<正>2005年,辽宁首次发现了大棚西瓜发生了西瓜绿斑驳病,给农民造成惨重的经济损失。根据《植物检疫条例》有关规定,中华人民共和国农业部于2006年12月21日发布(第988号)公告,将该病确定为全国农业植物检疫性有害生物。截至目前,我国已有辽宁、北京、河北、甘肃、广东、湖北、山东7个省市的部分地区先后发现了该病。

摘要:
利用26S rDNA D1/D2区域序列分析法对黄酒酒糟中筛选出的红酵母b-5进行序列比对鉴定,结果表明,该酵母菌的序列与黏性红圆酵母(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa)模式菌株的序列同源性100%.通过固态发酵该菌生产类胡萝卜素条件的优化研究和探讨变温培养对固态发酵的影响,初步确定黏性红圆酵母RM-1固态发酵的最适条件:籼米:水=1:2.5、1%葡萄糖,pH6.5、15%接种量、培养时间96 h、前48 h发酵温度33℃、后48 h发酵温度28℃,此时类胡萝卜素产量可达11.73μ/g干基,与恒温培养相比较,类胡萝卜素产量提高了44%,可为工业生产类胡萝卜素提供参考.

摘要:
The occurrence regulation of Spodoptera litura was studied according to the continiuous years's data investigated in tobacco fields and weather data of Chenzhou and Ningyuan in Hunan. Results showed that generations of Spodoptera litura are 4-4.5 with the effective accumulated temperture per year and the actual generations of Spodoptera. litura is in accordance with the predicted generations in Hunan Province. The sources of Spodoptera litura in early stage of the year were migration pest, there were four occurrence stages in a year according the properties of pests sources, the number of trapped moths from April to June is significantly correlated with the number in March, the forecasting model is yˇ=233.54 112.44x<inf>4</inf> (r=0.815 <sup>*</sup>, n=8). The number of trapped moths from April to June is significantly correlated with the daily average temperture of January (reliability degree was 90%), the forecasting model is yˇ=-1410+350x(r=0. 595, n=9). The number of trapped moths of Agrotis ypsilon at its major migration stage (February-April), which synchronously migrated with Spodoptera litura, is significantly correlated with the number of Spodoptera litura in its major migration stage (April-June), and it provide data for the prediction of occurrence trend of Spodoptera. litura. The damage percent is significantly correlated with the number of Spodoptera litura per 100 plants, and the number of Spodoptera. litura per 100 plants at normal control plots as x<inf>1</inf>, the damage percent as y, r=0.977<sup>**</sup> (n=10);the number of Spodoptera litura per 100 plants at observed plots as x<inf>2</inf>, the damage percent as y, r=0.974<sup>**</sup> (n=10). ©2011 IEEE.

Rainfall (mm) of the second month after transplanting, average temperature (C) at the same period and rainfall days of the first month after transplanting, Rainfall (mm) of June, the daily average temperature of June and rainfall days of June were selected using anomalous sign method from 39 factors from 9 continuous years data at Ningyuan county. Using data of spore trap for 11 continuous years at Chenzhou county. The occurrence trend of Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissler was studied with the grade-statistics method. and correlation coefficient. Results showed that the back forecasting was in line with the actual value. The accurate percent of forecasting for Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissle at Yongzhou for 10 years was 90%, the accurate percent of forecasting for Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissle at different counties for 2009 was 75% with the forecasting model during the early growing stage of tabacco, the accurate percent of forecasting for Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissle at Yongzhou for 10 years was 80% with the forecasting model during the late growing stage of tabacco;the accurate percent of forecasting for Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissle at Yongzhou for 10 years was 90% with the both forecasting models and relied on the contributing percent;at different counties was 83.3% for 2009;the number of trapped spore at peak was used as x, the end disease index was used as y, the forecasting model is y=-0.5951+0.04x (r=0.8985* n=11), the span from spore peak to end were 2 d at least, 22 d at most, the average was 8.3 d, so the model can be used as the forecasting of the disease for short period. Both models of the early and the late growing stage can be used to forecast occurrence trend of Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissler for short-to medium-term. ©2011 IEEE.

Abstract Ophraella communa (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), originally from North America, has been used for biological control of common ragweed, Ambrosia artemisiifolia, in China since 2007. However, there is still a debate on whether O. communa can attack sunflowers under field conditions. To re-evaluate the biosecurity of O. communa against sunflower (Helianthus annuus), we investigated the population density of O. communa on three sunflower varieties that were intercropped with or planted in circumambience of A. artemisiifolia under field conditions. Our results showed that only very few O. communa eggs (<0.5 eggs/plant) were found on sunflower plants at the last two surveys when sunflowers were planted in circumambience of common ragweed. O. communa eggs were not found on sunflower plants at each survey when sunflowers were intercropped with common ragweed. The first–second instar larvae, third instar larvae, pupae and adults of O. communa were occasionally found on sunflower plants, but their densities were very low under either case of planting patterns. Based on these results, we conclude that sunflower is not a potential host plant for O. communa and the beetle is an effective host-specific biological control agent of common ragweed.

摘要:
A bacterial strain OPQa3 capable of utilizing nonylphenol polyoxyethylene (NPnEO) as sole carbon source was isolated from water samples collected from tannery waste treatment plant suffered long-time application of NPnEO by enrichment method. It was preliminarily identified as Brevundimonas sp. (most similar to Brevundimonas diminuta (EU434566.1)), according to the observation of morphological characteristics, physiological-biochemical tests and the similarity analysis of its 16S rDNA gene sequence. Inoculated 2% of OPQa3 suspension, to give a final OD<inf>600</inf> of approximately 0.70, to inorganic salt medium in which the initial concentration of NPnEO was 746 mg&bullL <sup>-1</sup>, degradation test showed that, the degradation rate of strain OPQa3 was 84.5% within 120 hours, the optimum temperature was 30°C while the optimum pH value was about 7, and the growth period was of 24 hours. ©(2011) Trans Tech Publications.

摘要:
A novel design to immobilize the stationary phase for micro-HPLC and capillary electrochromatography has been initially attempted. Porous temporary frit in fused silica capillary was rapidly fabricated by sintering stainless steel powders rapidly, which could withstand a high pressure up to 60 MPa during slurry packing. A mixture of monomer and porogenic solvents such as silica-based and organic-based monomers were pumped into the packed capillary, respectively, followed a quick polymerization by microwave irradiation. The sol-gel network and organic matrix were strong enough to hold back the sorbent particles in place, then rendering the end frits unnecessary. The typical columns prepared demonstrated excellent chromatographic performance using our self-installed micro-HPLC system. Baseline separation of the model analytes was achieved with the largest theoretical plate number (N) up to 40000/m for the last eluted compound (ethylbenzene), whilst a higher N over 74000/m was obtained using the sol-gel immobilized column by CEC. A scanning electron micrograph of a crosssection of the capillary column showed visually the morphological changes of packing material during the microwave irradiation.

摘要:
The genus Tineovertex Moriuti, 1982 is revised. Eleven species are recognized, including five new ones: T. hamoides, sp. nov., from Malaysia; T. expansa, sp. nov., from Malaysia and Brunei; T. fibriformis, sp. nov., from Malaysia; T. thailandia, sp. nov., from Thailand; and T. elongata, sp. nov., from China and Thailand. Adults and genitalia of all species are illustrated, and a key to the species is provided. Types of the new species are deposited in Hunan Agricultural University, Changsha, Hunan, China; Osaka Prefecture University, Sakai, Osaka, Japan; and The Natural History Museum, London, UK.

摘要:
Enantiomer separation is one of the most important prerequisites for the investigation of environmental enantioselective behavior for chiral pesticides. The enantiomeric separation of three chiral pesticides, indoxacarb, lambda-cyhalothrin, and simeconazole, were studied on cellulose tris-(3,5-dimethylphenyl-carbamate)-coated chiral stationary phase (CDMPC-CSP) using high-performance liquid chromatography under normal phase condition. The effects of chromatographic conditions, such as the mobile phase composition including the concentration and type of alcohol modifiers in hexane, flow rate and column temperature, on enantiomer separation were examined. The thermodynamical mechanism of enantioseparation and chiral recognition mechanism were discussed. Better separation were achieved using 20 n-propanol for indoxacarb, 2 iso-butanol for lambda-cyhalothrin, and 20 iso-propanol for simeconazole as modifiers in hexane at 25 °C with the selectivity factor (a) of 1.69, 1.82 and 1.70, respectively. The resolution factor (Rs) decreased as the flow rate increased from 0.4 to 1.1 ml·min-1. The retention factor (k') and selectivity factor for the enantiomers of analytes decreased as temperature increased. The lna-1/T plots for racemic chiral pesticides were linear in the range of 15-35 °C in hexane/iso-propanol and the chiral separation was controlled by enthalpy. Hydrogen bonding, π-π and dipole-dipole interactions between enantiomers and CDMPC-CSP play an important role in chiral identification, and the fitting of the asymmetric portion of solutes in a chiral cavity or channel of the CSP is also important. © 2011 Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China (CIESC) and Chemical Industry Press (CIP).

摘要:
Since insects are ectothermic, they are highly vulnerable to the sudden increase of temperature. Indeed, it has been hypothesized that the survival, development, fecundity, and even population expansion of insects are all affected significantly by extremely high temperature. We studied the effect of short-term high temperature stress on the survival and development of different stages, adult longevity and fecundity of Ophraella communa (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), a biological control agent of the invasive plant, the common ragweed, Ambrosia artemisiifolia (Asterales: Asteraceae) in the laboratory. The results showed that egg, larval, pupal and adult survival rates were significantly affected after 2 hour-short-stress at high temperatures (35 to 47°C) when compared to the 28°C control. With the exceptions of the control and 35°C stress, survival rate of females was significantly higher than that of males after short-stress at any high temperature. Short-term high temperature stress also significantly impacted longevity and fecundity of adult beetles. Except for control, female longevity was significantly longer than male's after short-stress at any high temperature. The survival rates of different stages, and adult longevity and fecundity of the beetle decreased significantly with the increase of short-term stress temperature. Based on the results of the present study, we conclude that the development and population expansion of O. communa may be significantly affected when they are exposed to a high temperature stage in a summer day in the areas invaded by common ragweed, in southern China.

摘要:
白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera(Horváth)为传播南方水稻黑条矮缩病病毒(SRBSDV)的媒介昆虫,阐明其传毒特性将有助于了解南方水稻黑条矮缩病的发生流行规律和建立相应的防治方法。本研究通过RT-PCR技术测定了白背飞虱的传毒参数。结果表明,白背飞虱初孵若虫、3龄若虫、5龄若虫、长翅型成虫和短翅型成虫的最短获毒时间分别是11、6、3、2和2 min,最长获毒时间分别是19、12、9、8和8 min。在26℃时,SRBSDV在不同虫态(初孵若虫、3龄若虫、5龄若虫、长翅型成虫和短翅型成虫)的白背飞虱体内的循回期分别是7~11、5~8、3~7、4~8和3~6 d。5龄若虫、长翅型和短翅型成虫在三叶一心稻苗的最短接毒时间为4、5和6 min,最长接毒时间为8、10和11 min;它们在分蘖初期稻苗上的最短接毒时间分别是5、7和7 min,最长接毒时间分别是10、12和12 min。白背飞虱获毒后可终身传毒,但不能经白背飞虱卵传毒,单虫最多传毒株数为87株,平均传毒48.3±0.8株。可见,该虫具有较强的获毒能力和传毒能力,秧苗易感染SRBSDV。因此,在防治上应尽量清除田间SRBSDV毒源植物,减少白背飞虱获毒的机会,在秧田期和移栽初期应重点防治飞虱。

摘要:
为确定灰毛豆Tephrosia purpurea树皮甲醇提取物中的杀虫成分,以白纹伊蚊Aedes albopictus 4龄幼虫为靶标昆虫,在活性跟踪的基础上利用色谱技术分离其活性成分,然后根据各化合物的核磁共振图谱和质谱数据确定化合物的结构,并利用玻片载蚜法和点滴法测定了各化合物对桃蚜Myzus persicae无翅蚜成虫和小菜蛾Pluttella xylostella 3龄幼虫的毒杀活性。结果表明:从该植物树皮甲醇提取物中共分离、鉴定了10个对白纹伊蚊幼虫具有毒杀作用的化合物,即12a-羟基鱼藤酮(12a-hydroxyrotenone),4’-hydroxyemoroidocarpan,豆薯内酯(pachyrrhizine),鱼藤酮(rotenone),6-甲氧基香豆素(6-methoxycoumarin),(-)-edunol,obovatin,pongachin,12-acetyelliptinol和2-hydroxyrotenone。这些化合物对该蚊虫幼虫处理24 h的LC50值分别是12.5,22.1,25.0,34.1,43.4,58.4,121.9,191.0,219.8和250.0 mg/L。3个化合物(4’-hydroxyemoroidocarpan,鱼藤酮和12a-羟基鱼藤酮)对桃蚜成虫和小菜蛾3龄幼虫表现出毒杀活性,它们对桃蚜24 h的LC50值分别是49.9,1.9和0.9 mg/L,对小菜蛾幼虫24 h的LD50值分别是49.8,197.1和40.9μg/头。首次从该植物中分离得到6个已知的黄酮类化合物[4’-hydroxyemoroidocarpan,2-hydroxyrotenone,(-)-edunol,12-acetyelliptinol,pongachin和obovatin]和2个已知的香豆素类化合物(6-甲氧基香豆素和豆薯内酯)。阐明这些杀虫化合物的结构不仅有利于理解植物和昆虫的关系,而且有助于评价该植物及其活性化合物作为植物源农药开发利用的潜力。

2008年6月至2010年9月采用路线法对湖南乌云界国家级自然保护区蝴蝶物种多样性进行了调查,针对4条调查路线31个样线段的植被物种丰富度、海拔高度、离水源距离和人为干扰程度等影响蝴蝶物种丰富度的主要因子,开展多元回归分析比较,同时对试验区、缓冲区和核心区3个规划区域进行蝴蝶群落多样性分析和相似度比较.共采集记录到蝴蝶147种,隶属于10科94属,其中国家保护种4种;多元回归分析表明,植被物种丰富度、海拔高度和人为干扰程度是影响蝴蝶分布最主要的3个因子,其中植被物种丰富度与蝴蝶物种丰富度存在极显著正相关(P<0.01),海拔高度和人为干扰程度与蝴蝶物种丰富度存在显著负相关(P<0.05);核心区的蝴蝶物种丰富度、多样性指数均高于缓冲区和试验区,试验区的优势度指数较高;缓冲区与核心区的相似度系数较高,达到0.526.该自然保护区蝴蝶物种多样性的保护重点在于保护植物群落多样性,保持林相之间的自然演替,适当减少人为干扰,以及加强特殊蝴蝶生境的维护.

摘要:
The commercially available ferrocene-based diphosphine ligand (S-c,S-Fc)-TaniaPhos was found to be highly effective in the Rh-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of 3-aryl-2-(phosphonomethyl)propenates. Excellent enantioselectivity (90-98% ee) and high catalytic activity (S/C up to 1000) have been achieved, which represents the best results reported so far. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ltd. 南荻CCoAOMT基因的克隆与生物信息学分析

摘要:
南荻是一种高木质纤维素含量的禾本科多年生草本植物,但其中的高木质素含量严重制约了它作为能源植物的开发利用。采用RT-PCR及RACE方法从南荻中分离到G木质素单体形成的关键酶CCoAOMT家族的一个基因,将该基因序列递交到GenBank,登录号为JF965572。该基因全长工1206 bp,含有一个786 bp的阅读框,编码一个26laa的蛋白,分子量约为29 kD。通过NCBI在线比对发现该基因的预测蛋白与同为禾本科玉米的CCoAOMT酶蛋白有很高的同源性,最高达到94.0%;氨基酸序列多重比较的结果表明,该基因编码肽链含有CCoAOMT类基因全部的保守序列元件;系统进化树分析表明,该基因与玉米的CCoAOMT亲缘关系最近。

扶桑绵粉蚧寄生性天敌班氏跳小蜂生物学研究

本文对扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley的重要天敌班氏跳小蜂Aenasius bambawalei Hayat(膜翅目:跳小蜂科)的雌雄形态特征、发育起点温度和有效积温、在长沙地区的理论发生代数进行了研究。结果表明:班氏跳小蜂是扶桑绵粉蚧若虫-成虫期寄生蜂;在28℃下,班氏跳小蜂一代的历期为17.8 d;成虫、卵、幼虫和蛹的发育起点温度分别为:14.42、15.29、14.89、15.18℃,发生一代的发育起点温度为14.62℃;成虫、卵、幼虫和蛹的有效积温分别为87.92/9.74/68.41/75.84日·度,发生一代的有效积温为249.92日·度;由此预测班氏跳小蜂在长沙地区一年可发生9代。

摘要:
The genus Epactris Meyrick, 1905 is recorded from China. E. capulus sp. nov. is described and illustrated, as the first record of this genus from China. The new species is very similar in appearance to E. alcaea from India, but it can be distinguished easily from the latter based on the characters of forewing. The adult photos of those two species and a photo of the male genitalia of the new species are provided. All type specimens of the new species are deposited in HUNAU (Institute of Entomology, Hunan Agricultural University, China).

动植物检疫专业本科毕业实习调查分析

摘要:
为掌握动植物检疫专业本科生毕业实习的现状,从湖南农业大学动植物检疫专业的已完成本科毕业实习的学生中抽取调查样本110人,针对毕业实习的必要性、实习内容等25个主客观性问题展开了问卷调查。结果表明:89%的同学认为大学期间进行毕业实习是非常必要的,11%的同学对毕业实习采取无所谓的态度,这主要是由对毕业实习的目的不明确、对实习单位或实习时间的安排不满意等多种因素所造成的。通过分析该专业毕业实习中存在的问题,并提出改进建议,以完善动植物检疫专业本科生毕业实习。
