摘要:
An increasing number of people are processing transactions online and the numbers are likely to increase rapidly in the near future. It is important to analyze the relationship between customer values of social network service and Customer Loyalty. The purpose of this paper is to answer the following questions. First, what are key components of customer value in social network service? Second, what influences the relationship between customer value and Customer Loyalty? Data collected from 160 respondents who participate in social network service were used to test a research model. Several managerial implications were derived from the analysis and further studies were suggested. ©2012 Springer Science+Business Media Dordrecht.

摘要:
In this paper, we use survey data from 165 enterprises in Hunan Province, in addition, we take in the Probit model to make empirical analysis about the willing for companies to build the logistics cost control system of supply chain and its influence factors from the following four aspects: the features of enterprise, the features of senior management, the external environment as well as the expected market. The results show that the willing for companies to build the logistics cost control system of supply chain is not strong. Among them, the willing is significantly correlated with the firm size, the type of senior management, the awareness of cost control system of logistics, government support policies and cost management techniques as well as its methods of development, while the willing has negative correlation with the nature of corporate, the risk expectations and the expected cost. In addition, the education of senior management and the behavioral factors of peer competitors have the same expected direction with our paper, but not significantly.

摘要:
How to ensure the operating performance of farmer in the agricultural industrial production process is very important. This paper take the unique institutional innovation pattern of agricultural industrialization such as "company +cooperative+peasant household"as a example,and analyzes the motivation of why to Create the mode, highlight of institutional innovation and operation performance. The results showed that the mode ensures the households' main position through institutional innovation in the agricultural industrial production process,and it is feasible to coordinate the interest conflict between the company and the peasant household through cooperative,and if the main position of cooperative can be really implemented that the effects of institutional innovation will be more good. ©(2011) Trans Tech Publications.

摘要:
To reduce the high failure rate of the ERP applications, the paper established a fuzzy evaluation model of enterprise's ERP applications based on the theory of BSC (Balanced Score Card). Took 12 listed companies for example, the paper tested and evaluated the efficiency averages of their before and after 2 year's ERP implementation. The results indicated that good effect has been obtained after implementing ERP system of the 12 listed companies, but customers and internal business process are to be strengthened, the old concepts of enterprise earning and growth are to be updated. ©2010 IEEE.

摘要:
In recent years, word frequency analysis is used to explore the hot topics. It has contributed to the decision-making for industry. This research focuses on exploring the hot topics of mechanical instrument industry by word frequency analysis. The study includes growth of keywords and keyword ranking. The results showed that finite element, troubleshooting, optimization, genetic algorithms are hot topics between 1999-2008. The findings in this study are that the word frequency analysis can help companies concerned about the hot topics in its industry. ©2009 IEEE.

Online trust is one of the key obstacles to vendors succeeding on the internet medium;a lack of trust is likely to discourage online consumers from participating in e-commerce. Previous study most have investigated only a component of e-commerce (e.g., initial adoption or continuance), but neglected the role of good relations with the consumer in ensuring a successful sustained relationship. Therefore, a model that went beyond intention and included key relational concepts (satisfaction, loyalty, etc.) was developed. Trust and its components are a major part of this model, which was based on strong theoretical foundations. Ten hypotheses were formulated. Data on the constructs were collected from 350 respondents and analyzed using lisrel 8.7 to test model validity and the hypotheses. Implications for researchers and practitioners are discussed. ©2009 IEEE.

摘要:
As the biggest fireworks production base in the world, Liuyang fireworks has given birth to enormous impact to Chinese, and even to the global fireworks industry. This paper focused on the international competitiveness of Hunan Liuyang fireworks. Firstly, we evaluated its competitiveness in achievement from the export position of Liuyang fireworks in the world and in China, and found that Liuyang fireworks had strong international competitiveness. Then, its competitiveness in strength was analyzed from the angle of view of brand and technology, and the conclusion was that the international competitiveness of Liuyang firework in strength was strong, but it was also confronted with some threats. Further, we discussed its competitiveness in potential based on the diamond model of Michael Porter, and thought that Liuyang fireworks had evident competitive potential in industrial Culture, production factors, demand conditions and policies. At last, this paper provided some methods to boost the export of Liuyang fireworks. ©2009 IEEE.

Marketing of agricultural produce is a complex task involving various stack-holders, products and business scenarios. In a developing country like china, this activity is influenced by local, socio-economic and cultural characteristics. While other complex but well-defined business processes are experiencing benefits of services driven e-business;"marketing of agricultural produce? has remained untouched by this revolution. Unavailability of proper underlying IT infrastructure will continue to inhibit the implementation and penetration of such technological advancements amongst the users. In absence of such capability, the informal transactions provide meager benefits to a farmer who looses a better price in other potential market, or a wholesaler, who might have got the desired quality product at a lower cost directly from the farm. There is a need to develop affordable and reliable solution that links all the actors involved in the system and provide an environment for a competitive business. This research paper demonstrates Web Services based business process management system, developed to aid marketing of agricultural produce. With the help of the Web Services based business process management system, a trader can execute a complete trading business process. This paper also demonstrates a complete business process that is initiated by a farmer with a mobile PDA involving trade of an agricultural produce in the market place.
