Environmental-friendly hydrochar-montmorillonite composite for efficient catalytic degradation of dicamba and alleviating its damage to crops

摘要:
In recent years, carbon-based materials catalyzing peroxymonosulfate (PMS) for green degradation of persistent or-ganic pollutants have attracted increasing attention. However, PMS activation by hydrochar composite (e.g. hydrochar-montomorillonite) has rarely been investigated. Herein, a simple preparation, low-cost and eco-friendly catalyst of hydrochar-montmorillonite composite (HC-Mt) was prepared to firstly catalyze PMS for the degradation of dicamba (DIC). The as-prepared HC-Mt showed a remarkably better catalyzing performance for PMS than pure hydrochar (HC) due to its good physicochemical characteristics and abundant oxygen-containing groups. Further-more, the electron spin resonance (ESR) and quenching tests revealed that active species such as SO4 center dot-, center dot OH and O2 center dot- all participated in the degradation process. DIC sites on C6, Cl 10, and O15 exhibited higher reactivity according to the density functional theory (DFT) calculation, which were easily attacked by active species. The DIC degradation mainly occurred via hydroxyl substitution, decarboxylation, oxidation and ring-cleavage and finally most of the inter-mediates were mineralized into CO2 and H2O. Finally, the phytotoxicity assessment was measured by the germination growth situation of tobacco and mung beans in the presence of DIC (with or without treatment by HC-Mt/PMS). The result showed that HC-Mt/PMS could significantly reduce the phytotoxicity of DIC to crops, suggesting that catalyzing PMS using HC-Mt was environmentally friendly. Therefore, this work did not only provide a novel catalyzing PMS strategy using hydrochar composite for wastewater treatment, but also give a new idea for herbicide phytotoxicity management.

摘要:
A novel C‐TiO2/PCN (CNT) composite is designed for piezo‐photocatalytic ciprofloxacin (CIP) degradation. The twisty structure, n→π* electronic transition, and Step‐scheme heterojunction of CNT can respectively give rise to the promotion of piezoelectricity, light utilization, and charge separation, leading to much more efficient CIP degradation during the piezo‐photocatalysis than individual photocatalysis or piezocatalysis. Abstract Herein, a twisty C‐TiO2/PCN (CNT) Step‐scheme (S‐scheme) heterojunction is fabricated and applied to degrade ciprofloxacin (CIP) with the assistance of ultrasonic vibration and visible light irradiation. The nitrogen‐rich twisty polymeric carbon nitride (PCN) can not only induce a non‐centrosymmetric structure with enhanced polarity for a better piezoelectric effect but also provide abundant lone pair electrons to promote n→π* transition during photocatalysis. Its hybridization with C‐TiO2 particles can construct S‐scheme heterojunction in CNT. During the piezo‐photocatalysis, the strain‐induced polarization electric field in the heterojunction can regulate the electron migration between the two components, resulting in a more effective CIP degradation. With the synergistic effect of ultrasonic vibration and visible light irradiation, the reaction rate constant of CIP degradation by CNT increases to 0.0517 min−1, which is 1.86 times that of photocatalysis and 6.46 times that of ultrasound. This system exhibits a stable CIP decomposition efficiency under the interference of various environmental factors. In addition, the in‐depth investigation found that three pathways and 12 major intermediates with reduced toxicity are produced after the reaction. Hopefully, the construction of this twisty CNT S‐scheme heterojunction with enhanced piezo‐photocatalytic effect offers inspiration for the design of environmentally functional materials.

摘要:
In this study, a novel π-π stacked PDI/g-C3N4/TiO2@Ti3C2 photocatalyst with step-scheme (S-scheme) heterojunction was constructed to boost the atrazine (ATZ) photocatalytic degradation by activating peroxymonosulfate (PMS). The π-π interaction in the PDI/g-C3N4 induced the delocalization of the photoelectrons, therefore promoted their migration. Meanwhile, the intimate contact and the staggered band configurations between the PDI/g-C3N4 and TiO2@Ti3C2 results in the S-scheme heterojunction thus declined the recombination of photocarriers. The π-π interaction and S-scheme heterojunction synergistically promoted the ATZ removal rate to 75% within one hour and can be well-adapted in a variety of environments. It was found that 1O2 domain the photocatalysis, and the H2O2 generated during the reaction may also be helpful for the process. The transformation of ATZ, intermediates, and three pathways during the process were also investigated via LC-MS. Moreover, the total organic carbon analysis shows that the mineralization of ATZ reached 46.08%. © 2021 Elsevier B.V.

柑橘中除虫脲的残留及膳食安全风险评估

摘要:
于2018年在湖南长沙、湖南张家界、浙江兰溪等12地开展除虫脲的最终残留试验,并在其中湖南长沙、江西高安、广西南宁、福建漳州等4地进行除虫脲的残留消解试验,采用高效液相色谱–串联质谱法(HPLC–MS/MS)测定除虫脲在柑橘全果和柑橘果肉中的残留量,并进行除虫脲的膳食安全风险评估。结果表明:柑橘样品先采用乙腈超声提取,再经PSA和无水硫酸镁净化,最后用HPLC–MS/MS分析测定,外标法定量,柑橘全果和柑橘果肉中除虫脲的添加水平为0.01、0.10、1.00、5.00 mg/kg时,平均回收率分别为89%~102%和76%~99%,相对标准偏差分别为7%~11%和8%~9%;除虫脲在柑橘全果和柑橘果肉中的定量限均为0.01 mg/kg;除虫脲在柑橘全果和柑橘果肉中的残留量随着时间的推移呈波动性缓慢下降,其消解半衰期分别为13.0~18.0 d和9.6~34.0 d;质量分数25%除虫脲可湿性粉剂在柑橘上以125 mg/kg(制剂用量为2000倍液)施药3次,施药间隔7 d,于末次施药后35 d采样测定,除虫脲在柑橘全果和柑橘果肉中的残留量分别为<0.01~0.55 mg/kg和<0.01~0.93 mg/kg,除虫脲在柑橘中的残留量均小于中国规定的最大残留限量值(1 mg/kg);膳食安全风险评估结果显示,普通人群中除虫脲的国家估算每日摄入量为0.651 2 mg(柑橘全果)、0.644 4 mg(柑橘果肉),风险商为51.7%(柑橘全果)、51.1%(柑橘果肉),对一般人群健康不会产生不可接受的风险。

Currently, the energy crisis is the crucial problem faced by the world, and photocatalytic hydrogen (H2) production is recognized with a chance to be a standout amongst those guaranteeing results to this issue. For a long time, photocatalytic H2 production has mainly relied on the noble metal catalysts. However, the limitations of noble metals themselves, such as scarcity and high cost, have severely restricted their large-scale application. Therefore, it is urgent to seek a cheaper, more efficient, and stable catalyst for photocatalytic H2 production. Fortunately, the emergence of carbon nanostructured materials (CNMs) has brought dawn. Its excellent structure and semiconductor performance can effectively participate in photocatalytic H2 production. CNMs have developed rapidly since they appeared in the field of photocatalytic water splitting. Therefore, it is necessary to summarize the latest progress of CNMs promptly for further development. This review introduced the CNMs, including carbon dots, fullerenes, carbon nanotubes, graphene, and graphdiyne, which is a powerful assistant in photocatalytic H2 production. CNMs can provide abundant adsorption and active sites, charge separation and transport channels, photocatalysts, co-catalysts and photosensitizers. Then, this review has introduced the strategy for enhancing CNMs in photocatalytic H2 production based on recent research. 油菜籽中高效氟吡甲禾灵及其代谢物的残留检测与膳食风险评估

通过添加回收试验建立高效氟吡甲禾灵及其代谢物氟吡禾灵在油菜籽中的残留检测方法;2018-2019年,在河南济源、安徽合肥、浙江杭州、湖北武汉、湖南长沙、四川彭州、云南昆明、广西南宁等8地开展高效氟吡甲禾灵最终残留量试验,并对其进行膳食摄入风险评估。结果显示:采用乙腈超声提取,经弗罗里硅土层析柱净化,结合高效液相色谱检测油菜籽样品中高效氟吡甲禾灵,采用NaOH-甲醇混合溶液提取,经N-丙基乙二胺净化,结合液相色谱质谱联用检测油菜籽样品中氟吡禾灵,在0.05、0.30、3.00 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,高效氟吡甲禾灵和氟吡禾灵在油菜籽中的平均添加回收率分别为77%~87%和77%~100%,相对标准偏差分别为6%~ 13%和1%~8%;48%高效氟吡甲禾灵乳油制剂按0.011 g/m~2用量施药,在油菜成熟期采收的油菜籽中高效氟吡甲禾灵及其代谢物氟吡禾灵的残留量均小于0.05 mg/kg,总量均小于0.10 mg/kg,推荐高效氟吡甲禾灵在油菜籽上的最大残留限量为0.10 mg/kg;普通人群高效氟吡甲禾灵的国家估算每日摄入量为0.046 56 mg,占日允许摄入量的105.58%,对一般人群健康可能产生不可接受的风险。

基于液相色谱质谱联用仪,建立了联苯菊酯和噻虫胺的定性定量检测分析方法,以研究1%联苯菊酯·噻虫胺颗粒剂在甘蓝中的残留行为,并根据残留检测结果,结合我国农药登记情况和居民的人均膳食结构,评估了联苯菊酯和噻虫胺的膳食摄入风险.结果表明:研究建立的联苯菊酯和噻虫胺检测方法,其线性相关系数(R2)均不低于0.997,在0.02、0.20、1.00 mg/kg的添加水平下,联苯菊酯在甘蓝中回收率在70%~110%,相对标准偏差为10%~17%;在0.05、0.50、2.00 mg/kg的添加水平下,噻虫胺在甘蓝中回收率在93%~108%,相对标准偏差为1%~6%;均满足试验要求.按照推荐施药方式药剂有效成分浓度为600 g/hm2(制剂用量为60 kg/hm2),施药1次,联苯菊酯在收获期甘蓝中的最终残留量均小于0.02 mg/kg,噻虫胺在收获期甘蓝中的最终残留量均小于0.05 mg/kg,未超过我国规定的MRL值(分别为0.20和0.50 mg/kg).因此,甘蓝中的联苯菊酯和噻虫胺残留对一般人群健康不会产生不可接受的风险.

摘要:
Germanium (Ge) is a widely distributed but rare element on earth. Organic germanium is the most widely used form of germanium. Compared to the common metal (mercury, cadmium, lead, etc.), organic germanium is much less toxic to humans than others. Since its discovery in 1886, organic germanium and relative compounds have caused many medically related problems across the globe. In most cases, organic germanium exists in the natural environment in an oxidation state. The size of organic germanium and its compounds is extremely small in natural water, for which organic germanium can easily enter the environment through the flow of water. Because organic germanium owns unique chemical properties and is potentially ecotoxic, so there are have special environmental problems. Considering the fact that people does not know much about organic germanium, along with the lack of systematic research, this paper starts with a brief introduction of the chemical composition, distribution, and threat to human health of organic germanium. Then, the new and common technologies for the recovery and removal of germanium as referred to in various literatures introduced and with detail description of their performance, advantages, disadvantages, and applications. 建立了高效液相色谱法同时检测甘蓝中虱螨脲和顺式氯氰菊酯残留的方法.使用乙腈提取,高效液相色谱检测,外标法定量.方法 的线性范围为0.05~5.00 mg· L-1,虱螨脲相关系数为0.999 4,顺式氯氰菊酯相关系数为0.999 4.在0.05、0.10、1.00、5.00 mg· kg-14个添加水平下,甘蓝中虱螨脲和顺式氯氰菊酯的平均回收率分别为87.3%~101.9%和89.4%~105.2%,相对标准偏差分别为2.61%~9.16%和3.35%~8.57%,定量限均为0.05 mg· kg-1.该方法可用于同时检测甘蓝虱螨脲和顺式氯氰菊酯的残留量.

建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)快速检测水稻植株、稻壳、糙米中噁唑酰草胺及其代谢物(HFMPA、 HPFMPA、 6-CBO)残留量的方法。样品用乙腈提取PSA净化处理,过0.22μm有机系滤膜后,以乙腈-甲酸水为流动相,在电喷雾正离子模式下以多反应监测(MRM)模式测定,用标准溶液外标法定量。结果表明:方法的线性范围为0.05~1.00 mg·kg-1,决定系数(R2)>0.99;在0.05、 0.50、1.00 mg·kg-13个添加水平下,该方法平均回收率为82%~109%,相对标准偏差为2%~8%,定量限为0.01 mg·kg-1。该处理方法操作简便快速、准确率高、灵敏度高,适用于实际操作,是水稻中噁唑酰草胺及其代谢物(HFMPA、 HPFMPA、 6-CBO)残留检测较理想的办法。

[目的]为评价嘧菌酯和戊唑醇在水稻中的残留消解行为和产生的膳食摄入风险。[方法]采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪联用(HPLC-MS/MS)同时检测嘧菌酯和戊唑醇在水稻糙米、稻壳和植株中残留的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取、PSA分散固相萃取净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪联用检测,外标法定量。[结果]嘧菌酯和戊唑醇在糙米、稻壳和植株中的定量限(LOQ)均为0.05 mg/kg。在0.05~5.00 mg/kg添加水平下,嘧菌酯和戊唑醇的平均回收率在70%~110%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在5%~15%之间。嘧菌酯在稻壳中的消解符合一级动力学方程,半衰期为3.45~5.92 d,戊唑醇在稻壳中的消解符合一级动力学方程,半衰期为7.37~11.0 d,距末次施药后21 d嘧菌酯和戊唑醇在糙米中的最高残留量分别为0.05、0.1668 mg/kg,低于我国《食品农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2016)中规定的糙米中嘧菌酯和戊唑醇最大残留限量值(均为0.5 mg/kg)。[结论]水稻中的嘧菌酯和戊唑醇含量对一般人群健康不会产生不可接受的风险。

Sodium, silicate and carbonate ions co-substituted hydroxyapatite adsorbent (Na-SiCHAP) was prepared by sonochemistry coprecipitation. The effect of a variety of parameters on the adsorption of Pb2+ and Cd2+ by Na-SiCHAP were performed. The adsorption process of heavy metal ions was found to follow the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir adsorption model. The maximum absorption capacity (Qm) of Na-SiCHAP for Pb2+ and Cd2+ ions in 303 K were 698.68 and 129.60 mg g−1 according to the Langmuir adsorption model, respectively. The thermodynamic parameters (ΔG0 <0, ΔS0 >0, ΔH0 >22kJ·mol-1) indicated that the absorption of Pb2+ and Cd2+ on the Na-SiCHAP was spontaneous and endothermic, and the Na-SiCHAP adsorbed mainly via chemical adsorption. Ion exchange of Pb2+ and Cd2+ for Ca2+ and Na+ was one of the principal mechanisms, followed by precipitation and electrostatic interactions. Furthermore, the well stability properties of the Na-SiCHAP adsorbent were confirmed by recycling assays. These data indicate that Na-SiCHAP may be a good adsorbent for the rapid removal of heavy metal ions from aqueous solutions. © 2019 Elsevier Inc.

摘要:
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法同时检测葡萄、土壤中氟吡菌胺和吡唑醚菌酯残留的方法。[方法葡萄和土壤样品均用乙腈提取,提取液用PSA及C_(18)吸附剂分散固相萃取净化,高效液相色谱检测,外标法定量。[结果]方法的线性范围为0.05~5.00 mg/L,氟吡菌胺相关系数为1.0000,吡唑醚菌酯相关系数为0.9999;在0.05、0.50、2.00 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,葡萄中氟吡菌胺和吡唑醚菌酯的平均回收率分别为86.7%~97.8%和90.6%~95.6%,相对标准偏差分别为2.55%~8.49%和2.14%~7.80%,土壤中氟吡菌胺和吡唑醚菌酯的平均回收率分别为79.1%~93.6%和83.4%~98.9%,相对标准偏差分别为5.29%~6.78%、1.69%~7.34%;在上述检测条件下,氟吡菌胺的最小检出量(LOD)为0.1 ng,在葡萄和土壤中的最低检测浓度(LOQ)均为0.05 mg/kg;吡唑醚菌酯的最小检出量(LOD)为0.1 ng,在葡萄和土壤中的最低检测浓度(LOQ)均为0.05 mg/kg。[结论]该方法具有简单可靠,分析样品时间短,准确度、精密度和灵敏度符合农药残留分析要求等特点,可以用于同时检测葡萄、土壤上氟吡菌胺和吡唑醚菌酯的残留量。

摘要:
Antibiotic residues in food should be concerned seriously because they constitute potential threats to human health. The rapid and accurate determination of antibiotic residues in food must be a tough challenge due to the large number of interfering substances in food matrices. However, the traditional sample preparation methods are not only time-consuming and laborious, but also require many toxic organic solvents. This is why new preparation methods need to be developed to meet new analysis needs. A quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe preparation technique, known as QuEChERS, was introduced in 2003. As its name implies, this technique, combined with LC or GC tandem mass spectrometry, can effectively separate multiple complex compounds in a short time. Initially, QuEChERS was widely used to analyze pesticide residues in food. Nevertheless, more and more researchers began to apply the QuEChERS technique to extract other compounds with various complex matrices in recent years, and the advantages of high efficiency and good results has once again proved the potential of this technique. In this paper, the development and application of QuEChERS for antibiotic residues in food were reviewed, and the research progress on modification and optimization of the QuEChERS methodology in sample treatment, extraction and purification is summarized in detail. 建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)快速检测葡萄中吡唑醚菌酯、氟吡菌胺及其代谢物2,6-二氯苯甲酰胺(BAM)残留量的方法.葡萄样品用乙腈提取,过0.22 μm有机系滤膜后,在电喷雾正离子模式下以多反应监测(MRM)模式测定,基质校正标准溶液外标法定量.结果 表明:方法的线性范围为0.05~2.00 mg· kg-1,决定系数(r)>0.99;在0.05 mg· kg-1、0.50 mg·kg-1和2.00 mg·kg-1,3个添加水平下,吡唑醚菌酯、氟吡菌胺和2,6-二氯苯甲酰胺(BAM)的平均回收率为91%~97%、91%~93%和94%~100%,相对标准偏差为4%~7%、1%~3%和2%~3%,定量限为0.05 mg· kg-1.该处理方法准确、简单、快速,是葡萄中吡唑醚菌酯、氟吡菌胺和BAM残留检测理想的办法.

摘要:
[目的]使用气相色谱检测小麦中醚菌酯和噻呋酰胺的残留,建立相应的分析方法。[方法】小麦籽粒及小麦秆经过乙腈提取,过层柱净化,用0.22 µm滤膜过滤,待GC-ECD检测。[结果】在0.01、0.05、0.5mg/kg 3个添加水平下,醚菌酯在小麦籽中的添加回收率为82.5%~114.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.88%~4.65%;在小麦秆中的添加回收率为82.4%~108.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.11%~5.34% ;噻呋酰胺在小麦籽中的添加回收率为88.1%~117.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.93%~8.88% ;在小麦秆中的添加回收率为90.3%~116.4% ;相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.11%~ 8.10%.[结论]由数据可得醚菌酯和噻呋酰胺在0.01~5.0mg/L范围内都呈现出良好的线性关系,2种药的最低检测浓度都是0.01 mg/kg。该方法简单易操作、灵敏度高、数据可靠,可应用于小麦中醚菌酯和噻呋酰胺残留量的测定。

百菌清在马铃薯中的最终残留及土壤中消解动态研究

摘要:
为评价百菌清在马铃薯上的使用安全性及土壤中的消解动态残留,建立了百菌清在马铃薯及土壤中的残留分析方法,2016—2017年在湖南长沙和河北石家庄两地进行了720 g/L百菌清悬浮剂在马铃薯上的施用,分析了其有效成分百菌清在马铃薯上的消解动态和最终残留。马铃薯、土壤样品用体积比为1∶1的丙酮-乙腈的混合液振荡提取,提取液经盐析、浓缩后用乙腈定容,气相色谱法检测。结果表明,在添加水平为0. 02 mg/kg、0. 20 mg/kg和2. 00 mg/kg时,马铃薯中百菌清残留量检测方法的添加回收率为81. 1%~110. 5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4. 4%~11. 9%;土壤中百菌清残留量检测方法的添加回收率为82. 4%~111. 6%,RSD为6. 3%~10. 9%。百菌清在马铃薯上以高剂量(3 240. 0 g/hm~2)、低剂量(2 160. 0 g/hm~2) 2个剂量分别施药3次和4次,最后一次施药后7 d、14 d、21 d的马铃薯的最大残留量均值分别为0. 084 mg/kg、0. 026 mg/kg、0. 020 mg/kg。百菌清在土壤中的残留消解动态规律符合一级动力学反应模型,其消解半衰期为3. 63~8. 35 d,在土壤环境中较易降解。

Lithium-sulfur batteries hold great promise for large-scale energy storage owing to their high theoretical energy density and low cost. However, the insulating nature of sulfur and shuttle effect of polysulfides result in low sulfur utilization and rapid capacity decay. Here, sulfonated graphene is fabricated using the low-cost diluted sulfuric acid as sulfonated reagent, for constructing the freestanding sulfur cathode. It is confirmed that the sulfo groups grafted on graphene serve as mediators to react with long-chain polysulfides by forming the thiosulfate/polythionate intermediates, and facilitate the conversion of long-chain polysulfides into short-chain species and solid discharge products. Crucially, the freestanding cathode with sulfur loading of 8.2 mg cm−2 exhibits an areal capacity of 7.57 mA h cm−2 and stable cycling over 100 cycles at 0.1 C. © 2018

Rechargeable lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries are a significant energy-storage device owing to their eco-friendliness and high theoretical energy density. However, the shuttle effect of soluble polysulfides as well as the slow redox kinetics constrains the development of Li-S batteries. Herein, carbon nanodots-decorated alveolate N, O, S tridoped hierarchical porous carbon (a-NOSPC) material is synthesized via facile pyrolysis of tobacco stem. The coexistence of micropores, mesopores, and macropore in the hierarchical porous carbon are beneficial for physical accommodating/immobilizing active materials sulfur and rapid charge/ion transfer. Meanwhile, the N, O, S dopants provide rich electrocatalytic active site in chemical binding of polysulfides and their accelerated redox kinetics, thus guaranteeing high utilization on active materials. The resultant a-NOSPC/S cathode with an 2.7 mg cm(-2) areal sulfur loading delivers a high reversible areal capacity of 2.90mAh cm(-2) at 0.1 C, maintaining 2.01mAh cm(-2) over 100 cycles, which is obviously superior to the most reported biochar-based electrodes. Our results provide an appealing avenue to the design of multifunctional sulfur host for advanced Li-S batteries. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

[目的]建立了柑橘和土壤中吡蚜酮、噻虫胺的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)同时检测分析方法。 [方法]采用外标法进行定量,柑橘和土壤中的吡蚜酮和噻虫胺先经0.1%氨水乙腈溶液振荡提取,然后采用中性氧化铝、无水硫酸钠净化,最后经HPLC-MS/MS检测。[结果]在0.01、0.05、0.1、0.5、1.0 mg/kg标准工作溶液浓度下,吡蚜酮相关系数0.999,噻虫胺相关系数0.9999;在0.05、0.5、1 mg/kg添加水平下,吡蚜酮在土壤、果肉以及全果中的平均回收率为89%~108%,其相对标准偏差(RSD)在5%~20%范围内;噻虫胺的平均回收率达到92%~109%,其相对标准偏差为3%~16%。吡蚜酮与噻虫胺在试验中的检出限(LOD)均为0.01 mg/kg,其定量限(LOQ)均为0.05 mg/kg。 [结论]该方法精准快捷,重复性、灵敏度均符合农药残留分析要求,可以用于实际生产中同时检测柑橘、土壤基质上吡蚜酮和噻虫胺的残留量。
