摘要:
Hunan is a major agricultural province in China. This paper focuses on the international competitiveness of Hunan agricultural products. Firstly, we evaluate its competitiveness in achievement by using three indexes (MS, TC and RCA), and find that the main agricultural products of Hunan had comparatively strong international competitiveness. Then, its competitiveness in strength is analyzed from two aspects (price and quality), and the conclusion is that the competitiveness mainly come from the low price. Further, we discuss its competitiveness in potential based on the diamond model of Michael Porter, and think that the main agricultural products of Hunan do not have advanced and durative competitive potential, and its existing competitiveness in achievement and strength only originate from the labor resources advantage, not technological, marketable or political advantage. At last, this paper points out that strengthening government support, pulling technological innovation, extending industrial chain and optimize exporting structure are crucial measures to improve and preserve the competitiveness of Hunan agricultural products.

Standard financial theory believes that in the efficient market people cannot beat the market except by luck. However, in the real world, different investors use different lengths of past information to determine their investing process and gain profits. Therefore, this artical tries to investigate whether the trading behavior of long- and short-memory investors could affect the learning process of the market. A simple agent-based model is built to do the task. Although the technology of the model is still imperfectly, it seems to provide a reasonable sense to the actual world.

Compared with the big enterprise and the mature enterprise,the high technology-based firm (HTBF) lacks the innovation capabilities and restricts the fast and sustainable growth. Lacking the support of exterior financial capital is an important reason. Under the mature market conditions,HTBF depends upon the good operation of venture capital(VC) and the support of capital market for obtaining the power of innovation,but at present this is only an ideal plan in China,where lacks the effective system security and market environment. Therefore,the paper mainly analyzes the growth characteristics of HTBF backed venture capital,thereby proposing an interaction mechanism between venture capital and HTBF.

Generation is a new project management method, it is an important measure and a new attempt to optimize government investment projects under the conditions of China's market economy. The article first introduced four generation models of government investment projects at present stage in China, that means government professional management institution model, government professional agent company model, project management company competition generation models and company generation model; and then from the laws and regulations, powers and responsibilities and risks aspects , analysis the problems of generation models government investment projects in china; Finally, to address the problem put forward a series of constructive measures and recommendations.

The paper has studied the beneficial segmentation status of vegetable consumption market with the statistical methods of factor analysis and cluster analysis. Its purpose is to promote the development of vegetable industry and its marketing strategy in Hunan province by deeply exploring the purchasing behavior and demography characteristics of vegetables purchasers in different segment market. The results indicate that the impact affecting on the purchasing behavior of vegetable consumers in Changsha city acts mainly in six categories, namely "producing area", "security", "taste", "facilitate", "Variety", "appearance". Cluster analysis further revealed that the vegetable consumption market in Changsha City could be broken down into the consumer market for taste-type, security- type consumer market, convenience- type, visual- type and diverse consumer market- type consumer market.
