摘要:
The aspiration of employing metallic lithium (Li) as the anode is impeded by Li dendrites and unwanted redox shuttles in liquid electrolytes. In this study, a repellent used to safeguard the Li anode was demonstrated during the lithiation of a nanosized AlPO 4 additive in an infiltrated quasi-solid electrolyte (i-QSE) containing a concentrated electrolyte in a poly(tri-acrylate) network. As a result of the infiltrated structure, the ion transfer number of i-QSE attained 0.79, and the activation energy was only 0.12 eV. Compared with the control counterpart, the repellent composed of Al-containing (oxy)fluorides played a vital role in stabilizing the interface and promoted the cycling durability of batteries (capacity retention >85% after 200 cycles) with a 1 C rate at an elevated temperature (55°C) without dendrite growth and by-product drifting. Such in situ generation of a repellent for a Li anode is a valid approach for metal-anode protection at the interface-engineering level. With the continuing demand for high-energy devices, the need for the next generation of batteries to facilitate their use continues to grow. One option currently being explored utilizes lithium (Li) metal as the anode (3,860 mA hr g −1 ) as a replacement for the currently used Li-ion batteries based on a graphite anode (372 mA hr g −1 ). To date, however, the safety issues caused by Li dendrite formation and electrolyte leakage hinder the advancement of such technologies. In this work, a repellent derived from the lithiation of a nanosized additive in an infiltrated quasi-solid electrolyte functions as an interfacial stabilizer to ensure uniform Li deposition. Batteries constructed with a Li anode and repellent showed improved cycling durability without dendrite growth and by-product drifting. The lithiation-derived repellent improves interface contact, safeguards the Li anode, and brings Li metal batteries a step closer to practical applications. The aspiration of employing metallic Li as an anode is impeded by dendrites and unwanted redox shuttles in liquid electrolytes. A repellent for the Li anode was demonstrated by in situ lithiation of an infiltrated quasi-solid electrolyte with rigid inclusion and a ductile surface. Not only did the batteries show a high ion transfer number, but they also exhibited improved interfacial resistance and dendrite-free Li plating, and no by-product drifting was observed during operation. The lithiation-induced safeguard layer is valid for protecting the metallic anode at the interface-engineering level. © 2017 Elsevier Inc.

Recently, the incorporation of foreign atoms (e.g. nitrogen, phosphorus, fluorine, and oxygen, etc.) into the carbocycle has been demonstrated to be very promising for enhancing the electrochemical property of carbon-based supercapacitor. Herein, for the first time, fluorine and oxygen co-doped porous carbons (FOPCs) were successfully prepared by employing third-class red dates as precursor, which showed high specific surface area (1229 m2 g−1), highly-developed micropores (~ 93%), rich oxygen-content (22.8 wt%) and moderate fluorine doping (1.0 wt%). Owing to the aforementioned advantages, the resultant FOPC-800 electrode displayed high specific capacities of 261 and 168 F g−1 at 1 and 20 A g−1 respectively, in 6 M KOH electrolyte. Moreover, high energy density (23.2 W h kg−1) of the FOPC-800-based symmetric supercapacitor was achieved in 1 M Na2SO4 electrolyte, with outstanding cyclic stability (93.5% retention after 5000 cycles). © 2018, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.

摘要:
Developing an efficient and low-cost oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalyst is the key to realize the commercialization of metal–air batteries. Fe/N-co-doped carbon materials (Fe–N–C) are regarded as one of the most promising oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalysts to replace expensive and unstable Pt/C in metal–air batteries. In this work, a new kind of Fe/N-co-doped special carbon nanotube/nanoparticle hybrid catalyst was obtained by using cheap precursors, i.e., ketjenblack EC-600JD (KB), melamine and iron nitrate via a facile high-temperature pyrolysis treatment. The catalyst shows a comparative oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalytic activity and better stability than commercial 20 wt% Pt/C in the same test conditions. The outstanding performance results from the doping of Fe and N, which could effectively increase the active sites. Furthermore, a special bamboo-like carbon nanotube is generated due to the catalysis of Fe source. The catalyst exhibits good performance in Al–air batteries. The maximum power density can reach to 300 mW cm<sup>−2</sup>with the cell voltage of about 1 V and the current density of 300 mA cm<sup>−2</sup>.<br/> ©2018, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.

消费者在金融机构进行借贷的历史数据的记录非常多,指标庞大,然而并非所有的数据都能够对借贷判断起到作用,为了使得金融机构能够对用户有正确的借贷选择,本文利用分箱和特征筛选法得到具有50个指标的评分体系,最终利用决策树模型对数据进行精确度检验,结果表明:决策树模型在信用评分系统应用精确度非常高.

火焰原子吸收光谱仪使用是化学工程专业教学的重要环节,原子吸收广泛用于水体、土壤、植物以及食品行业中重金属元素的检测。由于其使用过程受到的影响因素较多,测试数据会因样品制备,仪器使用等不同存在较大差异,影响正确的结果分析。本文通过人为设定的一些不规范操作及样品制备,通过检测结果的误差进行仪器正确操作的必要性教学,提高学生综合素质。

摘要:
Catalytic efficiency is a crucial index for electrodes in flow batteries, and tremendous efforts have been devoted to exploring catalysts with as many reaction zones as possible. Nevertheless, the space between the reaction sites, especially for interstitial space utilization, is usually ignored and challengeable to exploit owing to the balance between the catalytic efficiency and structural stability. Herein, a three-dimensional conducting network was constructed via a nitrogen-rich carbon film-bridged graphite felt framework ([email protected]) to maximize its electrocatalytic effectiveness toward redox species. As the electrode, [email protected] exhibits a superior rate constant and catalytic efficiency at 370 mA cm -2 and enables the vanadium redox flow battery to operate steadily at 200 mA cm -2 with an energy efficiency of 74.3% and a discharge specific capacity of 23 A h L -1 . It is anticipated that the conducting network with optimized space utilization and catalysis will provide guidance for the design of high-efficiency electrodes and advance their development in flow batteries. © 2018 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
The purpose of this study was to develop new phosphors for Plant growth LED light.A series of Ca8Zn1-yY1-x(PO4)7:xDy3+,yMn2+ phosphors were prepared by hydro-thermal reaction technology under a reductive atmosphere.Its crystal and morphology structure were characterized by the X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the phosphors were pure and the doped ions did not change the structure of phosphors.The Ca8ZnY(PO4)7:Dy3+,Mn2+(CZYP:Dy3+,Mn2+)phosphor exhibits broad blue emitting at 470-500 nm and transited by 4 F9/2-6 H15/2.As the ratio of Dy3+/Mn2+ changes,tunable emission can be achieved from cyan to red under λex= 385 nm,this process of energy transfer occurred between Dy3+ and Mn2+.The phosphor exhibits strong thermal quenching resistance which is 91.3% of luminance at 150 ℃.A bright Plant growth LED light device was fabricated by the blue-red dual-emitting CZYP:Dy3+,Mn2+phosphor,excited with near-UV LED chip(385 nm).These results reveal that the CZYP:Dy3+,Nn2+ phosphor may be a promising single-component phosphor in the application of pullulate for Plant growth LED lights.

摘要:
A novel phenazine-l-carboxamide-derived 18-1 (PCND 18-1) was evaluated in terms of its potential for the development and enrichment of new biofungicides for the control of rice sheath blight caused by Rhizoctonia solani. PCND 18-1 exhibited fungicidal activity against R. solani, showing an inhibition rate of 87.64%, with a 50% effective concentration (EC50) 4.25 mu g/mL, regression equation of Y = 0.7105x + 3.8428; and correlation coefficient of 0.9817, which are indicative of its potential as a natural biofungicide. PCND 18-1 also attenuated the pathogenicity of R. solani, which was concentration-dependent. Additionally, the action mode of PCND 18-1 against rice sheath blight (R. solani) was protective better than curative activity under greenhouse condition, as reflected by the corresponding EC50 values of 2.49 and 5.72 mu g/mL. PCND 18-1 can translocate in rice with a low translocation capacity and exhibited a higher capacity for upward (root-leaf) translocation than for downward (leaf-root) translocation. Furthermore, PCND 18-1 demonstrated adhesion to leaves but poor tolerance against rain-washing. The optimal persistence period of PCND 18-1 on rice was 7 d. (C) 2018 Friends Science Publishers

《材料化学专业英语》是一门具有强的专业性和应用性的课程,面向具有一定材料化学专业基础知识的大学生.然而,针对当代大学生课堂学习中存在的学习兴趣、积极性和应用能力低等问题,在材料化学专业英语课程教学中采用师生角色互换的模式.通过建立互助学习小组、运用多元化教学手段进行学生互评、教师补充教学以及多考查形式并存的机制,提高学生的学习热情和主动性,增强学生对专业知识的掌握和应用能力,达到学以致用的目的,并指导教学方法的改进.

摘要:
在精准扶贫视域下,以单一的收入指标衡量贫困具有局限性,多维法的重要性日益凸显.文章使用Alkire和Foster提出的多维贫困测度法,以湖南省72个县为研究对象,从生活、健康、教育三个维度出发,对其进行了多维度测量及分解.测算结果表明,多维贫困户和收入贫困户之间的拟合度存在误差,湖南地区精准识别不是特别理想.样本中3个指标被剥夺的人口所占比重达25%,随着贫困维度的增加,贫困程度不断加深.收入来源、健康和教育对多维贫困指数的贡献最大.可见,提高识别精度,应推动多维贫困测度法的应用.扶贫政策需要向加强教育和提高医疗保障制度方面倾斜.

In this work, we demonstrated a single molecule photobleaching-based strategy for the ultrasensitive detection of adenosine. A modified split aptamer was designed to specifically recognize individual adenosine molecules in solution. The specific binding of dye-labeled short strand DNA probes onto the elongated aptamer strand in the presence of adenosine resulted in a concentration-dependent self-aggregation process. The degree-of-aggregation (DOA) of the short DNA probes on the elongated aptamer strand could then be accurately determined based on the single molecule photobleaching measurement. Through statistically analyzing the DOA under different target concentrations, a well-defined curvilinear relationship between the DOA and target molecule concentration (e.g., adenosine) was established. The limit-of-detection (LOD) is down to 44.5 pM, which is lower than those recently reported results with fluorescence-based analysis. Owing to the high sensitivity and excellent selectivity, the sensing strategy described herein would find broad applications in biomolecule analysis under complicated surroundings. © 2018 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
A new disease of strawberry (Fragaria ananassa Duch.) was discovered in the Lianqiao strawberry planting base in Shaodong County, in Hunan Province, China. In the early disease stage, leaves showed small black spots surrounded by yellow halos, while in the late stage, a white fluffy layer of mold appeared. Fruits were covered with a white layer of mold. The symptoms were observed using in vitro inoculation experiments. After the spray-inoculation of stabbed leaves, small black spots surrounded by yellow halos occurred on leaves, with no clear boundary between diseased and healthy areas. In the late stage, disease spots gradually expanded and a white fluffy layer of mold formed under humid conditions. Unstabbed leaves had almost no disease occurrence after spray-inoculation. After the spray-inoculation of stabbed fruits, by the late stage, a dense white layer of mold formed. According to Koch’s postulates, the isolated strain was verified as a pathogen. The pathogenic strain, designated SDLQ16, was isolated from diseased fruit by dilution method and tentatively identified as G. candidum based on the culture characteristics, morphologies, physio-biochemical analysis, and phylogenetic analysis of the rDNA-ITS sequence. The fungus was able to grow on different culture mediums, with a broad range of nutrition. The colonies on PDA medium were raised and pale white, with a neat edge and visible hyphae. The hyphae were friable but the spores were developing. Basal hyphae rapidly grew close to the medium to 3.2–4.2 µm in diameter, with septa and forked branches at acute angles. The solitary or beaded spores with smooth surfaces were 3.5–7.5 µm in length and 3.5–4.5 µm in width. This strain was able to gelatin liquefaction, proteolysis, grease, peptonised milk, urea, and so on. The pathogenicity on strawberry from strong to weak was: fruit > leaf > stem. A BLAST algorithm was used to query SDLQ16’s rDNA-ITS sequence (cloned and deposited as GenBank number KU373122) against the NCBI database, and it was located in the Acinetobacter sp. branch of a phylogenetic tree. SDLQ16 was most closely related to Geotrichum candidum ATCC34614 (GQ4580314.1), with a sequence similarity of 99%. © 2018, Czech Academy of Agricultural Sciences. All rights reserved.

摘要:
A copper-catalyzed aminosulfonylation of aryldiazonium tetrafluoroborates, DABCO·(SO2)2, and N-chloroamines is described. This coupling reaction provides an efficient and simple approach to a wide range of sulfonamides in moderate to good yields under mild conditions. Mechanistic investigation suggests that a radical process and transition-metal catalysis are merged in this tandem reaction.

摘要:
以氨化聚砜(APSF)和废弃的Nafion为原料,通过交混流涎的方法制得APSF/rNafion复合膜.采用了扫描电子电镜、拉力测试仪、电化学工作站和充放电测试仪等仪器对复合膜的形貌、力学性能和电化学性能进行表征.结果表明:APSF与rNafion具有很好的兼容性,使得复合膜具有好的力学性能和钒离子选择性.与空白的重铸Nafion膜相比,在不同电流密度下,APSF/rNafion复合膜表现出了突出的电化学性能,同时在40 mA/cm2的电流密度下,复合膜的库伦效率(80 μm,CE=96%)高于商用的 Nafion115的库伦效率(125 μm,CE=94.4%).此外,在80 mA/cm2的电流密度下,用APSF/rNafion复合膜组装的电池经过100圈的循环测试后,仍然具有80%的能量效率和85%放电容量维持率,表现出了很好的化学稳定性.该复合膜制备简单、耗材少、成本低,在全钒液流电池中有很好的应用前景.

On the basis of detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA), we propose a new bivariate linear regression model. This new model provides estimators of multi-scale regression coefficients to measure the dependence between variables and corresponding variables of interest with multi-scales. Numerical tests are performed to illustrate that the proposed DFA-bsaed regression estimators are capable of accurately depicting the dependence between the variables of interest and can be used to identify different dependence at different time scales. We apply this model to analyze the PM2.5 series of three adjacent cities (Beijing, Tianjin, and Baoding) in Northern China. The estimated regression coefficients confirmed the dependence of PM2.5 among the three cities and illustrated that each city has different influence on the others at different seasons and at different time scales. Two statistics based on the scale-dependent t-statistic and the partial detrended cross-correlation coefficient are used to demonstrate the significance of the dependence. Three new scale-dependent evaluation indices show that the new DFA-based bivariate regression model can provide rich information on studied variables.

摘要:
An efficient nickel-promoted selective monocyanation of benzamides with TMSCN via 8-aminoquinoline directed ortho C–H activation has been developed. Varieties of functionalized ortho-cyanated (hetero)aryl nitriles can be selectively synthesized in moderate to good yields. These cyanation products can be easily transformed into various 3-imino-1-oxoisoindolines in a one-pot procedure. The mild reaction conditions, use of cheap and commercially available reagents, wide functional group tolerance, and operational convenience make this protocol practical to the synthetic community.

The purpose of this research was to explore the effect of phenazine-1-carboxamide (PCN) on Rhizoctonia solani and to elucidate its mechanisms of action. The toxicity of PCN to R. solani was measured using a growth rate method. The results indicated that PCN inhibited R. solani with a 50% effective concentration (EC50) of 9.0934 μg/mL. The mycelia of R. solani were then exposed to 18.18 μg/mL (2EC50) of PCN. Optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to observe the effects of PCN on mycelial morphology and ultrastructure. Following the PCN treatment, the optical microscopy observations revealed that the mycelia appeared twisted; the branching mycelia grew, but the main mycelia did not grow following branching; and the mycelial roots possessed more vacuoles. SEM observations revealed that the mycelia were locally swollen and exhibited a sharp decrease in prominence. TEM observations showed that the cell wall became thin and deformed; the mitochondria disappeared; the septum twisted; and most of the organelles were difficult to discern. Conversely, all of the organelles could be clearly observed in the control. We then used real-time quantitative PCR and an enzyme activity testing kit to further explore the effects of PCN on the cell wall and mitochondria. Physiological and biochemical results demonstrated that both the cell wall and mitochondria constitute are PCN targets. PCN inhibited the activities of chitin synthetase and complex I of the mitochondria electron transport chain. Molecular experiments demonstrated that PCN controlled the growth of R. solani mycelia by inhibiting the expression level of chitin synthetase genes. Future research on PCN should investigate its influence on metabolic pathways, thereby aiding in the potential development of novel pesticides. © 2017 Elsevier Inc.

N-doped hollow carbon spheres (N-HCS) have been proved as efficient electrical catalytic materials with outstanding oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) ability. However, conventional approaches for the synthesis of N-HCS always involved multistep procedures. In this paper, by appropriately controlling the polymerization oft etraethoxysilane (TEOS) and resorcinol/formaldehyde (RF), N-HCS have been synthesized through "one pot" method without use of surfactant. Next, the ORR and OER of N-HCS were conducted to examine its electrocatalytic ability. Finally, it was modified on the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) as an improved electrical catalyst to monitor H2O2 in human serum samples. The linear ranges for monitoring H2O2 were from 0.05 mM to 29.5 mM and from 29.5 mM to 47.5 mM with a limit of detection of 0.02 mM. The recoveries for the assays in human serums were between 92.5% and 107.4%. Therefore, we believe that this newly synthesized N-HCS will play a significant role in the synthesis and application of electrocatalytic materials and the development of novel electrochemical sensors.
