摘要:
The effects of Ku Ding tea (Lactuca taiwaniana Maxim) and milk powder on biochemical and immunological parameters of Sprague-Dawley rats were investigated and the possibility of use of Ku Ding tea to reduce physiological discomfort of drinking milk powder was assessed. Eighty rats were randomly assigned to four treatments: basal diet (control), basal diet plus whole milk powder (WM), basal diet plus Ku Ding tea (KD) and basal diet plus whole milk powder and Ku Ding tea (MK). Data was collected on animals' final body weight, hematological values, blood biochemical parameters, antioxidation parameters and immune organ weight index. Results showed that final body weight of male KD was significantly lower than that of WM. White blood cell count, monocyte count and granulocyte count of KD rats were significantly lower than those of WM. Compared to the control, single milk powder supplementation numerically increased plasma malondialdehyde. The malondialdehyde in the male KD and MK rats were lower than those in WM and control, although the differences were not significant. No significant differences were found in Na+K +-adenosine triphosphatase activity, spleen and thymus index in each group. Consumption of Ku Ding tea appeared to lower lipid peroxidation that was induced by milk powder in the rats. © 2010 Association of Food Scientists & Technologists (India).

The growth inhibition and cytotoxic effects of theaflavins mixture and pure theaflavins [theaflavin, theaflavins-3-gallate, theaflavins-3′-gallate and theaflavin-3, 3′-digallate] from black tea on human liver cancer HepG2 cells, gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells, lung cancer A549 cells and acute promyelocytic leukemia K562 cells were investigated. The four major theaflavins were obtained from enzymatically oxidized catechins mixture using preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The purity and the structures of the isolated compounds were confirmed by <sup>1</sup>H nuclear magnetic resonance, Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC/MS), Fourier-transform infrared, HPLC with diode array detection and thin-layer chromatography analyses. Theaflavin monomers and mixture exhibited strong inhibitory effects on SGC-7901 and A549 cells. The obtained TF2A exhibited high inhibition activity against the growth of all four cancer cells examined. It is concluded that individual theaflavins have differential inhibitory activity in cancer cell lines and that TF2A have promising activity to be considered in anticancer treatment research as a drug or a template for drug synthesis. PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS: Theaflavins have received much attention because of their potential benefits for human health. In this study, we used a modified method for the preparation and isolation of theaflavins and examined the cytotoxic activity of the individual theaflavins against human liver cancer (HepG2) cells, gastric cancer (SGC-7901) cells, lung cancer (A549) cells and acute promyelocytic leukemia (K562) cells. Our results demonstrates that individual theaflavins have differential inhibitory activity in cancer cell lines and has the potential to be used individually for functional food applications and for therapy targeting specific cancer treatments. The most active theaflavin (TF2A) is a promising compound that can be used as a drug or a template for drug synthesis for anticancer research. ©2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

摘要:
The protective effect of 3 areca inflorescence extracts (boiling water extract, ambient temperature water extract and ethanol extract) on hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative damage to human serum albumin was investigated by comparing with Trolox, the water soluble vitamin E. Protein carbonyl groups, protein hydroperoxides,1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity, hydrogen peroxide scavenging activity and total phenolic content were examined. The results showed that boiling water extract had the most protective effect on human serum albumin damage induced by hydrogen peroxide, comparable to Trolox, followed by the room ambient temperature water extract and ethanol extract. The total phenolic content of boiling water extract, ambient temperature water extract, and ethanol extract was 1.949 ± 0.003, 1.842 ± 0.001 and 0.983 ± 0.011. mg gallic acid equivalent/ml extract, respectively, and six phenolic compositions such as gallic acid, coumalic acid, epicatechin, fumalic acid, naringenin and rutin have been found in these areca inflorescence extracts. These data suggest that areca inflorescence is a new source of natural antioxidants. © 2010 Elsevier Ltd.

摘要:
As tea is one of the most popular beverages consumed worldwide, it is important for customers and business investigators to develop an easy and reliable method to discriminate between different types of teas from each other. A total of eighty-seven types of various white, green, oolong, black and Puer teas were collected from the major tea estates in China, and their catechin contents and volatile compounds were compared by high performance liquid chromatograph and gas chromatograph mass spectrometer. It was found green tea contained the highest concentrations of total catechins, (-)-epicatechin gallate (ECG) and (-)-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), while oolong teas contained the highest concentrations of (-)-epigallocatechin (EGC) among these five types of teas. The aroma composition and their quantities in different types of teas varied quite widely. The concentration of ECG, EGCG, pentanal, hexanal, methyl jasmonate, indole, (E,E)-2,4-hexadienal and 1,2,3-trimethoxybenzene was shown to be different and could be used to discriminate white, green, oolong, black and Puer teas. The result showed that different types of teas could be partially classified by cluster analysis using index of individual catechins and volatile components. ©2011 The Authors. 摘要:
We report here the preparation of biodiesel by transesterification of rapeseed oil with methanol using calcined K2CO3/gamma-Al2O3 as a solid base catalyst. The prepared catalysts were characterized using SEM, IR and BET, and their catalytic activities were evaluated. The reaction conditions were optimized, and in particular, the conversion can be as high as 98.62% under the optimal reaction conditions. In addition, the effect of the presence of water in the reaction system on the catalytic activity was also studied.

Properties of leaf and infusion colours, chemical components and volatile flavour compounds of oolong teas and their correlation with perceived quality score given by tea-tasting panel were analysed. The scores for appearance and infused leaf correlated strongly with concentrations of chlorophyll a (chl a), chlorophyll (chl b) and chlorophyll (chl) (r = 0.355-0.433, P <0.05) and the total quality score (TQS) positively correlated with concentrations of chl a, chl b and chl (r = 0.517-0.533, P <0.01). The perceived taste score and TQS positively correlated with the concentration of total free amino acid (r = 0.514, 0.694, P <0.01) and theanine (r = 0.500, 0.684, P <0.01). The volatile composition and their quantities varied widely among oolong tea samples. Nerolidol, indole, benzeneacetaldehyde, linalool, linalool oxide I, hexanal, benzyl nitrile, geraniol and 1-penten-3-ol were prevailing volatile compounds detected in most of oolong tea samples. Principal component analysis screened ten principal components with the first three (glutamic acid, total catechins and benzeneacetaldehyde) explaining 27.86%, 20.00% and 14.46% of the total variance, respectively. Regression analysis upon the ten principal components formulated a prediction model on the total quality score with 78.5% probability. The result showed that oolong teas could be partially classified by cluster analysis based on principal components. ©2010 The Authors. 为深入了解辐照处理对淀粉糊流变特性的影响,采用60Co-γ射线对马铃薯淀粉进行0~400kGy辐照处理后制成淀粉糊,使用流变仪研究了不同剂量处理辐照后马铃薯淀粉糊的流变特性。静态流变特性测定结果表明,不同辐照剂量处理后马铃薯淀粉糊均呈假塑性流体特征,符合幂定律;辐照剂量越大,马铃薯淀粉糊的表观黏度和剪切稀化程度越低,并逐渐偏近牛顿流体。动态流变特性测定结果表明,马铃薯淀粉糊的弹性模量峰值及其相应的峰值系统温度和20℃弹性模量均随辐照剂量的增加而降低。研究结果可为辐照处理后淀粉的应用提供基础数据。

摘要:
The present study describes a rapid and sensitive HPLC method for the quantification of huperzine A (HupA) in Huperzia crispata (Huperziaceae). The sample extraction and preparation involved a simple, time-saving, single-solvent extraction, with each sample being analyzed within 12 min. The mobile phase was ammonium acetate (0.1 M, pH 6.0)-methanol (64 + 36, v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Detection was at 308 nm. The calibration curve was linear from 0.049 to 7.84 μg (R<sup>2</sup> = 0.9997), with intraday and interday precision RSD of less than 2%. The extraction recovery rate was over 98.49%. Quantification of HupA was performed using this modified method, and the content of HupA was 1.86 times higher in the whole plant of H. crispata (218.17 ±1.55 μg/g) than in that of H. serrata (117.03 ±2.97 μg/g). In the whole plant of H. crispata, HupA mainly accumulated in the actively growing shoot tips, the apical bud, and the 10 youngest leaves, reaching 455.23 ±2.97 μg/g. The content of HupA in the samples from sunshine-sheltered sites was 3.45 times higher than in that from sunshine-abundant sites. The satisfactory results indicate that this modified method can be applied in the quality control of large-scale Huperziaceae plant extracts and that changes should be made in the cultivation of H. crispata so as to maximize the production of HupA.

运用智能优化算法中的遗传算法(GA)、粒子群算法(PSO)和改进粒子群算法(MPSO)在网络图优化的基础上分别对平安五矿已二采区首采面开工的进度计划进行二次优化控制,其结果能够为煤矿相关管理和施工人员提供决策依据.整个优化过程包括两个部分:其一是在原计划基础上,通过计划评审法(PERT)得到己二采区首采面各个工序的时间参数和相应的网络图;其二是在网络图的基础上,以净现值NPV(Net present value)最大化作为进度安排目标,以各工序的开工日期为决策变量,以各工序之间的先后顺序和时间关系为约束,分别用GA、PSO和MPSO进行二次优化.结果表明:MPSO要优于GA和PSO并且优化后净现值比原计划多1497.4万元.

The potential of polyamide as adsorbent for separation of nine compounds — (±)-catechin (DL-C), (−)-epicatechin (EC), (−)-epigallocatechin (EGC), (−)-epicatechin gallate (ECg), (−)-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCg), theaflavin (TF1), theaflavin 3-gallate (TF2A), theaflavin 3′-gallate (TF2B), and theaflavin 3,3′-digallate (TF3) — was studied. Polyamide TLC plates dried with a hair dryer, application as bands, and development in a horizontal chamber gave the best results. Detection was performed using iron(III) chloride-ethanol reagent. Twofold development with chloroform-methanol 2:3 ( v/v ) as mobile phase resulted in the separation of TF1, TF2A, TF2B, and TF3 from all the other compounds. EGCg, ECg, and EGC were separated but EC and DL-C were not separated from each other. The best mobile phase for each of the compounds is reported. The best separation of the five main catechins (EC, DL-C, EGC, ECg, and EGCg) was achieved by use of n -butanol-acetone-acetic acid 5:5:3 ( v/v ). In addition, separation of the flavonols myricetin, quercetin, kaempferol, and rutin and the phenolic acids gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, and caffeic acid was achieved by twofold development with chloroform-methanol 2:3 ( v/v ). The applicability of the method was checked by screening of extracts of green, black, oolong, and pu-erh tea.

摘要:
The essential oil was obtained at yield of 0.37% by hydrodistillation from fresh leaf tissue of Solidago decurrens Lour collected from Zhejiang Province, China. GC and GC/MS analysis identified 33 components, representing 90.4% of the leaf oil. The main components were δ-elemene (30.8%), β-elemene (6.4%), β-caryophyllene (15.4%), α-humulene (3.2%), δ-selinene (2.4%), germacrene D (4.5%), and ledene oxide-(II) (13.1%). © 2009, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. 摘要:
Cephalotaxine-type alkaloids are the anti-cancer components in twigs, leaves, roots and seeds of Cephalotaxus fortunine. It is very important to use the limited resource by finding an efficient purification technology of the alkaloids. Separation of cephalotaxine-type alkaloids in Cephalotaxus fortunine by step-pH-gradient high-speed counter-current chromatography (step-pH-gradient HSCCC) was studied in this paper. The step-pH-gradient HSCCC was performed on a HSCCC instrument equipped with a 400-mL column, using the upper phase of ethyl acetate-n-hexane-water, with added 0.01% trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) as stationary phase, and the lower phase of ethyl acetate-n-hexane-water, with added 2% NH<inf>4</inf>OH, 0.2% NH<inf>4</inf>OH and 0.05% TFA as mobile phase. For each separation, 800 mg of extract of cephalotaxine-type alkaloids was separated to yield 9.3 mg of drupacine, 15.9 mg of wilsonine, 130.4 mg of cephalotaxine, 64.8 mg of epi-wilsonine, 12.8 mg of fortunine and 35.6 mg of acetylcephalotaxine with purities 81.2%, 85.7%, 95.3%, 97.5%, 89.1% and 96.2%, respectively. The recovery of each alkaloid was more than 90%. The structures of the six alkaloids were identified by electrospray ionization mass spectrum (ESI-MS) and <sup>1</sup>H and <sup>13</sup>C NMR. ©2009 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
畜禽养殖在保障肉食供应、改善居民生活、增加农民收入等方面发挥着重要作用,但是畜禽粪便中的氮素也给环境造成严重污染,加强畜禽粪便氮素污染及其环境成本研究有重要意义.该研究以湖南洞庭湖区为对象,从耕地、水体、大气3个方面估算了该区域畜禽粪便的氮素污染及其环境成本.结果表明,2006年湖南洞庭湖区畜禽粪便中的氮素养分为18.99 万t,粪便中氮素污染的环境成本为8.77亿元,其中对农田、水体、大气污染的环境成本分别为2.32 亿元、4.81亿元、1.64 亿元.畜禽粪便氮素养分所产生的环境污染问题已经不容忽视.

In this paper, we report a two-step aqueous synthesis of highly luminescent CdTe/CdSe core/shell quantum dots (QDs) via a simple method. The emission range of the CdTe/CdSe QDs can be tuned from 510 to 640 nm by controlling the thickness of the CdSe shell. Accordingly, the photoluminescence quantum yield (PL QY) of CdTe/CdSe QDs with an optimized thickness of the CdSe shell can reach up to 40%. The structures and compositions of the core/shell QDs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction, and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy experiments, and their formation mechanism is discussed. Furthermore, folate conjugated CdTe/CdSe QDs in Hela cells were assessed with a fluorescence microscope. The results show that folate conjugated CdTe/CdSe QDs could enter tumor cells efficiently.

摘要:
为研究满足苗木嫁接机要求的切削机构,设计了半旋转切削机构并优化其结构参数.选取桃、李、柑橘、葡萄和板栗五种嫁接幼苗作为试验对象,在模拟切削试验装置上进行了切削模拟试验.试验结果检验该半旋转切削机构的可行性及分析得出了影响切削阻力试验指标和切削成功率试验指标的主、次试验因素.研究表明影响苗木切削的因素:苗木平均直径、转速、滑切角分别与切削阻力和切削成功率的相关性.综合得出,该半旋转切削机构是可行的;苗木直径、转速和滑切角分别较大地影响切削阻力和切削成功率,苗木直径是主要影响因素,实行工厂化育苗来有效保证苗木直径大小和均匀性;转速调节范围50~60 r/min,滑切角调整略人于30°.

摘要:
High-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) has been applied for the separation of theaflavins and catechins. The HSCCC run was carried out with a two-phase solvent system composed of hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water-acetic acid (1:5:1:5:0.25, v/v) by eluting the lower aqueous phase at 2 ml/min at 700 rpm. The results indicated that pure theaflavin, theaflavins-3-gallate, theaflavins-3′-gallate and theaflavin-3,3′-digallate could be obtained from crude theaflavins sample and black tea. The structures of the isolated compounds were positively confirmed by <sup>1</sup>H NMR and <sup>13</sup>C NMR, MS analysis, HPLC data and TLC data. Meanwhile, catechins including epigallocatechin gallate, gallocatechin gallate, epicatechin gallate and epigallocatechin were isolated from the aqueous extract of green tea by using the same solvent system. This study developed a modified method combined with enrichment theaflavins method by using HSCCC for separation of four individual theaflavins, especially for better separation of theaflavins monogallates. ©2008 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
Artemisinin demand has increased sharply since the World Health Organization recommended its use as part of the artemisinin combination therapies in 2001. The area for the crop cultivation has expanded in Africa and Asia and simpler and affordable methods for artemisinin analysis are needed for crop quality control. This work presented a novel chromatographic method of artemisinin analysis using gas chromatography with electron-capture detection. The sample extraction and preparation involved a single-solvent one-step extraction, with samples being analyzed in the extraction solvent directly after extraction. This method was accurate and reproducible with over 97% recoveries. The limit of detection was less than 3 μg/mL and the limit of quantification was less than 9 μg/mL, allowing samples as low as 100 mg dry weight to be analyzed for artemisinin. The method can be applied to quality control of commercial plant extracts and to artemisinin-derived pharmaceuticals. ©2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

【目的】为了筛选在柑橘中稳定表达的内参基因,以确保柑橘基因表达分析结果的可靠性。【方法】选取Actin、18SrRNA、rpII、GAPDH、UBQ10、UBQ1作为候选内参基因,以geNorm、Normfinder、BestKeeper以及RefFinder软件分析这6个基因在冰糖橙的根、茎、叶、果实以及干旱、低温、溃疡病、衰退病胁迫下叶片中的表达稳定性。【结果】结果表明,在不同柑橘器官及不同胁迫处理下的柑橘叶片中,候选内参基因的表达稳定性确实存在差异。在不同柑橘器官之间比较用UBQ10和rpII;干旱胁迫下用GAPDH、18SrRNA和Actin;低温胁迫下用UBQ10、Actin和18Sr-RNA;溃疡病菌侵染胁迫下用Actin、UBQ10和GAPDH;感染衰退病毒时用18SrRNA和rpII。【结论】为了获得较为稳定的表达分析结果,建议根据不同的试验内容选择不同的内参基因组合。

通过对夏黑无核葡萄连续3年开展"3414"肥效试验,建立氮、磷、钾施肥量与产量间的回归模型,探索出南方地区夏黑无核葡萄的最佳施肥量。结果表明:氮肥是限制产量增加的主要因子,其次为磷和钾。在该地力条件下,氮、磷、钾的适宜施肥量分别是N 363.6 kg/hm~2,P_2O_5 454.95 kg/hm~2,K_2O 363.3 kg/hm~2;在各施肥处理中,以处理6(每公顷施氮、磷、钾量分别为N 300 kg、P_2O_5 270 kg、K_2O 375 kg)产量最高,增产率达65.91%,果实固酸比也较高,产投比较大,综合品质较好。
