摘要:
The occurrence regulation of Spodoptera litura was studied according to the continiuous years's data investigated in tobacco fields and weather data of Chenzhou and Ningyuan in Hunan. Results showed that generations of Spodoptera litura are 4-4.5 with the effective accumulated temperture per year and the actual generations of Spodoptera. litura is in accordance with the predicted generations in Hunan Province. The sources of Spodoptera litura in early stage of the year were migration pest, there were four occurrence stages in a year according the properties of pests sources, the number of trapped moths from April to June is significantly correlated with the number in March, the forecasting model is yˇ=233.54 112.44x<inf>4</inf> (r=0.815 <sup>*</sup>, n=8). The number of trapped moths from April to June is significantly correlated with the daily average temperture of January (reliability degree was 90%), the forecasting model is yˇ=-1410+350x(r=0. 595, n=9). The number of trapped moths of Agrotis ypsilon at its major migration stage (February-April), which synchronously migrated with Spodoptera litura, is significantly correlated with the number of Spodoptera litura in its major migration stage (April-June), and it provide data for the prediction of occurrence trend of Spodoptera. litura. The damage percent is significantly correlated with the number of Spodoptera litura per 100 plants, and the number of Spodoptera. litura per 100 plants at normal control plots as x<inf>1</inf>, the damage percent as y, r=0.977<sup>**</sup> (n=10);the number of Spodoptera litura per 100 plants at observed plots as x<inf>2</inf>, the damage percent as y, r=0.974<sup>**</sup> (n=10). ©2011 IEEE.

Rainfall (mm) of the second month after transplanting, average temperature (C) at the same period and rainfall days of the first month after transplanting, Rainfall (mm) of June, the daily average temperature of June and rainfall days of June were selected using anomalous sign method from 39 factors from 9 continuous years data at Ningyuan county. Using data of spore trap for 11 continuous years at Chenzhou county. The occurrence trend of Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissler was studied with the grade-statistics method. and correlation coefficient. Results showed that the back forecasting was in line with the actual value. The accurate percent of forecasting for Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissle at Yongzhou for 10 years was 90%, the accurate percent of forecasting for Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissle at different counties for 2009 was 75% with the forecasting model during the early growing stage of tabacco, the accurate percent of forecasting for Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissle at Yongzhou for 10 years was 80% with the forecasting model during the late growing stage of tabacco;the accurate percent of forecasting for Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissle at Yongzhou for 10 years was 90% with the both forecasting models and relied on the contributing percent;at different counties was 83.3% for 2009;the number of trapped spore at peak was used as x, the end disease index was used as y, the forecasting model is y=-0.5951+0.04x (r=0.8985* n=11), the span from spore peak to end were 2 d at least, 22 d at most, the average was 8.3 d, so the model can be used as the forecasting of the disease for short period. Both models of the early and the late growing stage can be used to forecast occurrence trend of Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissler for short-to medium-term. ©2011 IEEE.

摘要:
A bacterial strain OPQa3 capable of utilizing nonylphenol polyoxyethylene (NPnEO) as sole carbon source was isolated from water samples collected from tannery waste treatment plant suffered long-time application of NPnEO by enrichment method. It was preliminarily identified as Brevundimonas sp. (most similar to Brevundimonas diminuta (EU434566.1)), according to the observation of morphological characteristics, physiological-biochemical tests and the similarity analysis of its 16S rDNA gene sequence. Inoculated 2% of OPQa3 suspension, to give a final OD<inf>600</inf> of approximately 0.70, to inorganic salt medium in which the initial concentration of NPnEO was 746 mg&bullL <sup>-1</sup>, degradation test showed that, the degradation rate of strain OPQa3 was 84.5% within 120 hours, the optimum temperature was 30°C while the optimum pH value was about 7, and the growth period was of 24 hours. ©(2011) Trans Tech Publications.

摘要:
Enantiomer separation is one of the most important prerequisites for the investigation of environmental enantioselective behavior for chiral pesticides. The enantiomeric separation of three chiral pesticides, indoxacarb, lambda-cyhalothrin, and simeconazole, were studied on cellulose tris-(3,5-dimethylphenyl-carbamate)-coated chiral stationary phase (CDMPC-CSP) using high-performance liquid chromatography under normal phase condition. The effects of chromatographic conditions, such as the mobile phase composition including the concentration and type of alcohol modifiers in hexane, flow rate and column temperature, on enantiomer separation were examined. The thermodynamical mechanism of enantioseparation and chiral recognition mechanism were discussed. Better separation were achieved using 20 n-propanol for indoxacarb, 2 iso-butanol for lambda-cyhalothrin, and 20 iso-propanol for simeconazole as modifiers in hexane at 25 °C with the selectivity factor (a) of 1.69, 1.82 and 1.70, respectively. The resolution factor (Rs) decreased as the flow rate increased from 0.4 to 1.1 ml·min-1. The retention factor (k') and selectivity factor for the enantiomers of analytes decreased as temperature increased. The lna-1/T plots for racemic chiral pesticides were linear in the range of 15-35 °C in hexane/iso-propanol and the chiral separation was controlled by enthalpy. Hydrogen bonding, π-π and dipole-dipole interactions between enantiomers and CDMPC-CSP play an important role in chiral identification, and the fitting of the asymmetric portion of solutes in a chiral cavity or channel of the CSP is also important. © 2011 Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China (CIESC) and Chemical Industry Press (CIP).

摘要:
A series of new chiral phosphine-phosphoramidite ligands with a 3,3′-substituted binaphthyl moiety were prepared from 1-phenylethylamine, and successfully applied in the Rh-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of β-(acylamino)acrylates. The research disclosed that the substituents on the 3,3′-positions of binaphthyl moiety significantly influenced the enantioselectivity.

The purpose of this study was to develop a sensitive and low-cost optical sensor for screening pymetrozine using unmodified gold nanoparticles (G NPs). The presence of pymetrozine could rapidly induce the aggregation of G NPs, thereby resulting in red to deep blue colour change. 摘要:
A 3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate derivative of cellulose immobilized onto the aminopropyl-modified silica gel was used as a chiral stationary phase and separation of five enantiomers was successfully performed by a home-made chiral capillary liquid chromatography system. Different chromatographic parameters such as resolution, column efficiency, and retention time were comparatively investigated using three chiral stationary phases with different coatings. The key factors which may influence the performance of the chiral stationary phases were evaluated by varying the composition of the mobile phase and its flow rate. It was illustrated that the self-installed chiral separation system was characterized by simplicity, high resolution, ease for practical usage, and could be handily applied for enantioseparation at the conventional laboratory.

采用红外光谱、单点比表面积检测手段研究了碳纸435℃热处理前后的表面结构和比表面积的变化.并将这类碳纸用作全钒液流氧化还原电池电极材料,对其电化学性能进行了研究.结果表明:热处理10h的碳纸表面有-COOH官能团生成,比表面积显著增大,其电化学活性增强.热处理后的碳纸作为电极组装成的电池在电流密度50mA/cm~2时有良好的充放电性能,平均电流和电压效率达到95%和89%.

本文通过30个尺寸为200mm×170mm×100mm的混杂纤维高强混凝土试件的楔劈拉伸试验.探讨钢纤维与聚丙烯纤维混杂效应及其对高强混凝土断裂韧度、断裂能和临界裂缝张开位移的影响.试验结果表明:加入纤维改善了高强混凝土的断裂性能.随着钢纤维体积分数(pf)的增加,断裂参数增益比呈线性增加.聚丙烯纤维在小开裂位移条件下.对高强混凝土的开裂有约束作用,该效应随着位移的增加逐渐消失,钢纤维在混杂纤维高强混凝土断裂性能的改善方面起着主导作用.pf=1.5%、聚丙烯纤维掺量Vf=0.6kg/m3为本次试验配合比条件下的最佳纤维掺量组合.本文在试验的基础上,建立了混杂纤维高强混凝土断裂韧度、断裂能和临界裂缝嘴张开位移的计算公式.

摘要:
Principle and characteristics of vanadium redox flow battery (VRB), a novel energy storage system, was introduced. A research and development united laboratory of VRB was founded in Central South University in 2002 with the financial support of Panzhihua Steel Corporation. The laboratory focused their research mainly on the selection and preparation of electrode materials, membrane material and modification, stable concentrated electrolyte producing approach, test cell configuration design and optimization. Some relevant foundation problems, such as state of vanadium in sulfurous acid with various additives, the difference of electrochemical reaction rate in anode and in cathode, the crossover of vanadium ions and so on, have been emphasized. The details of these studies have been given and discussed. A 5 kW VRB stack was fabricated in the laboratory and its performances, especially electrochemical performance such as voltage efficiencies, energy efficiencies, and durability, were fully tested. The results will be shown in the talk. The key technologies of developing VRB, such as to improve the activity of its electrode materials, the stability of electrolyte and selectivity of separator, were also discussed. In addition, the research progresses in other laboratories in China were briefly introduced. ©2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Rapeseed is one of the important oilseed crop species, and is worldwide the most important economically. The light seed colour in rapeseed is associated with improved oil, protein and fibre contents. But there are not reliable and efficient methods to measure seed colour, especially the single seed colour. Two transformations of RGB (red, green, and blue) colour space were used for two seed colour recognition methods, i.e., HSV (hue, saturation, and value) and nine colour model (NCM). Using these two colour space transformations, the performance of the common method on rapeseed colour recognition was compared with the major colour method. The common method obtained the colour recognition accuracy of 83.96% in single seed recognition and 92.72% in sample recognition. The major colour method obtained the colour recognition accuracy of 98.91% in single seed recognition and 100% in sample recognition. The major colour method combined with HSV and NCM colour space transformation proved to be a good approach for seed colour recognition of rapeseed using machine vision.

为深入认识含氟农药生物活性与其结构之间的关系,建立了理想的QSAR模型,从化合物油水分配系数等7个分子结构描述符出发,基于支持向量回归(SVR)和MSE最小原则,经自动寻找最优核函数和非线性筛选描述符,构建了多个K-最近邻(KNN)预测子模型.再经非线性筛选获得保留子模型,以保留子模型实施组合预测(Multi—KNN—SVR).33种含氟化合物对5种不同病害生物活性的留一法组合预测结果表明,采用非线性筛选描述符和KNN子模型能有效地提高预测精度,基于多个KNN子模型的非线性组合能进一步提高预测性能.Multi—KNN—SVR组合预测在QSAR以及其它相关预测研究中具有广泛应用前景.

从工厂排污口废水中分离.纯化并筛选出一株降解十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚(Brij-30)的菌株,鉴定为伯克氏菌属(Pandoraca sp),命名为B30.当温度为30℃,pH5~8,底物浓度低于0.2g/L,且以蛋白胨做氮源时,菌株B30降解效果最好;Zn~(2+)Ca~(2+)、Al~(3+)、Fe~(3+)对菌株B30的生长及其降解性能具有较大的促进作用.在低浓度区(0.05-0.20g/L),菌株B30生长最快,降解活力性最强,12h内能将底物基本降解;在中等浓度区(0.40g,L左右),72h内能降解50%的底物;在高浓度区(0.80-1.50g/L),72h内底物的降解率在30%以下.

摘要:
Microarray technology provides the opportunity to identify thousands of microbial genes or populations simultaneously, but low microbial biomass often prevents application of this technology to many natural microbial communities. We developed a whole-community genome amplification-assisted microarray detection approach based on multiple displacement amplification. The representativeness of amplification was evaluated using several types of microarrays and quantitative indexes. Representative detection of individual genes or genomes was obtained with 1 to 100 ng DNA from individual or mixed genomes, in equal or unequal abundance, and with 1 to 500 ng community DNAs from groundwater. Lower concentrations of DNA (as low as 10 fg) could be detected, but the lower template concentrations affected the representativeness of amplification. Robust quantitative detection was also observed by significant linear relationships between signal intensities and initial DNA concentrations ranging from (i) 0.04 to 125 ng (r2 = 0.65 to 0.99) for DNA from pure cultures as detected by whole-genome open reading frame arrays, (ii) 0.1 to 1,000 ng (r2 = 0.91) for genomic DNA using community genome arrays, and (iii) 0.01 to 250 ng (r2 = 0.96 to 0.98) for community DNAs from ethanol-amended groundwater using 50-mer functional gene arrays. This method allowed us to investigate the oligotrophic microbial communities in groundwater contaminated with uranium and other metals. The results indicated that microorganisms containing genes involved in contaminant degradation and immobilization are present in these communities, that their spatial distribution is heterogeneous, and that microbial diversity is greatly reduced in the highly contaminated environment. 利用实时荧光PCR方法,以18srRNA为内参照,对半夏植株及相应组培苗携带的黄瓜花叶病毒(Cu-cumber Mosaic Virus,CMV)含量进行了相对定量检测.并以DAS-ELISA和RT-PCR方法检测结果相比较.结果表明,相比原始植株,组培苗的病毒含量大大降低.以带病毒半夏母株为外植体培养的组培苗,其病毒含量以叶片中的相对较高,在块茎和愈伤组织中病毒相对较低.而ELISA方法在检测病毒含量低的样品时有假阴性结果;RT-PCR方法灵敏度可靠但不适宜精确量化.

摘要:
Airborne fungi are being proposed as a cause of adverse health effects. They may adversely affect human health through allergy, infection, and toxicity. Moreover, they have a great influence on urban air quality in Beijing. In this study, a systematical survey on the culturable airborne fungi was carried out for 1 year in Beijing urban area. Fungal samples were collected for 3 min, three times each day, and continued for three consecutive days of each month with FA-1 sampler from three sampling sites. Results showed that the culturable fungal concentrations ranged from 24 CFU (Colony forming units) /m<sup>3</sup> to 13960 CFU/m<sup>3</sup>, and the mean and median was 1165 CFU/m<sup>3</sup> and 710 CFU/m<sup>3</sup>, respectively. Fungal concentrations in the greener area around the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences (RCEES) and Beijing Botanical Garden (BBG) were significantly higher than in the densely urban and highly trafficked area of Xizhimen (XZM) (***P<0. 001), but no significant difference was found between RCEES and BBG (P>0.05). The variation of fungal concentrations in different seasons was significant in RCEES and BBG, where the concentrations were higher in Summer and Autumn, and lower in Spring and Winter. However, there were no significant differences in fungal concentrations between the Spring and the Winter for three sampling sites (P>0.05). Fourteen genera, including 40 species of culturable fungi, were identified in this study. Penicillium, with the most abundant species, which comprised more than 50% of the total isolated fungal species. Cladosporium were the most dominant fungal group, and contributed to more than one third of the total fungal concentration, followed by non-sporing isolates, Alternaria, Pencillium and Asperigillus. The concentration percentage of Cladosporium was significantly higher in RCEES than in XZM (*P<0.05), and the concentration percentages of Penicillium (**P<0.01) and Aspergillus (*P<0.05) were higher in XZM than in RCEES and in BBG. For other groups' concentration percentages, no significant differences were observed among the sampling sites. The distribution pattern of airborne fungi presented log-normal distribution. The highest proportion of culturable fungi was detected in stage 4 (2.0-3.5 μm), and the lowest was in stage 6 (<1.0 μm). ©2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

The SKP1-Cullin/Cdc53-F-box protein ubiquitin ligases (SCF) target many important regulatory proteins for degradation and play vital roles in diverse cellular processes. In Arabidopsis there are 11 Cullin members (AtCUL). AtCUL1 was demonstrated to assemble into SCF complexes containing COI1, an F-box protein required for response to jasmonates (JA) that regulate plant fertility and defense responses. It is not clear whether other Cullins also associate with COI1 to form SCF complexes, thus, it is unknown whether AtCUL1, or another Cullin that assembles into SCFCOI1 (even perhaps two or more functionally redundant Cullins), plays a major role in JA signaling. We present genetic and physiological data to directly demonstrate that AtCUL1 is necessary for normal JA responses. The homozygous AtCUL1 mutants axr6-1 and axr6-2, the heterozygous mutants axr6/AXR6, and transgenic plants expressing mutant AtCUL1 proteins containing a single amino acid substitution from phenylalanine-111 to valine, all exhibit reduced responses to JA. We also demonstrate that ax6 enhances the effect of coi1 on JA responses, implying a genetic interaction between COI1 and AtCUL1 in JA signaling. Furthermore, we show that the point mutations in AtCUL1 affect the assembly of COI1 into SCF, thus attenuating SCFCOI1 formation.

通过定点取样研究北京市空气真菌的种类组成,浓度特征及其动态变化规律.监测结果表明,北京市空气真菌平均浓度为(1164.8±73.2)CFU·m-3,浓度变异很大,变化范围为23.6~13959.5CFU·m-3.空气中优势真菌为枝孢属(Cladosporium)、青霉属(Penicillium)、链格孢属(Alternaria)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)和无孢菌(non-sporing),其中枝孢属是绝对优势真菌,浓度约占真菌总浓度的1/3以上.文教区和公园绿地空气真菌浓度夏季和秋季较高,春季和秋季较低,而交通干线空气真菌浓度4季变化趋势不明显.文教区和公园绿地空气真菌浓度明显高于交通干线(p<0.05),文教区和公园绿地之间则没有显著差异.
