽畜粪便、作物秸秆、泥炭、豆科绿肥和堆肥等有机改良剂的应用效果,指出应加强原位钝化控制镉污染土壤及其最合适用量水平和施用方法的研究,尤其要关注如何合理利用原位钝化剂阻控土壤中镉的迁移。

针对我国土壤重金属Cd污染严重的问题,开发具有选择性高效固定重金属Cd的保水剂具有重要的意义。实验通过将易吸附固定Cd的纳米二氧化锰为对象,将其固定在聚丙烯酰胺-聚丙烯酸(PAM)保水剂中,形成MnO2-PAM具有固定重金属的保水剂。每克PAM中掺适量的MnO2,并进行吸附试验,其中吸附效果最好的为PM10,通过Langmuir模型模拟,其吸附容量达到2081mg/g。而且随着保水剂中嫁接纳米

摘要:
在植烟区采集具有代表性的土壤和烟叶样品112个,测定其烟草重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd的平均含量分别为:20.46、120.71、3.07、7.51 mg/kg,研究了烟叶Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd的含量特征及其影响因素。结果表明,烟草中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd含量和土壤p H呈显著负相关,和土壤有机质含量呈显著正相关,氯离子和烟叶Zn和Cd呈显著正相关。表明土壤理化性质影响烟叶重金属的积累。

摘要:
Novel magnetic carbonaceous bio-char was hydrothermal prepared from microalgae under different loadings of iron and its structures and surface chemistry were characterized with Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm (BET). The morphology of bio-char changed from sheet to particle as iron loading increased and its surface area also increased. When 3.0 g of dried microalgae and 6.0 mmol iron salt ((NH4)2SO4·FeSO4·6H2O) were mixed and treated, the obtained bio-char possessing the highest amount of oxygen-containing functional groups resulted in the best adsorption performance on tetracycline (TC). This adsorption process was fitted to Langmuir adsorption isotherm and the maximum adsorption capacity was 95.86 mg/g, which is higher than other bio-char reported. The iron loading contributed to the higher adsorption capacity of bio-char, which may be due to three factors, the high surface area, more hydrogen bonding, and bridging effects of the structural Fe for TC. Our data suggest that bio-char may have more important role in stabilization of pollutants in the environment. © 2014 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

湘南某铅锌矿区周围农业土壤中重金属污染及其潜在风险评价

为了探究湘南某铅锌矿区尾砂坝垮坝之后,该区域周围的农业土壤中重金属污染情况,在该矿区周围采集农业土壤,分析土壤中Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd和As的含量,分别运用单因子指数和潜在生态风险指数评价土壤重金属的污染状况和潜在生态风险.结果表明,土壤中Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd、As的平均含量分别为566.82、285.90、69.00、10.29、670.12 mg?kg~(-1),该矿区周围的农业土壤仍旧受到不同程度重金属污染,其中Cd的污染指数最高;所有农业土壤中Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd和As的潜在生态危害性顺序是Cd>As>Pb>Cu>Zn,其中Cd和As是主要的生态风险的贡献因子.该区域的农业土壤受到重金属污染程度并没有随着时间而有所减轻.

摘要:
Application of algicidal bacteria is a promising and environmentally friendly way to control cyanobacterial blooms. Lytic effects of the algicidal bacteria on Microcystis aeruginosa have been observed, but the interactions between algicidal bacteria and the cyanobacteria are still elusive. An algicidal bacterium Bacillus sp. B50 isolated from Lake Donghu showed a highly lytic efficiency on M. aeruginosa NIES-843 through heat-resistant extracellular substances from strain B50. The cell density of strain B50 could be maintained at high levels during the lytic process in bacteria-Microcystis system with inoculation densities of 1.9 ×10<sup>6</sup> and 1.9 ×10<sup>7</sup> cfu/mL, resulting in the death of M. aeruginosa NIES-843. However, the population dynamics of strain B50 was a bell-shaped curve at low inoculation densities and no lytic effect could be observed. Results of physiological responses suggested that the lytic efficiency may be mediated through inhibition of metabolism and production of reactive oxygen species. ©2013 Islamic Azad University (IAU).

Alginate microcapsules immobilized nanoscale zero-valent iron (M-NZVI), with diameters from several hundreds nanometers to several micrometers, were synthesized using ferric and calcium ions as the cross-linking cations, and then tested for removal of Pb(ii) from aqueous solution. The size of NZVI particles was only a few nanometers according to transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation. The synthesized alginate microcapsules were stable in air for as long as they were dried and contained 9.97% of iron by weight. When 0.5 g L -1 of M-NZVI were introduced into an aqueous solution containing 300.0 mg L-1 of Pb(ii), 88% of Pb(ii), 581.7 mg g-1 of Pb(ii) uptake amount were removed from the system in 15 min. The kinetics of the removal reactions, including an initial adsorption phase and a subsequent reduction, is complicated. In addition, the synthesized M-NZVI showed a higher removal capability of Pb compared to NZVI and Ca-alginate particles. This newly synthesized material could be regenerated and reused at least 4 times when the initial concentrations of Pb(ii) were ≤200.0 mg L-1. The higher reaction rates and greater removal capacity suggest that M-NZVI may be a potential material for in situ remediation of metal contaminated water and sediments. © the Partner Organisations 2014.

Cyanobacterial biomass shows high adsorption capacity toward heavy metal ions. However, the cyanotoxins in the cyanobacterial biomass inhibit its application in heavy metals removal. In order to safely and effectively remove Cd(II) from water using cyanobacterial bloom-derived biomass (CBDB), KMnO<inf>4</inf> was used to modify CBDB. The results indicated that the microcystins in the CBDB were successfully removed by KMnO<inf>4</inf>. Potassium permanganate oxidation caused the transformation of hydroxyl to carboxyl on the CBDB, and formed manganese dioxide on the surface of CBDB. The oxidized CBDB showed higher adsorption capacity toward Cd(II) than that of unoxidized treatment. The optimal KMnO<inf>4</inf> concentration for increasing the adsorption capacity of CBDB toward Cd(II) was 0.2g/L. The adsorption isotherm of Cd(II) by oxidized- or unoxidized-CBDB was well fitted by Langmuir model, indicating that the adsorption of Cd(II) by CBDB was monolayer adsorption. The desorption ratio of Cd(II) from oxidized CBDB was higher than that from unoxidized CBDB in the desorption process using NH<inf>4</inf>NO<inf>3</inf> and EDTA as desorbent. The results presented in this study suggest that KMnO<inf>4</inf> modified CBDB may be used as a safe and high efficient adsorbent in Cd(II) removal from water. ©2014 Elsevier B.V.

Fe/MnO<inf>2</inf> flower-like 3-dimensional nanostructure synthesized by hydrothermal procedure was used to remove As from aqueous solution. The Fe/MnO<inf>2</inf> dispersing flower-like sphere with the diameter of 500∼800 nm and the width of petal of 20∼30 nm was characterized by SEM. Sorption of arsenic to Fe/MnO<inf>2</inf> reached equilibrium in less than 180 s, which was much faster than that of pure MnO<inf>2</inf> and amorphous iron manganese binary oxide. The adsorption isotherm agreed well (R<sup>2</sup> = 0.99) to the Freundlich adsorption model, with adsorption capacities of 26.5 mg/g, at an equilibrium concentration of 34.5 mg/L at room temperature. As adsorption was exothermic, and the adsorption capacity decreased by increasing the temperature from 20 to 70 °C. The removal percentage of As by Fe/MnO<inf>2</inf> reached 99% from aqueous solution at pH 4.0 to 6.0. The Fe/MnO<inf>2</inf> nano-flowers are a potential highly efficient nanomaterial for removal of arsenic from water. ©2014 Taylor &Francis Group.

摘要:
The allelopathic effect of the cyanobacterium Tychonema bourrellyi against the cyanobacterium Microcystis aeruginosa is reported for the first time in this paper. The filtrate of T. bourrellyi CHAB663 culture showed strong inhibitory effect on M. aeruginosa NIES-843, but the inhibitory effect was weakened by shaking culture, and such results implied that the allelopathic effect was probably mediated by the volatile substances secreted by T. bourrellyi. β-Ionone was identified as a major ingredient in the volatile substances in the cultures of T. bourrellyi, and it may act as an important allelochemical responsible for this allelopathic activity. The filtrates of T. bourrellyi culture were shown to decrease the maximum electron transport rate (ETRmax) and elevate the reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels in the cells of M. aeruginosa NIES-843. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media Dordrecht.

摘要:
La-EDTA-Fe3O4 was prepared by a chemical co-precipitation method. The magnetic composite was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Furthermore, the adsorption properties of La-EDTA-Fe3O4 toward phosphate in water were investigated. The uptake rate of phosphate in water by La-EDTA-Fe3O4 was 3-1000 times than that of EDTA-Fe3O4, and reached 97.8% at 7 hr. The adsorption process agreed well with the Freundlich model and kinetics studies showed that the adsorption of phosphate proceeds according to pseudo second-order adsorption kinetics. The maximum removal rate was achieved at pH 6.0-7.0. The La-EDTA-Fe3O4 had good adsorption properties and could be separated well from aqueous solution by a permanent magnet. Therefore, this nanomaterial has potential application for the removal of phosphate from large water bodies.

摘要:
The nanoscale zero valent iron-rectorite (nZVI-R) composite was successfully synthesized through incorporation of nano-zero valent iron (nZVI) into the natural rectorite as supports. Iron ions were imbedded in the interlayer of rectorite clay via an ion-exchange reaction, and then the exchangeable Fe(III) cations were reduced to nZVI by NaBH4 in solution. The confinement of Fe crystal growth in the interlayer regions of rectorite resulted in the formation of nZVI particles at ca. 10.3nm. The structure, morphology, Fe species, crystal phase, and elemental composition of the prepared nZVI-R composite materials were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF). Comparing with the commercially available nZVI-Junye, nZVI prepared in laboratory (nZVI-Lab) and Na-rectorite, the synthesized nZVI-R composite in this study showed superior decolorization efficiency for Orange II with 0.2g of nZVI-R and a complete removal of Orange II achieved in less than 10min. On the basis of FT-IR spectra, the mechanism for nZVI-R in the discoloration of Orange II was also postulated. This nZVI-R composite has potential applications in cleaning up environmental contaminants such as organic dyes or halogen compounds. © 2012 Published by Elsevier B.V.

近年来,由于人类的工农业活动影响,砷污染已经成为一个全球性的环境与健康问题。在物理、化学和生物等作用下,环境中的砷表现出不同的化学形态,砷对生物的毒性与之有着密切联系。环境中的砷通过饮食、饮水、呼吸和接触皮肤等方式进入人体,产生急性或慢性中毒。对于治理和修复已遭受砷污染的环境,目前有一些成熟的治理和修复技术,其中超砷富集植物的发现,植物修复技术被认为是一种修复土壤砷污染的有效技术。

摘要:
Humic acid (HA) modifying Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf> nanoparticles (Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>/HA) was developed for removal of Rhodamine B from water. Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>/HA was prepared by a coprecipitation procedure with cheap and environmentally friendly iron salts and HA. TEM images revealed the Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>/HA (with ~10nm Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf> cores) were aggregated as aqueous suspensions. With a saturation magnetization of 61.2emu/g, the Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>/HA could be simply recovered from water with magnetic separations at low magnetic field gradients within a few minutes. Sorption of the Rhodamine B to Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>/HA reached equilibrium in less than 15min, and agreed well to the Langmuir adsorption model with maximum adsorption capacities of 161.8mg/g. The Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>/HA was able to remove over 98.5% of Rhodamin B in water at optimized pH. ©2012 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
生物脱硫法作为一种高效、高实用性的除硫新技术而受到越来越多的关注。以活性炭纤维为微生物载体,通过活性污泥上清液挂膜驯化,考察硫化氢进气量、喷淋量、pH值和硫酸根离子浓度等条件对脱硫效率的影响。研究结果表明,在室温下,硫化氢负荷为90 g/(m3.h),进气浓度控制在3 g/m3,进气量为60 L/h,喷淋量为250~650 L/(m3.d),pH为2~5的条件下,生物活性炭纤维对硫化氢的去除率可保持在98%以上。

摘要:
Fe/MnO<inf>2</inf> was prepared from hydrothermal procedure, and its properties for removal of arsenic from aqueous solution were investigated. The samples were characterized with XRD, SEM and FTIR. SEM images revealed the Fe/MnO<inf>2</inf> was dispersing flower-like sphere with the diameter of 500-800 nm and the width of petal was of 20-30 nm. Sorption of the arsenic to Fe/MnO<inf>2</inf> reached equilibrium in less than 180 s, which was the much faster than that of pure MnO<inf>2</inf> and amorphous iron manganese binary oxide. The adsorption isotherm was agreed well to the Freundlich adsorption model with maximum adsorption capacities of 26.5 mg/g. The Fe/MnO<inf>2</inf> was able to remove 100% of arsenic in water at pH 4.0, and this adsorbent was stable in solution with low pH. The Fe/MnO<inf>2</inf> nano-flowers are a potential high efficient nanomaterial for removal of arsenic from water. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
