摘要:
鱼粉是饲料中不可或缺的优质动物蛋白源,蛋白质含量高且品质优良,富含多种微量促生长成分。我国鱼粉主要依靠进1:7,且价格昂贵,长时间大比例使用会对养殖生产者造成沉重的压力,寻找可替代资源就成为一个亟待解决的问题。目前,生产中的鱼粉替代品主要围绕豆粕、大豆浓缩蛋白、棉籽蛋白等与鱼粉具有类似特点的优质蛋白原料开展研究,并取得初步成效。文章主要就鱼粉替代品的开发与应用研究做一综述,为新型蛋白原料的评价与利用提供参考。

摘要:
Magnolol rich in Magnolia officinalis is a bioactive polyphenolic compound. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of magnolol additive (MA) on growth performance, expression levels of antioxidant-related genes, and intestinal mucosal morphology of Linwu ducks aged from 49 to 70 days, comparing with that of an antibiotic additive (colistin sulfate [CS]). A total of 275, 49-day-old ducks were assigned to 5 groups with 5 cages of 11 ducks each and fed diets supplemented with 0, 100, 200 and 300 mg of MA/kg and 300 mg of CS/kg for 3 weeks, respectively. The results showed that the average daily body weight gain (ADG) was increased significantly in MA-fed groups (200 and 300 mg/kg), compared with the basal diet (BD) group (P < 0.05). The mRNA levels of superoxide dismutase-1 (SOD1), manganese superoxide dismutase-2 (MnSOD2) and catalase (CAT) were also increased significantly in MA groups (P < 0.05). In addition, hematoxylin and eosin staining revealed that Linwu ducks fed the diets with MA had more intact intestinal mucosa than those fed the BD and CS diets. In addition, ileal villus height, ileal villus height/crypt depth ratio (V/C) and duodenal V/C were also improved significantly (P < 0.05). Taken together, these data demonstrated that MA is an effective feed additive to enhance the growth performance of the Linwu ducks by improving the antioxidant and intestinal mucosal status, suggesting that MA will be a potential additive to replace antibiotic (CS). © 2017 Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine

摘要:
本试验旨在研究不同来源高粱替代玉米对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肠道黏膜形态结构及血清生化和抗氧化指标的影响。试验选取350羽1日龄体重相近的健康黄羽公鸡,随机分为7个组,每组5个重复,每个重复(栏)10只鸡。各组分别饲喂7种不同饲粮:基础饲粮(对照),分别以美国高粱、湖南高粱、内蒙古高粱替代基础饲粮中30%玉米,分别以美国高粱、湖南高粱、内蒙古高粱替代基础饲粮中50%玉米。试验全期56 d,分为前期(1 ~ 28日龄)、后期(29 ~ 56日龄)2阶段进行。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,3种不同来源高粱以30%、50%比例替代玉米对黄羽肉鸡生长性能无不良影响。2)湖南高粱替代50%玉米腹脂率较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),其他各屠宰性能指标各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)前期各组十二指肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值,空肠的绒毛高度、V/C值,回肠的肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度均无显著差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,美国高粱替代50%玉米显著提高了回肠V/C值(P<0.05)。4)前期,随着内蒙古高粱和湖南高粱替代玉米的比例升高,血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性略有下降趋势(P>0.05);后期,随着内蒙古高粱和湖南高粱替代玉米的比例升高,血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)提高,50%替代时极显著提高(P<0.01)。综上所述,在本试验中不同类型高粱替代玉米对黄羽肉鸡生长性能无不利影响,综合肠道黏膜形态结构及血清抗氧化指标认为以内蒙古高粱替代基础饲粮中50%玉米效果最佳。

摘要:
旨在研究白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,RES)对高脂诱导大鼠的生长、血清生化指标、抗氧化以及肠道形态结构的影响。选取6周龄的雄性SD大鼠25只,将大鼠随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复1只。分别饲喂基础饲粮、基础饲粮+低剂量RES(30 mg · (kg BW)~(-1))、高脂饲粮、高脂饲粮+低剂量RES(30 mg · (kg BW)~(-1))和高脂饲粮+高剂量RES(60 mg · (kg BW)~(-1)),试验期4周。结果表明:1)与基础饲粮组相比,高脂饲粮组大鼠体重显著增加(P<0.05),而基础饲粮+低剂量RES组大鼠体重未发生显著变化(P>0.05);与高脂饲粮组相比,高脂饲粮添加低或高剂量白藜芦醇均降低了大鼠体重,但未达到显著水平(P>0.05),而在高脂饲粮中添加低剂量白藜芦醇显著降低了大鼠采食量(P<0.05)。2)与基础饲粮组相比,高脂饲粮组大鼠血清中尿素氮水平和脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)活性显著降低(P<0.05);与高脂饲粮组相比,高脂饲粮添加高剂量白藜芦醇均显著降低大鼠血清中甘油三酯(TG)、非酯化脂肪酸(NEFA)含量(P<0.05),显著升高了高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的含量(P<0.05)。3)在基础饲粮中添加低剂量白藜芦醇显著降低了大鼠血清中GSH-Px的活力(P<0.05);与高脂饲粮组相比,高脂饲粮添加低或高剂量白藜芦醇均能显著降低大鼠血清MDA浓度(P<0.05),提高T-SOD活性及T-AOC(P<0.05)。4)与高脂饲粮组相比,高脂饲粮添加低或高剂量白藜芦醇显著提高了大鼠空肠隐窝深度(P<0.05),且高脂饲粮添加高剂量白藜芦醇有提高绒毛高度的趋势(P<0.1)。综上表明,白藜芦醇可以有效缓解高脂饲粮导致的氧化损伤,促进大鼠生长及其对饲粮养分的利用,改善血脂代谢,提高机体的抗氧化力,但对肠道形态结构未表现出明显的修复效果。

γ-氨基丁酸对妊娠母猪繁殖性能、氧化状态和免疫水平的影响

摘要:
试验旨在研究饲粮中添加γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对妊娠母猪繁殖性能、机体氧化状况及免疫功能的影响。选取体重、胎次和体况相近的长大二元杂种母猪24头,随机分为2组,每组12个重复,每个重复1头母猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,GABA组从配种开始到妊娠40 d饲喂添加GABA 100 mg/kg的饲粮,然后所有试验母猪恢复饲喂基础饲粮至产仔结束。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,GABA组母猪产活仔数、健仔数和仔猪初生个体重均表现出提高的趋势。2)妊娠40 d,除了GABA组母猪超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组外,其他相关指标并未发生明显变化;分娩后,GABA组母猪的氧化还原状态相关指标均有不同程度改善,不仅谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著优于对照组(P<0.05),H2O2水平也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)GABA对妊娠母猪免疫状况没有明显影响(P>0.05)。初乳和血清中免疫球蛋白及相关免疫因子水平在妊娠40 d和分娩后均未发生明显波动,但有一定程度的改善。结论:GABA对母猪繁殖性能有一定程度改善作用,对妊娠前期和分娩阶段母猪机体氧化状态有良好的调节作用,但其效果与所处的妊娠前期和分娩阶段有关。GABA在某种程度上对机体免疫功能产生一定影响。

本试验旨在研究高粱饲粮中添加复合酶制剂和益生菌对良凤花肉鸡屠宰性能、肉品质、表观代谢能和主要营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验选取900只1日龄体重相近的健康良凤花公鸡,随机分为5个组,分别为对照组(基础饲粮)、高粱组、高粱+复合酶组、高粱+益生菌组和高粱+复合酶+益生菌组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。试验全期为68 d。分为前期(1 ~ 28日龄)、后期(29 ~ 56日龄)和代谢试验期(57 ~ 68日龄)3个阶段进行。试验组前期用高粱替代约30%的玉米,复合酶制剂添加量为200 g/t;后期用高粱替代约50%的玉米,复合酶制剂添加量为300 g/t;全期益生菌添加量为100 g/t。结果表明: 1)与对照组相比,高粱+复合酶组和高粱+复合酶+益生菌组粗纤维(CF)表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),各试验组表观代谢能(AME)及其余营养物质表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,高粱+益生菌组和高粱+复合酶+益生菌组半净膛率显著提高(P<0.05),各组其他屠宰性能指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,高粱+复合酶+益生菌组胸肌亮度(L~*)值显著提高(P<0.05),试验组腿肌红度(a~*)值显著降低(P<0.05)。综上,在高粱饲粮中添加复合酶制剂和益生菌可以提高CF的表观消化率,对肉鸡屠宰性能和肉品质均无不良影响。

摘要:
The liver glucose metabolism, supplying sufficient energy for glucose-dependent tissues, is important in suckling or weaned animals, although there are few studies with piglet model. To better understand the development of glucose metabolism in the piglets during suckling period and early weaning period, we determined the hepatic glycogen content, and investigated the relative protein expression of key enzymes of glucogenesis (GNG) and mRNA levels of some glucose metabolism-related genes. During suckling period, the protein level of G6Pase in the liver of suckling piglets progressively declined with day of age compared with that of newborn piglets (at 1 day of age), whereas the PEPCK level stabilized until day 21 of age, indicating that hepatic GNG capacity gradually weakened in suckling piglets. The synthesis of hepatic glycogen, which was consistent with the fluctuation of glycolytic key genes PFKL and PKLR that gradually decreased after birth and was more or less steady during latter suckling period, although both the mRNA levels of GCK and key glucose transporter GLUT2 presented uptrend in suckling piglets. However, early weaning significantly suppressed the hepatic GNG in the weaned piglets, especially at d 3-5 of weaning period, then gradually recovered at d 7 of weaning period. Meanwhile, PFKL, PKLR and GLUT2 showed the similar trend during weaning period. On the contrast, the hepatic glycogen reached the maximum value when the G6Pase and PEPCK protein expression were at the lowest level, although the GCK level maintained increasing through 7 days of weaning period. Altogether, our study provides evidence that hepatic GNG and glycolysis in newborn piglets were more active than other days during suckling period, and early weaning could significantly suppressed glucose metabolism in liver, but this inhibition would progressively recover at day 7 after weaning. © 2016 Elsevier Inc. 机体在维持内环境稳态和适应外环境的过程中,各种生理机能和代谢活动按照一定的时间顺序发生周而复始的节律变化,称为生物节律。肾上腺糖皮质激素作为机体内维持稳态的一种核心内分泌激素,在维持机体内生命活动发生和营养物质代谢的有序性方面扮演着重要角色。自然状态下,外源受控因素(食物和光照等)通过丘脑的视交叉上核和生物钟之间的复杂的同步反馈调控,使肾上腺糖皮质激素的产生、分泌及生物学作用都具有了节律性特征。本文主要就糖皮质激素的合成、分泌及其内在作用机制的节律性变化特点等方面进行综述,以期为机体内生物节律机制的研究及其对动物生产的指导提供参考。

二丁酰环腺苷酸(Dibutyryl Cyclic adenosine monophosphate,dbc AMP)作为一种生长调节剂,极性小,有亲脂性,可通过细胞膜在细胞内发挥作用。它可以通过调控动物体内蛋白和脂类,促进动物生长,改善动物的胴体组成和肉品质,具有良好的应用前景。本文综述了dbcAMP通路、对蛋白和脂类代谢的调控作用,以及对育肥猪胴体的影响。

A 60-days feeding trial was conducted to determine the effect of dietary supplementation of Lonicera macranthoides leaf (LML) on growth performance, meat quality, and free amino acid profiles in growing-finishing pigs. L. macranthoides leaves were harvested, air-dried and milled to powder. A total of 288 crossbred barrows (Large White × Landrace) with an average initial BW of 54.0 ± 3.4 kg were randomly allocated to 3 treatment groups and fed either a basal diet or a diet supplemented with 0.5% or 1.0% LML powder. Results showed that diet supplemented with LML powder did not affect average daily feed intake (ADFI) and feed: gain ratio (P > 0.05) in growing-finishing pigs. Moreover, diet supplemented with LML powder showed no significant effects on carcass traits (P > 0.05) including dressing percentage, backfat thickness and loin muscle area, and meat quality traits (P > 0.05) including meat color, intramuscular fat and cooking loss. However, diet supplemented with LML powder significantly improved free amino acid profiles in serum and longissimus thoracis muscle in growing-finishing pigs. Most importantly, dietary LML powder increased total free amino acids content (P < 0.001) and essential free amino acid content (P < 0.001) in longissimus thoracis muscle. These results indicate that LML has the potential to improve the nutritional value of meat through improving free amino acid profiles. © 2016 Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine

Background: Chitosan oligosaccharide (COS) is widely consumed as a functional food due to its multiple health effects, but few studies about COS supplement on placental antioxidant and nutrition transport capacity were reported. Taken pregnant sow as a model, we aimed to investigate the effects of dietary COS supplementation during late gestation on placental amino acids transport and antioxidant defense capacity of sows. From day (d) 85 of gestation to parturition, sixteen pregnant sows were divided into a control group (basal diet without COS supplementation) and a COS group (30mg COS/kg basal diet). Plasma sample of sow was collected on d 110 of gestation, and placenta tissue was obtained during parturition. Then plasma antioxidant enzyme's activities, the relative level of oxidant stress related genes, amino acids transport related genes and mTOR pathway molecules in placenta were determined. Results: Results showed that maternal dietary supplementation with COS increased (P<0.05) plasma total SOD, caused a downtrend in plasma MDA (0.05<P<0.10) on d 110 of gestation. Interestingly, the mRNA expression of some antioxidant genes in the placenta were increased (P<0.05) and pro-inflammatory cytokines were reduced (P<0.05) by COS supplement, whereas no significant difference was observed in the activities of placental total SOD and CAT between two groups. Additionally, further study demonstrated that COS feeding stimulated mTOR signaling pathway, increased amino acids transporters expression in placenta. Conclusions: These observations suggested that COS supplement in sow's diet during late gestation enhanced antioxidant defense capacity of sows, promoted placental amino acids transport, which may contribute to the health of sows and development of fetus during gestation. © 2016 The Author(s).

The objective of this study was to determine the effects of dietary tryptophan (Trp) to lysine (Lys) ratio on the performance of lactating sows. Thirty primiparous and 195 multiparous lactating sows (Landrace × Yorkshire) were allocated on the basis of parity, body weight, and backfat to 5 dietary treatments according to a randomized complete block design with 5 blocks of farrowing date. The 5 experimental diets contained 0.16%, 0.19%, 0.23%, 0.26%, or 0.29% standardized ileal digestible (SID) Trp and SID Lys level was identical (0.87%) for all diets, with the Trp:Lys ratio being 0.18, 0.22, 0.26, 0.30, and 0.33, respectively. Sows received their assigned lactation diets from day 109 of gestation to weaning. Litter size was standardized to 10-12 piglets within 2 days after farrowing. The average lactation length was 19 days and no creep feed was provided. Changes of sow body weight and backfat during lactation, weaning-to-estrus interval, litter size and weight, litter weight gain, preweaning piglet mortality, and performance of subsequent parity (total born alive, stillborns, and mummies) were recorded. A quadratic pattern of body weight loss (P = 0.046), backfat loss (P = 0.067), and average daily feed intake (P = 0.096) with increasing Trp level was observed for the primiparous sows during lactation, and the losses were minimized with the SID Trp:Lys ratio of 0.25 (0.22% SID Trp) and average feed intake was maximized with the SID Trp:Lys ratio of 0.22 (0.19% SID Trp) according to a segmented regression analysis model. Nevertheless, preweaning piglet mortality of the primiparous sows increased linearly and quadratically (P < 0.001) as Trp level increased. On the contrary, piglet mortality of the multiparous sows decreased linearly (P = 0.031) with increasing dietary Trp and the mortality was noticeably reduced when the SID Trp:Lys ratio reached 0.26 (0.23% SID Trp). Furthermore, stillborn piglet numbers of multiparous sows in the subsequent parity decreased linearly (P = 0.035) with increasing level of Trp. Other parameters were not significantly (P > 0.05) influenced by the dietary treatment. In conclusion, our results indicate that the optimal Trp:Lys ratio for lactating sows is between 0.22 and 0.26. © 2016 Elsevier B.V.

Chitosan oligosaccharide (COS) has a blood glucose lowering effect in diabetic rats and is widely used as a dietary supplement. However, the effect of COS on the offspring of supplemented mothers is unknown. This experiment investigates the effect of supplementing sows during gestation and lactation on the levels of plasma glucose on suckling piglets. From day 85 of gestation to day 14 of lactation, 40 pregnant sows were divided into two treatment groups and fed either a control diet or a control diet containing 30. mg. COS/kg. One 14 day old piglet per pen was selected to collect plasma and tissue (8. pens/diet). Performance, hepatic gluconeogenesis genes and proteins expression, amino acids contents in sow milk, hepatic glycogen and free fatty acid were determined. Results showed that supplementation of the maternal diet with COS improved daily gain and weaning weight (. P<. 0.05), and the concentration of amino acids in sow milk (. P<. 0.05). Meanwhile, maternal supplementation with COS increased (. P<. 0.05) mRNA expression levels and activities of PEPCK-C, PEPCK-M and G6Pase in the liver of piglets compared with piglets from control fed sows. Correspondingly, the level of plasma glucose was higher (. P<. 0.001) and hepatic glycogen was lower (. P<. 0.05) in piglets from COS fed sows when compared with that in the control group. In conclusion, dietary supplementation of the diet with COS during late gestation and lactation reduced piglet hypoglycemia by stimulating hepatic gluconeogenesis and improved the growth rate of suckling piglets. © 2015 Elsevier B.V.

Nutrient composition and pattern of food intake may play a significant role in weight gain. The aim of this study was to document the effects of a daily 3-meal pattern with isocaloric diets containing different dietary protein contents on growth performance and different plasma biochemical indexes including amino acid plasma concentration in castrated male pigs. Then, 21 DLY (DurocxLandracexYorkshire) pigs aged 60 days were assigned randomly into 3 groups: a control group (crude protein, CP 18.1%), a group receiving high then basal and then low CP meals (High-Low group) and a group receiving low then basal and then high CP meal (Low-High group) for 40 days with pigs being feed-restricted. On day 40, after 12 h fasting, blood samples were obtained for analysis. The results showed that the insulin/glucagon ratio was lower in the High-Low group (P<0.05) when compared with the control group. Compared with the control group, the average daily gain of pigs from the High-Low group increased by 14.10% (P = 0.046). Compared with the control group, serum gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) decreased significantly (P<0.05) in both the High-Low and Low-High groups. Plasma concentrations of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA: valine, isoleucine and leucine) increased in the Low-High group (P<0.05) when compared with the control group; and plasma methionine and serine decreased in both the two experimental groups (P<0.05). Compared with the High-Low group, all the BCAA increased significantly (P<0.05) in the Low-High group. These findings suggest that the sequence and quantity of alimentary protein intake affect the insulin/glucagon ratio, as well as amino acid concentrations including BCAA, methionine and serine. It is proposed that meal pattern with pigs receiving high then basal and then low CP meals daily may help to improve the weight gain of pigs.

摘要:
The present review focuses on the physiological functions of glutamate-glutamine exchange involving placental amino acid transport and umbilical amino acid uptake in mammals (particularly in sows), with special emphasis on the associated regulating mechanisms. Glutamate plus glutamine are among the most abundant and the most utilized amino acids in fetus during late gestation. During pregnancy, amino acids, notably as precursors of macromolecules including proteins and nucleotides are involved in fetal development and growth. Amino acid concentrations in fetus are generally higher than in the mother. Among amino acids, the transport and metabolism of glutamate and glutamine during fetal development exhibit characteristics that clearly emphasize the importance of the interaction between the placenta and the fetal liver. Glutamate is quite remarkable among amino acids, which originate from the placenta, and is cleared from fetal plasma. In addition, the flux of glutamate through the placenta from the fetal plasma is highly correlated with the umbilical glutamate delivery rate. Glutamine plays a central role in fetal carbon and nitrogen metabolism and exhibits one of the highest fetal/maternal plasma ratio among all amino acids in human and other mammals. Glutamate is taken up by placenta from the fetal circulation and then converted to glutamine before being released back into the fetal circulation. Works are required on the glutamate-glutamine metabolism during late pregnancy in physiological and pathophysiological situations since such works may help to improve fetal growth and development both in humans and other mammals. Indeed, glutamine supplementation appears to ameliorate fetal growth retardation in sows and reduces preweaning mortality of piglets. © 2014 Springer-Verlag Wien.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of catechins on reproductive performance, antioxidative capacity and immune function of gestating sows. A total of 60 cross-bred (Landrace × Large White) multiparious sows were blocked by body weight, parity and backfact and randomly allocated to 1 of 5 treatments: 0, 100, 200, 300, or 400 mg/kg catechins. Dietary treatments were imposed from mating to d 40 of gestation of sows. At farrowing, litter total born, born alive, dead, and normal-(healthy piglets, ≥0.85 kg) and low-birth weight piglets (<0.85 kg) were recorded. Within 3.00 ± 0.50 days after farrowing litter size was standardized to 8.00 ± 1.50 piglets within treatment. The piglets were weighed at birth (d 1) and weaning (d 28). Sows serum samples were obtained from blood samples collected on d 40 of gestation for analyses of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), malondialdehyde (MDA), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), nitric oxide synthetase (NOS) and nitrogen monoxide (NO). Our results showed that supplementation of catechins at levels of 200 or 300 mg/kg led to improvements in litter born alive (P < 0.01) and piglet born healthy (P < 0.01) and a decrease in stillborn (P < 0.05) at farrowing when compared with the control. In comparison with the control, catechins at any supplemental levels all enhanced the serum SOD (P < 0.05) and CAT (P < 0.01) activities of sows at farrowing but no obvious differences in the serum GSH-Px and NOS activities were observed in this trial (P > 0.05). Sows received 200 mg catechin per kg diets showed a reduction (P < 0.05) of the serum MDA level at farrowing compared with all other treatments. Sows received all the levels of catechin showed a reduction (P < 0.05) of serum H2O2 level compared with sows received the control diet on both d 40 of gestation and farrowing. Our results demonstrated that the catechins may be a potential antioxidant to increase the reproductive performance and antioxidative capacity of sows when it was added into diets during the early gestation. © 2015 Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine

本试验旨在研究妊娠后期母猪饲粮中添加壳寡糖( COS)对新生仔猪抗氧化能力的影响。选择体重、胎次和预产期一致的健康“长×白”妊娠母猪16头,随机分为2个组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头母猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,COS组在基础饲粮中添加30 g/t COS。试验从母猪妊娠85 d开始至产仔结束。结果显示:1)妊娠后期母猪饲粮中添加COS对母猪繁殖性能没有显著的影响(P>0.05),但是在一定程度上可以缩短母猪产程。2)妊娠后期母猪饲粮中添加COS显著提高了母猪血液中总超氧化物歧化酶(TSOD)活性(P<0.05),并有降低血液中丙二醛( MDA)含量的趋势( P>0.05)。3)妊娠后期母猪饲粮中添加COS显著提高了新生仔猪血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( GSH?Px)、过氧化氢酶( CAT)活性( P<0.05),并有降低MDA含量的趋势( P>0.05)。4)妊娠后期母猪饲粮中添加COS显著提高了新生仔猪回肠CAT、空肠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4( GPX4)的相对表达量( P<0.05)。由此可见,妊娠后期母猪饲粮中添加COS缩短了母猪产程,一定程度上能提高母猪及新生仔猪抗氧化能力。
