摘要:
Networked software, a special kind of applications in service-oriented computing and ultra-large-scale systems, is a complex software system deploying on network environment. Currently, traditional requirements management systems are far from meeting demands of networked software, due to low degree of automation, coarse-grained management and limited support for requirements modeling activities. Facing the challenges, based on meta-modeling frame called RGPS (Role-Goal-Process-Service) international standard, an ontology-based requirements management framework called ORMF is presented in this paper. In addition, an open requirements management architecture is designed to fulfill ORMF framework. Finally, a requirement registration and query tool called RGPS Browser is implemented to provide supporting services for open requirements process of networked software. Combined with an on-demand Q/A case in transport domain, it displays fine-grained retrieval in visualization.

摘要:
Background: Newly microarray technologies yield large-scale datasets. The microarray datasets are usually presented in 2D matrices, where rows represent genes and columns represent experimental conditions. Systematic analysis of those datasets provides the increasing amount of information, which is urgently needed in the post-genomic era. Biclustering, which is a technique developed to allow simultaneous clustering of rows and columns of a dataset, might be useful to extract more accurate information from those datasets. Biclustering requires the optimization of two conflicting objectives (residue and volume), and a multi-objective artificial immune system capable of performing a multi-population search. As a heuristic search technique, artificial immune systems (AISs) can be considered a new computational paradigm inspired by the immunological system of vertebrates and designed to solve a wide range of optimization problems. During biclustering several objectives in conflict with each other have to be optimized simultaneously, so multi-objective optimization model is suitable for solving biclustering problem.Results: Based on dynamic population, this paper proposes a novel dynamic multi-objective immune optimization biclustering (DMOIOB) algorithm to mine coherent patterns from microarray data. Experimental results on two common and public datasets of gene expression profiles show that our approach can effectively find significant localized structures related to sets of genes that show consistent expression patterns across subsets of experimental conditions. The mined patterns present a significant biological relevance in terms of related biological processes, components and molecular functions in a species-independent manner.Conclusions: The proposed DMOIOB algorithm is an efficient tool to analyze large microarray datasets. Segmentation is the base of information processing in Chinese, the difficulty of lies in disambiguation. This paper puts forward a new method for disambiguation according to the frequency of single characters functioning as independent meaningful words, context and the frequency of word collocation as well. It has been proved by experiments to be able to greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of segmentation.

摘要:
Identification of genes and pathways involving in diseases and physiological conditions is a major task in systems biology. In this study, we develop a new non-parameter Ising model to integrate protein-protein interaction network and microarray data for identifying differentially expressed (DE) genes. We also propose a simulated annealing algorithm to find the optimal configuration of the Ising model. We test the Ising model to two breast cancer microarray data sets. The results show that more cancer related differentially expressed sub-networks and genes are identified by the Ising model than by the Markov random filed (MRF) model. ©2010 IEEE.

The paper proposes a novel hierarchical classification approach with dynamic-threshold SVM ensemble. At training phrase, hierarchical structure is explored to select suit positive and negative examples as training set in order to obtain better SVM classifiers. When predicting an unseen example, it is classified for all the label classes in a top-down way in hierarchical structure. Particulary, two strategies are proposed to determine dynamic prediction threshold for different label class, with hierarchical structure being utilized again. In four genomic data sets, experiments show that the selection policies of training set outperform existing two ones and two strategies of dynamic prediction threshold achieve better performance than the fixed thresholds. ©2010 Springer-Verlag.

摘要:
correct detection of external defects on potatoes is the key technology in the realization of automatic potato grading and sorting station. This paper reports a novel inspection approach to external defects of potato in three potato cultivars. Adaptive Intensity Interception (AII) and Fixed Intensity Interception (FII) methods have been proposed to extract the suspect defects. Otsu segmentation combined with morphologic operation was used to remove the normal skin and background. Area threshold and black ratio threshold were used to identify defects in the suspect defects. Experiments have shown FII performed better than All in a specific circumstance. The correct classification rate of defects, the correct recognition rate of defects and the correct inspection rate of potatoes based on FII are 92.1%, 91.4% and 100% respectively. The results showed this approach was fast, valid and convenient for defect detection on yellow-skin potatoes.

摘要:
Latest microarray technique can measure the expression levels of thousands of genes under a set of conditions, and generates some large-scale microarray datasets. Biclustering can perform clustering of rows and columns of those dataset simultaneously, allowing the mining of additional information from microarray datasets which is important in bioinformatics research and biomedical applications. Since the biclustering problem is combinatorial, and multi-objective ant optimization systems present several advantages during dealing with this kind of problem. This paper proposes a novel multi-objective ant colony optimization biclustering algorithm to mine biclusters from microarray dataset. Experimental results on real dataset show that our approach can find significant biclusters of high quality.

Based on the piecewise rational interpolating polynomial monotonicity preserving interpolation, adopting the numerical quadrature to calculate the arc length s(i) at everyone of the ordered vector point on the parametric curve, an approximating scheme for the inverse one of are length function of the parametric curve is constructed, which passes through the n+1 points. A C-2 nearly arc-length parameterization is presented by substituting the approximating scheme for the parameter t. The nearly Arc-length Parameterization passes through the n+1 vector-valued points, and has its accurate arc length parameters at every one of the ordered vector points. Moreover, our further study shows that the nearly Arc-length Parameterization carries the exactly same geometric shape because it comes form a kind of parametric transformation of the original curve. Therefore, this process provides a key to the difficult problem of the are length parameterization of parametric curve.

Background: High-throughput microarray technologies have generated and accumulated massive amounts of gene expression datasets that contain expression levels of thousands of genes under hundreds of different experimental conditions. The microarray datasets are usually presented in 2D matrices, where rows represent genes and columns represent experimental conditions. The analysis of such datasets can discover local structures composed by sets of genes that show coherent expression patterns under subsets of experimental conditions. It leads to the development of sophisticated algorithms capable of extracting novel and useful knowledge from a biomedical point of view. In the medical domain, these patterns are useful for understanding various diseases, and aid in more accurate diagnosis, prognosis, treatment planning, as well as drug discovery. Results: In this work we present the CMOPSOB (Crowding distance based Multi-objective Particle Swarm Optimization Biclustering), a novel clustering approach for microarray datasets to cluster genes and conditions highly related in sub-portions of the microarray data. The objective of biclustering is to find sub-matrices, i.e. maximal subgroups of genes and subgroups of conditions where the genes exhibit highly correlated activities over a subset of conditions. Since these objectives are mutually conflicting, they become suitable candidates for multi-objective modelling. Our approach CMOPSOB is based on a heuristic search technique, multi-objective particle swarm optimization, which simulates the movements of a flock of birds which aim to find food. In the meantime, the nearest neighbour search strategies based on crowding distance and ε-dominance can rapidly converge to the Pareto front and guarantee diversity of solutions. We compare the potential of this methodology with other biclustering algorithms by analyzing two common and public datasets of gene expression profiles. In all cases our method can find localized structures related to sets of genes that show consistent expression patterns across subsets of experimental conditions. The mined patterns present a significant biological relevance in terms of related biological processes, components and molecular functions in a species-independent manner. Conclusion: The proposed CMOPSOB algorithm is successfully applied to biclustering of microarray dataset. It achieves a good diversity in the obtained Pareto front, and rapid convergence. Predicting gene function is usually formulated as binary classification problem. However; we only know which gene has some function while we are not sure that it doesn't belong to a function class, which means that only positive examples are given. Therefore, selecting a good training example set becomes a key step. In this paper, we cluster the genes on integrated weighted graph by generalizing the cluster coefficient of unweighted graph to weighted one, and identify the reliable negative samples based on distance between a gene and centroid of positive clusters. Then, the tri-training algorithm is used to learn three classifiers from labeled and unlabeled examples to predict the gene function by combining three prediction result. The experiment results show that our approach outperforms several classic prediction methods.

摘要:
Rapid and precise interpolation of curves has been a key issue in development of computer numerical control(CNC) systems. With the development of firmware, it is a new attempt to perform the interpolation by means of firmware. This paper presents a method to develop a rapid and precise interpolator that can produce a smooth interpolating curve. An algorithm is first shown to construct a smooth interpolating curve and a way is put forward to calculate the constructed curve with firmware;then details are introduced to design and implement the firmware units that perform rapid and precise calculations. Factors related with the computational process control and precision control are also investigated and made clear in the paper. ©2009 IEEE.

摘要:
An approach is presented to solve bordered tridiagonal linear equations (BTLES). By the approach, a BTLE is first converted into three or more tridiagonal linear equations (TLES) that are independent each other, then the solution of the BTLE can be obtained via the solutions of the TLES. Since the TLES are independent each other, their solution can be obtained via parallel computing under heterogeneous environments. The approach costs at most O(n <sup>2</sup>) of time complexity in sequential mode. Detail mathematical deduction is presented to reveal the approach and a framework is introduced to implement the approach. The approach, which can also be available for grid computing, greatly increases the flexibility and agility of computations as well as the computational efficiency. ©2009 IEEE.

摘要:
Biclustering methods allow us to identify genes with similar behavior with respect to different conditions. Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithms have been shown to be effective problem solving strategies for Multiple Objective Optimization (MOO). Multiple Objective Ant colony optimization (MOACO) mainly focuses on solving the multiple objective combinatorial optimization problems. This paper incorporates crowding update technology into MOACOB and proposes a novel crowding based MOACO biclustering algorithm to mine biclusters from microarray dataset. Experimental results are shown for biclustering algorithm on two real gene expression dataset. © 2009 IEEE.

Based on the original geometrical definition of the planar parametric convex curve, the local convexity and the global convexity on parametric curve are discussed, a few properties are obtained, and a necessary and sufficient condition is presented for the local convexity of a general planar parametric curve.

Service-oriented architecture can offer open standards to integrate inter-enterprise applications, but it cannot fully support complex Internet applications characterized by asynchronous transmission and high reliability. Although traditional message-oriented middleware (MOM), being loosely coupled and asynchronous reliable, is suitable for enterprise integration. Yet it is too unscalable and inflexible to expand into large-scale network environment. In this paper, it firstly presents the communication model of a new service-oriented asynchronous messaging middleware called s-AMM. Then, it designs an architecture of s-AMM which fully introduces the advantages of SOA and MOM, and analyzes some key technologies including message processing algorithm, service re-composition and security service etc. At last, s-AMM is proved to be feasible and effective by a mobile e-commence case and it has broad application prospects in large-scale network environment.

摘要:
This paper analyzed the impacting factors of listed company's investment decision through utilizing all-path recursive model. The empirical result shows: Firstly, though the concentration ratio of shares doesn't directly affect enterprise's expenditure scale, it influences enterprise's investment decision indirectly through financing structure and enterprise performance. Secondly, there is a prominent positive correlation between financial leverage and enterprise's investment expenditure, it shows that financial leverage effect of investment decision in China's listed company follows management opportunism hypothesis. Thirdly, there is prominent positive correlation between enterprise's internal cash flow and investment expenditure, it shows that internal cash flow has already become the important factor affecting enterprise's investment decision, and market-oriented trend of financing behavior beyond enterprise is strengthened. Fourthly, there are a prominent positive correlation between the total assets turnover ratio of last period, investment ratio of last period and the investment expenditure of current period. ©2009 IEEE.

In recent years, many government and private organization efforts have been devoted to bring e-business technologies to agricultural domain. It is quite possible in agriculture marketing scenario that for a complete business process, an agricultural marketing activity can make the use of various existing business applications with loosely coupled and open computing environment. However, there is a need to develop a proper underlying infrastructure that links legacy business applications and provides an environment for a competitive business. Web service is an internet-based software component that can shield all sorts of heterogeneous business applications on basis of Service-oriented Architecture standards. In this paper, a Web service composition framework (WSCF) is presented to offer the effective business integration for agriculture marketing. It models various business processes as Web services and the process-based Web services composition can be carried out a complete business process spanned across various existing business applications. We are following WSCF to achieve our objective in ongoing project e-agricultural business platform.

SOA has become a new software basic architecture which offers an intelligent infrastructure to reduce the complexity of service reuse and then integrates all kinds of technologies, protocols and applications. Current products of SOA-based enterprise service bus (ESBsoa) can mainly offer Web services container but not unified adapter mechanism to integrate some kinds of enterprise applications. It restricts the availability and scalability of ESBsoa. In this paper, it first presents a new SOA-based Enterprise Application Integration Environment which clarifies the status and function of ESBsoa in constructing Web services-based application supporting platform. Then, it puts forth a new implementation architecture for ESBsoa, and then analyzes some key technologies including transport adaptation, service adaptation and common services etc. At last, ESBsoa is proved to be feasible and effective by simulation experiments. ©2008 IEEE.

摘要:
With the advent of the DNA microarray technology, it is now possible to study the transcriptional response of a complete genome to different experimental conditions. Biclustering is a very useful data mining technique for analysis of those gene expression data. During biclustering several objectives in conflict with each other have to be optimized simultaneously, so multi-objective modeling is suitable for solving biclustering problem. This paper proposes a novel multi-objective particle swarm optimization biclustering (MOPSOB) algorithm to mine coherent patterns from microarray data. Experimental results on real datasets show that our approach can effectively find significant biclusters of high quality. © 2008 IEEE.

Rapeseed is one of the important oilseed crop species, and is worldwide the most important economically. The light seed colour in rapeseed is associated with improved oil, protein and fibre contents. But there are not reliable and efficient methods to measure seed colour, especially the single seed colour. Two transformations of RGB (red, green, and blue) colour space were used for two seed colour recognition methods, i.e., HSV (hue, saturation, and value) and nine colour model (NCM). Using these two colour space transformations, the performance of the common method on rapeseed colour recognition was compared with the major colour method. The common method obtained the colour recognition accuracy of 83.96% in single seed recognition and 92.72% in sample recognition. The major colour method obtained the colour recognition accuracy of 98.91% in single seed recognition and 100% in sample recognition. The major colour method combined with HSV and NCM colour space transformation proved to be a good approach for seed colour recognition of rapeseed using machine vision.
