摘要:
Silica fertilization and nano-MnO2 amendment are reported as useful approaches in lowering the accumulation of arsenic in rice grains, but the effects of silica fertilization or nano-MnO2 amendment on microbial community in the paddy soils containing high concentration of arsenic are still unknown. In order to elucidate this question, the structures and composition of microbial community in the paddy soils, in response to silica fertilization and nano-MnO2 amendment, were investigated using pyrosequencing technique. The results indicated that Proteobacteria, Chloroflexi, and Acidobacteria were the main dominating phyla in these paddy soils. A decrease in the relative abundance of Chloroflexi and Cyanobacteria, but an increase in the relative abundance of Acidobacteria was observed after silica fertilization and nano-MnO2 amendment. The changes of Acidobacteria, Chloroflexi, and Cyanobacteria were strongly correlated with pH and the concentration of bioavailable arsenic in the paddy soils. The α-diversity of bacteria in the paddy soils increased in response to silica fertilization at low amendment level, but decreased under silica or nano-MnO2 amendment at high amendment level. Results of β-diversity analysis indicated that the microbial communities in the control treatment shared more similarity with that of those received low level of nano-MnO2 amendment, and the two silica fertilization treatments also shared more similarity with each other. © 2015, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

摘要:
Cyanobacterial blooms result in high level of cyanobacterial extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) in water. The effects of bloom-forming cyanobacterial EPS on the distribution of Cd(II) in the interface between sediment and water is unknown. Clay is a main component in sediment. The effects of EPS, originated from a typical bloom-forming cyanobacterium Microcystis
aeruginosa, on the adsorption and desorption characteristics of Cd(II) by kaolinite were investigated in this study. Results of XRD analysis indicated that cyanobacterial EPS bound on the surface of kaolinite. The composite of kaolinite + EPS showed higher adsorption capacity toward Cd(II) than pure kaolinite, and hydroxyl groups were involved in the adsorption processes. The data for the adsorption of Cd(II) by kaolinite are well fitted by both Langmuir model and Freundlich model, whereas only Freundlich model well describes the adsorption data of Cd(II) by the composite of kaolinite + EPS. The adsorption of Cd(II) onto kaolinite was an exothermic process, but it became an endothermic process after EPS incorporation. Results of desorption showed that EPS incorporation increased the adsorption of kaolinite toward Cd(II) through physical adsorption, ion exchange and complexation.

In this study, the hydrous manganese oxide (MO) nano-particles impregnated into a poly(acrylamide-co-sodium acrylate) (PP), was synthesized as PPM, and its characterization, adsorption properties and mechanism were investigated. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) revealed the mostly MO with size of lower than 20 nm were dispersed in polymer. The MO greatly improved the Cd(II) uptake for PP in aqueous solution, due to its high affinity. These adsorptive processes are corresponded to the Sips isotherm model. It was revealed that maximum adsorption capacity (q(m)) of PP loaded with MO (Mn wt% = 1.05%, PPM-40) and PP for Cd(II) are 507 and 281 mg/g in present of 0.1 M NaCl. However, the q(m) of PPM-40 and PP are 698 and 771 mg/g without any NaCl. The preferential adsorption of PPM-40 to Cd(II) was showed when inferenced with salt ion. The XPS exhibited the 67% Cd(II) was captured by MO and 33% was by PP, in present of 0.1 M NaCl. The seed germination and leaching experiments demonstrated that the PPM-40 can be taken as a filter for Cd(II) and supplied "clean" water for plant roots in soil. It is a potential in-situ fixation agent for remediation of agricultural soil polluted with Cd(II). (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

本文利用榴莲壳和氯化高铁水热法制备具有磁性的榴莲碳,利用XRD、FTIR 和SEM 对榴莲碳进行结构表征,并研究榴莲碳对水体中四环素的吸附性能,以及水热反应温度、溶液pH 和盐浓度等对榴莲碳吸附去除四环素性能的影响.结果表明,在水热温度170 ℃加热10 h 条件下制备的榴莲碳D170具有明显的纳米片状和颗粒状结构,随着温度的升高,制备的榴莲碳XRD 衍射峰增强,形成的结晶更好.吸附实验表明,随着水热制备温度的升高,制备的榴莲碳对四环素的吸附去除率呈降低趋势.榴莲碳对四环素的吸附热力学模型拟合表明: D170、D180和D200对水体中四环素的最大吸附容量分别为153. 97 mg·g~(-1)、80. 26 mg·g~(-1)和34.14 mg·g~(-1),其中D170对四环素的吸附效果最好,最佳吸附溶液pH 值约为6. 0,吸附热力学过程符合 Freundich 模型,吸附动力学过程符合假二级动力学模型.溶液中添加NaCl 能促进榴莲碳对四环素的吸附作用,当NaCl 浓度高于0.1 mol·L~(-1),榴莲碳对四环素的去除率达到100%; 而添加Ca(NO_3)_2可降低榴莲碳对四环素的吸附能力,当Ca(NO_3)_2浓度从0.1 mol·L~(-1)增加到1.0 mol·L~(-1)时,水溶液中四环素的去除率从93%降低到78%.

摘要:
Oil seed, which is a secondary product in phytoremediation, contaminated with heavy metals should be disposed of in an appropriate fashion. In this study, heavy metal concentrations found in oilseed rape and peanut oils were below 0.1 mg kg-1 after extractions, being found most of the heavy metals in meals rather in oils. Extraction experiments were carried out to determine the optimum methodology for the removal of Pb and Cd from seed meals using K3C6H5O7, K2C4H4O6 and (NH4)2EDTA. The highest extraction of the Pb and Cd in the seed meals was achieved using 30 mM extractant solutions at 30 °C for 24 h and a three-step extraction procedure. K3C6H5O7 and K2C4H4O6 had less impact on the removal of nutrients than (NH4)2EDTA. © 2015 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

摘要:
以室外人工湿地系统进行农田灌溉水净化试验,分析Cd在表面流人工湿地中的分布和累积规律,旨在为利用人工湿地净化灌溉水中镉提供理论依据。结果表明:湿地平均水力停留时间为1.62 d,湿地对Cd的平均去除率为68.88%。香蒲地下根茎Cd含量较高,最高可达127.39 mg?kg~(-1),地上茎叶Cd含量较低,最高为14.65 mg?kg~(-1),其富集系数与转运系数范围分别为6.58~41.26、 0.037~0.107,说明香蒲具有净化灌溉水中Cd的潜力,Cd主要积累在地下部分。Cd在香蒲与底泥中的含量随水流沿程的延长呈递减趋势,且随着时间的推移逐渐增加。底泥中各点位Cd形态所占比例平均值大小依次为B2>B1>B3>B4,其潜在有效性较大。

灌溉已成为南方稻田土壤重金属Cd超标的主要输入源之一,研究通过构建"沉砂池+植物塘+人工湿地+吸附池"组合工艺系统,分析其对灌溉水中重金属镉(Cd)净化效果。结果表明,所选研究区域灌溉水中的Cd超标严重,根据GB 5084-1992灌溉水水质标准,该区灌溉水超标率高达82.69%,且水中可溶态Cd含量较高,平均为56.34%,潜在危害性大。经过工艺系统处理后水中可溶态Cd平均去除率为94.72%,

摘要:
The Manganese oxide/active carbon fiber (MO/ ACF) was prepared and its electrosorptive properties of Cd(II) in aqueous solution were investigated. The structure of MO/ACF was characterized with transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Furthermore, the Cd(II) electrosorptive properties of MO/ACF electrodes with different bias potentials, ionic strengths, and loaded amount of manganese oxides were measured and the electrosorption isotherm and kinetics were investigated. The Cd(II) electrosorptive capacity of MO/ACF was 6 times higher than that of pure ACF. The optimal adsorptive bias voltage was 1.5 V and the optimal electrolyte concentration of NaCl was 0.1 mol/L. The adsorption isotherm was agreed well with the Freundlich adsorption model and its maximum electrosorption capacity was 14.88 mg/g by Langmuir model. The higher adsorptive capacity of MO/ACF than that of pure ACF is attributed to higher capacitance and more adsorptive sites of MO/ACF. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2014.

摘要:
The removal of tetracycline (TC) with nanoscale zerovalent iron modified by starch (starch-NZVI) was investigated using batch experiments as a function of reactant concentration, pH, time, competitive anions and ionic strength. The removal efficiency of 99% was obtained, 30% which was contributed from the adsorption and degradation and 69% which was attributed to flocculation when 500. mg/L TC was processed with 0.20. g/L starch-NZVI. The TC removal capacity of starch-NZVI increases with increasing the TC concentration. Furthermore, the flocculation kinetics was strongly dependent on pH and ionic strength. Neutral environment and high ionic strength can improve efficiently the sedimentation rate. The XPS analysis of flocculation showed that the Fe consisted of mainly Fe(III) and some Fe(II). LC-MS analysis revealed that the organic components included TC and the degradation products which resulted from the oxidization effect for TC. Our results firstly demonstrated that the combination degradation with flocculation is an efficient method on TC removal from solution with NZVI. © 2015 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
为了探究纳米级二氧化锰材料阻控土壤中砷向水稻迁移的影响,通过盆栽种植水稻,向砷污染土壤中分别添加0%(CK)、0.2%、0.5%、1.0% 和2.0% 的纳米级二氧化锰材料,分析土壤溶液pH值、砷和锰的含量变化,及水稻中砷和锰的含量变化. 结果表明:添加不同浓度的纳米级二氧化锰材料,土壤溶液pH值没有显著变化,土壤溶液中砷、锰的浓度随着水稻生长的时间增加而降低;不同时期水稻中砷和锰的分布规律是根部 > 茎部 > 叶部 > 糙米,水稻植株中锰和砷的含量呈显著负相关(p <0.05);不同浓度的纳米级二氧化锰材料能有效控制水稻糙米中总砷含量,其中1.0% 添加量的阻控效果最好,使糙米中总砷含量降低了65.4%,其无机砷含量低于《食品中污染物限量(GB2762 —2012)》中砷限量.

A MnO2 nanosheet (MnO2-NS) suspension was prepared from tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMA{dot operator}OH), H2O2, and MnCl2{dot operator}4H2O, and its efficiency for Cd(II) removal from aqueous solutions was investigated. The maximum adsorption capacity of the MnO2-NS for Cd(II) was evaluated to be about 348mg/g, which is thus far the highest value reported for MnO2 at pH 6.0. This high adsorption capacity is attributed to efficient ion exchange. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) revealed that Cd(II) was adsorbed on MnO2 as CdO and Cd(OH)2. After Cd(II) adsorption, the suspended MnO2-NS aggregated and precipitated within 5.0min from solution. Therefore, dispersive MnO2-NS can be used to remove Cd(II) from wastewater rapidly and with high efficiency. © 2015 Elsevier Inc.

摘要:
Application of algicidal bacteria is a promising way in the control of harmful algal blooms. However, many environmental factors can strongly influence the algicidal efficiency of algicidal bacteria against harmful algae. Till now, the relationship between algicidal efficiency and environmental factors is still elusive. In order to explore the key factors which play important role in determining the algicidal efficiency of an algicidal bacterium Bacillus sp. B50 against Microcystis aeruginosa, the susceptibilities of thirteen M. aeruginosa strains to algicidal bacterium Bacillus sp. B50 were tested. The results indicated that these thirteen M. aeruginosa strains could be classified into three groups: high susceptive strains, moderate susceptive strains and, resistant ones. The susceptibility of these Microcystis strains to Bacillus sp. B50 did not correspond with microcystins-producing characteristics or cellular phenotype of M. aeruginosa. However, the susceptibility has a linear relationship with growth rate of these M. aeruginosa strains. Bacterial community in the culture of the resistant strains could modify the susceptibility of susceptive one to the stress from algicidal bacterium, but this modification could be diminished by enhancing inoculation density of algicidal bacterium. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd.

针对我国土壤重金属Cd污染严重的问题,开发具有选择性高效固定重金属Cd的保水剂具有重要的意义。通过增加丙烯胺(AN),使丙烯胺和丙烯酸的配比达到1:1,进行聚合,形成氨基强化的保水剂,并负载水合锰氧化物(MO)形成有机-无机复合材料PPM-NH2。用Langmuir对其吸镉性能进行拟合,发现吸附剂对镉的最大吸附容量为298.82 mg/g。研究发现,氨基强化的复合材料在钙离子干扰下对吸镉性能比未

摘要:
The novel titanium oxide/active carbon fiber (TiO<inf>2</inf>/ACF) electrode was prepared, and electrosorptive properties for As(V) in aqueous solution were investigated. The structure of TiO<inf>2</inf>/ACF was characterized with transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Furthermore, the As(V) electrosorptive properties of TiO<inf>2</inf>/ACF electrodes with calcination temperature, ionic species, and loaded amount of TiO<inf>2</inf>were measured, and the electrosorption isotherm and kinetics were investigated at the applied voltage of 1.5 V. The optimal load quality of TiO<inf>2</inf>was 0.80 g per ACF electrode (length ×width ×height∈=∈2 cm∈×∈1 cm∈×∈0.4 cm, 0.30 g), and optimum calcination temperature was 450 °C. The maximum electrosorption capacity of TiO<inf>2</inf>/ACF was 8.09 mg/g, about 200 % higher than that of ACF. Moreover, the electrode performance was stable than other materials such as pure ACF, manganese oxide/ACF, and iron oxides/ACF. It can process 100 ppb As(V) of water to 6 ppb (reach the drinking water standards of WHO), demonstrating that our novel electrode is with potential practical application. ©2015 Springer International Publishing Switzerland.

湖南某植烟土壤重金属含量及其生态风险评价

摘要:
采集了湖南某植烟区表层土壤样品112份,测定了土壤中6种重金属元素的含量,并采用单因子污染指数法、综合污染指数法和潜在生态危害指数法对其污染状况进行评价.结果表明,植烟区土壤重金属平均含量分别为36.25(Cu)、69.78(Zn)、37.66(Pb)、0.36(Cd)、12.71(As)、0.27(Hg)mg·kg-1.6个元素的变异系数在32.57%—59.03%之间,属于中等变异,元素分布不均.污染评价结果表明,植烟区土壤重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、As的单因子污染指数平均值小于1,其污染较轻.而重金属Cd和Hg的超标率为54.46%和58.04%,土壤受到Cd和Hg污染.潜在生态风险指数评价结果显示植烟区土壤重金属属于轻度污染.相关性分析结果表明Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd之间呈显著相关性,As和Hg相关性显著,说明其同源性较高.来源分析表明,研究区Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd污染来源东北部主要为矿区污染,西南部主要是人为源,As主要来源为成土母质和生活源,Hg主要为大气污染源.

FeOOH/MnO2的制备与快速吸附去除水体中低浓度砷的试验

摘要:
该文用化学沉积法在纳米 MnO2表面修饰了不同量的 FeOOH,以此获得了四种 FeOOH/ MnO2材料(Fe/ Mn物质的量比分别为5/100、10/100、15/100和20/100)。通过对比,筛选出吸附效果最好的材料为20/100的 FeOOH/ MnO2,并对其进行去除水体中砷的性能研究。结果表明其吸附水中砷到达平衡时间小于10 min,速度大于单一的 MnO2和铁锰氧化合物等材料。该吸附符合 Freundlich吸附模型,最大吸附容量为19.71 mg/ g。20/100的 FeOOH/ MnO2对砷吸附的最适 pH为6且吸附率达97.4%,温度对吸附效果几乎没影响。总之,FeOOH/MnO2复合材料是一种潜在的高效去除水体中低浓度砷的材料。

镉是南方稻田土壤中主要的污染物质,可通过食物链危及动物和人类的健康。通过文献学分析发现土壤中镉污染的原位钝化技术研究中最常用的是施用石灰和硅肥,重点阐述了土壤中镉污染的原位钝化控制技术,包括石灰、赤泥、硅肥、钾肥、钙镁磷肥、粉煤灰等物质或肥料等无机改良剂,及禽畜粪便、作物秸秆、泥炭、豆科绿肥和堆肥等有机改良剂的应用效果,指出应加强原位钝化控制镉污染土壤及其最合适用量水平和施用方法的研究,尤其要关注如何合理利用原位钝化剂阻控土壤中镉的迁移。
