An eight-week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of soy isoflavone and soy saponin on growth performance, intestinal structure, intestinal immunity and gut microbiota community of rice field eel Monopterus albus (initial weight 20.12 ± 0.15 g). Six isonitrogenous and isolipidic experimental feeds were formulated, including a positive control (55% fish meal, FM), a negative control (28.6% fish meal, 37.2% soybean meal, SBM) and basic diet group (28.6% fish meal, 22.6% soy protein concentrate, SPC), the rest was supplemented with soy isoflavone (40%, 2.5 g / kg, SI), soy saponin (≥98%, 2 g / kg, SS) and their mixed in basic diet (SI + SS). Compared with FM, growth performance, intestinal immune indices (acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, complement 3, complement 4 and immunoglobulin M), intestinal villus height and intestinal muscular thickness and mRNA (occludin-like, claudin 12, tight junction protein ZO-1-like, tight junction protein ZO-2-like, interleukin-10, transforming growth factor beta 1, transforming growth factor beta 2) expression intestine of M. albus fed SBM diet were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). Growth performance of M. albus in SPC group was better than that in SBM. Compared with SPC, dietary soy isoflavone and soy saponin and their mixed (SI, SS, SI + SS) decreased growth of M. albus, serum alkaline phosphatase in SI significantly increased (P < 0.05), and intestinal immunoglobulin M in SS remarkably declined (P < 0.05), intestinal complement 3, complement 4 and immunoglobulin M, amounts of intestinal goblet cells per root, gut shannon were significantly decreased in SI + SS (P < 0.05). Based on the current results, there has the trend that dietary soy isoflavone and soy saponin damaged the intestinal structure and changed gut bacteria community of M. albus, and destroyed the intestinal barrier, eventually induced intestinal inflammatory, soy isoflavone and soy saponin mixed feed has more serious effects than they single supplemented. © 2021 Elsevier B.V.

Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a new class of single-stranded RNAs that form a continuous loop with crucial role in regulation of gene expression. Because their circular conformation conforms numerous properties, circRNAs have been investigated recently to demonstrate their important role in the development and progression of various cancers. However, the function of circRNAs and their regulatory outcomes in cervical cancer (CC) have rarely been explored. In this study, the role and molecular mechanism of hsa_circ_0107593 in cervical cancer are demonstrated. Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to determine the expression of hsa_circ_0107593 and three miRNAs (hsa-miR-20a-5p, 93-5p, and 106b-5p) in paired CC tissues (tumor tissue vs. adjacent normal cervical tissue), CC cell lines, and human normal cervical epithelial immortalized cell line. A series of functional experiments were conducted to assess the function of hsa_circ_0107593 in CC development. The Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve was plotted to estimate the diagnostic value of hsa_circ_0107593 in CC. The dual-luciferase reporter assay was used to explore the interaction between hsa_circ_0107593 and hsa-miR-20a-5p/93-5p/106b-5p. Bioinformatic analysis was conducted to predict the target mRNAs, pathways, and functional enrichment. The results revealed that hsa_circ_0107593 has low expression in CC tissues and CC cell lines. Moreover, negative correlations of hsa_circ_0107593 expression were found against tumor diameter, FIGO stage, and myometrial invasion. Also, hsa_circ_0107593 impedes CC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Based on ROC curve analysis, hsa_circ_0107593 could serve as a diagnostic biomarker. Its low expression may indicate increased patient’s risk to developing cervical cancer. Mechanistically, hsa_circ_0107593 serves as a sponge of hsa-miR-20a-5p, hsa-miR-93-5p, and hsa-miR-106b-5p. Collectively, our study implies that hsa_circ_0107593 has tumor-suppressing activity in CC by physically binding with hsa-miR-20a-5p, hsa-miR-93-5p, and hsa-miR-106b-5p. © Copyright © 2021 Liao, He, Disoma, Hu, Li, Chen, Sheng, Cai, Li, Cheng, Yang, Qin, Han, Wen, Ding and Li.

摘要:
An eight-week feeding trial was conducted using sulfur amino acids to overcome methionine deficient diets on rice field eel Monopterus albus (initial weight 25.12 ± 0.51 g). Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic experimental formulations included 55% fish meal group (FM, a reference), 22% fish meal group (D0), and the rest four diets (22% fish meal) supplemented with 2 g/kg of taurine (DTau), methionine (DMet), cysteamine hydrochloride (DCsh) and cystine (DCys), respectively. Compared with FM, the growth performance of M. albus was markedly declined in D0 (P < 0.05); while the growth performance of M. albus in DMet, DCsh and DCys were remarkably higher than D0 (P < 0.05), and these groups were indifference with FM (P > 0.05). Compared with FM, the highest amount of hepatic vacuoles was observed in D0, while the proportions of vacuoles were lower in DMet, DCsh and DCys groups than that in D0, dietary sulfur amino acids also have improved hepatic transaminase and the ability of amino acid metabolism. Compared with FM, muscular texture, density and diameters of muscle fibres were significantly decreased in D0 (P < 0.05); while muscular texture were significantly increased in DCsh and DCys (P < 0.05). Compared with D0, dietary sulfur amino acids improved diameters of the muscle fibres. Myocyte myogenic regulatory (Mrf4, MyoD2, Myog and Mrf4) and myocyte enhancer factors (MEF2b and MEF2c) mRNA expression in D0 were markedly lower than that in FM (P < 0.05), compared with D0, the expression of Mrf4 and MEF2b in DMet were significantly up regulated (P < 0.05); the expressions of Mrf4, MyoD2 and MEF2b in DCsh were markedly higher than that in D0 (P < 0.05), MyoD2, Myog, MEF2b and MEF2c in DCys also were remarkably higher than that in D0 (P < 0.05). Overall, our study indicated that dietary methionine, taurine, cysteamine hydrochloride and cystine in low fish meal diet could improve amino acids metabolism and muscle growth for M. albus, moreover, cysteamine hydrochloride and cystine overcame methionine deprivation partly. © 2020 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
为促进金针菇菌渣在草鱼配合饲料中的应用。实验以商品饲料为空白对照组(Ⅰ组),在商品饲料中添加15%的金针菇菌渣作为对照组(Ⅱ组),在对照组饲料中分别添加0.05%的纤维素酶(Ⅲ组)、0.05%的甘露寡糖(Ⅳ组)作为实验组,共配制4组等氮等脂实验饲料。以初始体重(20.01±0.05) g的草鱼为研究对象,每组设置三个重复,每个重复40尾草鱼,养殖持续56 d。结果显示:Ⅱ组草鱼增重率(WGR)与Ⅰ组没有显著差异(P>0.05),而Ⅲ组及Ⅳ组增重率显著高于Ⅱ组及Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组草鱼肠道淀粉酶及脂肪酶活性显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),而Ⅲ组及Ⅳ组淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶活性显著高于Ⅱ组及Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组草鱼肠道绒毛高度、杯状细胞数目显著大于Ⅱ组及Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组草鱼肠道杯状细胞数目显著大于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组草鱼血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性及总胆汁酸(TBA)含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),而Ⅳ组谷草转氨酶活性、尿素氮(BUN)及总胆固醇(T-CHO)含量显著低于Ⅱ组及Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组草鱼血清补体3(C3)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量,抗超氧阴离子(ASAFR)活性显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),而Ⅳ组补体3及免疫球蛋白M显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著低于Ⅱ组及Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。综上,15%的金针菇菌渣会影响草鱼肝脏、肠道组织功能,降低抗氧化性能;添加0.05%的纤维素酶可提高草鱼增重率,改善肠道结构与功能;添加0.05%的甘露寡糖可以提高草鱼增重率,增强肠道消化酶活性,提高机体非特异性免疫力。

据2019年渔业年鉴统计,2018年全国黄鳝总养殖量为31.9万吨,产值已超210亿元,养殖量位于前5的省份分别是湖北、江西、安徽、湖南、四川,分别占比46.1%、24.3%、11.8%、9.0%、3.6%,相比2017年,各省份分别减少14.7%、7.4%、7.8%、12.8%、0.4%。疾病的频繁暴发以及往年成鱼价格行情不好、诸多养殖户纷纷退出黄鳝养殖、转养其他品种是导致2018年各省黄鳝总养殖量大幅降低的主要原因。笔者下面将以湖南地区黄鳝网箱养殖放苗前准备工作、放苗注意事项、疾病防治等方面展开讲述。

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>A 10‐week feeding trial aimed to investigate the effects of dietary vitamin C (<jats:sc>l</jats:sc>‐ascorbic acid) on growth, antioxidant activity, and immunity in ricefield eel, <jats:italic>Monopterus albus</jats:italic>. Six diets were formulated with different levels of vitamin C supplementation (0.1, 17.5, 34.8, 68.6, 139.7, and 278.5 mg/kg). The results indicated that the weight gain (WG) of the <jats:italic>M. albus</jats:italic> fed the diets with vitamin C was remarkably higher than that of the <jats:italic>M. albus</jats:italic> fed the control diet (<jats:italic>p</jats:italic> < .05), and the quadratic analysis showed an optimal vitamin C level of 80.66 mg/kg. Compared with the control group, serum lysozyme activities, the complement pathway, red blood cell counts, white blood cell counts, immunoglobulin M, and phagocytosis percentage were significantly increased (<jats:italic>p</jats:italic> < .05) in the treatment groups, and superoxide dismutase activity, serum glucose, and malondialdehyde content were significantly decreased (<jats:italic>p</jats:italic> < .05) in the treatment groups. The challenge trial with <jats:italic>Aeromonas hydrophila</jats:italic> showed that the <jats:italic>M. albus</jats:italic> fed the diets with vitamin C had remarkably reduced cumulative mortality compared with those fed the control diet (<jats:italic>p</jats:italic> < .05), and mortality in the 68.60 mg/kg diet group was the lowest. Based on WG, the optimal vitamin C supplementation level for <jats:italic>M. albus</jats:italic> was estimated to be 80.66 mg/kg.</jats:p>

An 8-week feeding experiment was aimed to investigate the effect of dietary tea polyphenols (TP) on growth, immunity and lipid metabolism in juvenile black carp Mylopharyngodon piceus (initial weight 5.90±0.03g). Tea polyphenols were added at different levels (0, 25, 50, 100 and 500mg/kg; TP0, TP25, TP50, TP100 and TP500). The results are as follows: the highest specific growth rate (SGR) and condition factor (CF) and activity of trypsin (TRS) of intestine in TP50, but SGR and activities of lipase (LPS)and TRS of intestine and content of whole body crude protein in TP500 were remarkably lower than TP0. Compared with TP0, content of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase (GOT) remarkably increased (p<.05), but contents of glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Pox), malondialdehyde (MDA), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly decreased (p<.05), content of cortisol was remarkably lower in TP50 and TP100 (p<.05), expression of growth hormone (GH) and melanocortin 4 receptor (MC4R) in liver and GH in muscle were remarkably up-regulated in TP50, but expression of apolipoprotein A-1 (ApoA1), GH and MC4R of intestine, ApoA1 of liver and MC4R of muscle in TP500 were remarkably down-regulated, contents of complement 3 (C3), complement 4 (C4), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and LDL-C were significantly reduced in TP500 (p<.05). In conclusion, TP could improve growth performance and oxidative capacity on juvenile black carp, and its optimal dosage was 50mg/kg. © 2019 John Wiley & Sons Ltd

This study was conducted to evaluate the dietary use of vegetable oil sources in grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella). Fish were fed diets having the same lipid level from fish oil (FO), palm oil (PO), rapeseed oil (RO), soybean oil (SO) or linseed oil (LO). The results showed that dietary vegetable oils significantly decreased the feed utilization and a significantly lower growth was observed in SO group, while palm oil showed no effect on the growth performance. Dietary vegetable oils suppressed intestinal digestion by inhibiting the activities of digestive enzymes. Vegetable oils significantly elevated the activities of lipase, hepatic lipase and total lipase in liver, and a phenomenon of intense lipid accumulation emerged in liver of PO and SO groups. Furthermore, linseed oil significantly decreased plasma antioxidant capacity, whereas no significant difference was found between RO and FO groups. Dietary vegetable oils caused a significantly lower EPA and DHA in muscle, and further influenced fillet quality through an increase in cohesiveness, gumminess, chewiness and/or springiness, together with a decrease in hardness. Overall, our results indicated that rapeseed oil may be a suitable alternative oil source for grass carp from a point of growth, feed conversion ratio, antioxidative capacity and hepatic histology.

摘要:
A ten-week feeding trial on Monopterus albus (initial weight 24.02 ± 0.02 g) was conducted to evaluate effects of four isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets in which different proportions of fish meal (0, 2.5 %, 5% and 7.5 %) were substituted with Hermetia illucens (HI) larvae meal, corresponding to dietary inclusion levels of 0 (FM), 5.26 % (HI5.26), 10.52 % (HI10.52) and 15.78 % (HI15.78). Compared with FM, weight gain rate and condition factor of M. albus and gumminess and adhesiveness of its muscle tissue were significantly increased in HI5.26 and HI10.52 groups (P < 0.05); whereas feed conversion ratio was markedly decreased in HI5.26 (P < 0.05), and expression of hepatic FASD2 and ME2 was significantly upregulated in HI5.26 (P < 0.05). Compared with FM, cohesiveness of muscle was significantly decreased in HI groups, but hardness of muscle and expression of hepatic FAS were remarkably upregulated in HI groups (P < 0.05); ACC and ME1 mRNA levels were significantly upregulated in HI10.52 (P < 0.05); CPT2 mRNA levels were significantly upregulated in HI5.26 and HI15.78 (P < 0.05); PPARγ, G6PD and HSL mRNA levels were significantly upregulated in HI10.52 and HI15.78 (P < 0.05). Springiness and chewiness of muscle, activity of intestinal lipasewere, serum indexes (glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, catalase, malondialdehyde), several gut bacterial indices (shannon, chao1, ACE, OTUs abundance of proteobacterias) and abundance of hepatic PPARα mRNA in HI15.78 were remarkably lower than those in FM (P < 0.05), while content of crude lipid, gut firmicutes and hepatic Dgat2 mRNA were significantly lower than FM (P < 0.05). Results showed that HI improved growth performance and balance of gut bacteria of M. albus when supplemented at a rate below 15.78 %, but negative effects on lipid metabolism were observed when HI was supplemented at excessive levels. © 2020 The Authors

摘要:
为探讨以穿心莲内酯为主的两种复合免疫增强剂对黄鳝[初重(25.00±0.05) g]生长、免疫及生理生化指标的影响,试验设置F0(基础饲料)、F1(基础饲料+0.05%穿心莲内酯+0.05%三丁酸甘油酯+0.02%胆汁酸+0.04%甘露寡糖)、F2(基础饲料+0.05%穿心莲内酯+0.05%三丁酸甘油酯+0.02%牛磺酸+0.05%黄芪多糖)共3个处理组,每组3个重复,养殖试验持续56 d。结果显示:①与F0组相比,F1、F2组增重率和特定生长率均有显著上升(P<0.05),饵料系数均显著降低(P<0.05),并且F2组肠道淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);②与F0组相比,各复配组血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著升高,丙二醛含量与其相反(P<0.05),并且F1组血清中过氧化氢酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);③各组中血糖和总胆固醇含量无显著差异(P>0.05),与F0组相比,各复配组血清谷丙转氨酶活性和低密度脂蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),F1组高密度脂蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),且各复配组谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性和低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,在此条件下,饲料中添加以穿心莲内酯为主的复合免疫增强剂能够促进黄鳝生长、增强机体免疫力,其中F1组效果更好,F2组次之。

摘要:
This study was aimed to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation of probiotics Bacillus cereus (BC), B. subtilis (BS), Paracoccus marcusii (PM), and Lactobacillus plantarum (LP) on growth, immune response, antioxidant property, and intestine health of juvenile grass carp. Our results showed that dietary probiotics could promote the growth performance, which was significantly increased in BS, PM, and LP groups compared to the fish in Control group. Also, probiotics supplementation significantly enhanced the immunity of fish measured by the content of C3 and C4, and/or AKP activity in serum, and elevated antioxidant property of intestine accompanying by a significantly lower content of malondialdehyde. Compared to Control group, dietary B. cereus and B. subtilis significantly affected intestinal antioxidant system through Nrf2 signaling pathway by up-regulating the expression of catalase, CuZn superoxide dismutase and/or Mn superoxide dismutase, and further improved the intestinal barrier function by up-regulating mRNA levels of ZO-1, ZO-2, ZO-3, and Clauding-12. Besides, B. cereus, P. marcusii, and L. plantarum supplementation could decrease intestinal inflammation by suppressing TLR4 signaling pathway, meanwhile P. marcusii supplementation up-regulated the expression of ZO-2 and ZO-3. Overall, our results indicated that dietary B. cereus, B. subtilis, P. marcusii, and L. plantarum had a positive impact on the growth performance, immunity and antioxidant property of grass carp, and B. cereus, B. subtilis, and P. marcusii exerted benefits on the intestinal health through elevating antioxidant property and decreasing permeability of intestine. © 2020

为研究鱼粉水平和养殖密度对青鱼(Mylopharyngodon plceus)幼鱼生长及免疫的影响,试验采用鱼粉水平(10%、20%)×养殖密度(50、100和200尾/箱)的双因素设计,将青鱼幼鱼(2.50±0.02) g分为L_(50)、L_(100)、L_(200)、H_(50)、H_(100)和H_(200) 6组,每组3个重复,养殖试验在水库网箱(1.5 m×1.5 m×1.5 m)中进行。结果显示:(1)生长性能:实验中期(第8周),青鱼的增重率随养殖密度的增加呈先上升后下降趋势,且H_(200)组的青鱼增重率在养殖中期与L_(200)组相比有提高的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05),在实验后期(第16周)显著低于L_(200)组(P<0.05);L_(200)的存活率低于L_(50)组(P>0.05),养殖密度和鱼粉水平对青鱼存活率与增重率有交互效应(P<0.05)。(2)免疫应激指标:在实验中期,低鱼粉组青鱼的溶菌酶(LSZ)、血糖(GLU)随密度的升高先下降后上升,肠道分泌性免疫球蛋白A (S-IgA)有提高的趋势;H_(200)组的LSZ、补体4 (C4)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、S-IgA和皮质醇(COR)含量均高于L_(200)组,GLU低于L_(200)组(P>0.05)。在实验后期,高低鱼粉组的C4随密度的增加均呈下降后上升的趋势(P>0.05)。H_(200)组的IgM和COR含量均高于L_(200)组,GLU低于L_(200)组(P>0.05)。综上所述,在本实验条件下,实验中期高密度养殖会使青鱼幼鱼生长性能有降低趋势,对机体免疫、抗应激能力产生负面影响,增加鱼粉水平有一定改善作用,实验后期高密度养殖降低了低鱼粉饲料组青鱼的存活率,提高鱼粉水平对高密度组青鱼生长性能和免疫功能无改善作用。

摘要:
An eight weeks feeding trial was conducted to assess the effects of dietary sodium butyrate (NaB) supplementation in diets with graded levels of soybean meal (SBM) on growth performance, antioxidant status, immune response, intestinal digestive enzymes activities and morphology of rice field eel Monopterus albus (initial body weight 14.87 ± 0.11 g). Using the 2 × 4 experimental design, eight isonitrogenous (42% crude protein) and isolipidic (5.5% crude lipid) experimental diets were formulated to contain two SBM levels (18% and 33%, designed as SBM18 and SBM33) and four levels of NaB (0, 250, 500, 1000 mg kg−1 dry diet). The results showed that NaB supplementation significantly increased weight gain (WG), serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and significantly decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) content of fish fed diets with 33% SBM (P <.05). While no significant effects were noticed in SBM18 group (P >.05). At each NaB level, WG of fish fed with 33% soybean meal diet was significantly lower than that of 18% soybean meal except for at 500 mg kg−1 level. Not NaB level but SBM level significantly influenced the feed intake (FI) (P <.05). With the increasing SBM levels, FI significantly decreased at all the NaB supplementation levels (P <.05). At each soybean level, the serum lysozyme (LSZ) activity in fish fed NaB supplement diets was significantly higher compared to the non-supplement diets. Intestinal mucosal morphology was damaged in the SBM33 group without NaB, in contrast to a normal appearance found in fish fed the NaB supplement diets in the SBM33 group. Dietary NaB significantly increased the value of villus height/crypt depth and the intestinal trypsin activity in SBM33 group. At each soybean meal level, lymphocyte number and intestinal creatine kinase (CK) activity significantly increased with the increasing NaB supplementation level. Dietary NaB significantly up-regulated the expression abundance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (pcda), ornithine decarboxylase (odc), sucrase-isomaltase (si), tight junction protein ZO-1 (zo-1) and alkaline phosphatase (alp), the markers of epithelial proliferation and differentiation. These results suggested that dietary inclusion of 33% SBM significantly reduced growth and feed utilization, lowered the non-specific immune response and damaged intestinal epithelial morphology compared to 18% SBM. Adding dietary NaB partially reversed these detrimental effects imposed by the increased SBM inclusion. © 2020 Elsevier B.V.

本试验旨在研究宠物级鸡肉粉替代鱼粉对黄鳝(Monopterus albus)生长性能、肠道消化酶活性及血清生化指标的影响。以宠物级鸡肉粉分别替代基础饲料中0(P-PBM0组,作为对照组)、15%(P-PBM15组)、30%(P-PBM30组)、45%(P-PBM45组)、60%(P-PBM60组)的鱼粉,配制5种等氮等能的试验饲料。选取900尾初始体重为(26.67±0.05) g的黄鳝,随机分为5个组,每组设3个重复,每个重复60尾,养殖试验持续8周。结果显示:随着宠物级鸡肉粉替代鱼粉比例的升高,黄鳝的增重率呈下降趋势,饲料系数呈上升趋势,P-PBM45、P-PBM60组的增重率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),同时P-PBM60组的饲料系数较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。各替代组黄鳝的体成分均与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,各替代组黄鳝肠道脂肪酶活性均显著降低(P<0.05)。当替代比例超过45%时,血清中高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、尿素氮、补体3、补体4含量以及谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性均较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。 P-PBM60组血清中白蛋白和甘油三酯含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此得出,本试验条件下,宠物级鸡肉粉替代鱼粉比例不超过45%时,对黄鳝的生长性能以及生理功能无负面影响。

本试验旨在研究金针菇菌渣对草鱼生长性能、肠道组织结构及血清生化、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选择初始体重(20.02±0.03) g的草鱼480尾,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾。对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组分别饲喂金针菇菌渣添加水平为5%(Ⅰ组)、10%(Ⅱ组)和15%(Ⅲ组)的等氮等脂试验饲料。试验期56 d。结果表明:1) Ⅰ组草鱼增重率显著高于对照组和Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);各组间草鱼的饲料系数、存活率、肥满度、肝体比和肠体比无显著差异(P>0.05)。2) Ⅰ组肠道淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组肠道胰蛋白酶活性显著高于对照组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。3) Ⅰ组肠道绒毛高度、杯状细胞数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肠道肌层厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,Ⅰ组血清谷草转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅰ组血清补体4含量显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清补体3、免疫球蛋白M含量和碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清过氧化氢酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅲ组血清抗超氧阴离子活性显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅲ组血清丙二醛含量显著升高(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲料金针菇菌渣添加水平为5%时可提高草鱼生长性能,改善肠道组织结构,提高肠道消化酶活性。综合草鱼生长性能、肠道组织结构及血清生化、免疫和抗氧化指标,饲料金针菇菌渣添加水平以不高于10%为宜。

近年来,随着规模化和集约化养殖的迅速发展 ,鱼粉资源短缺和价格不断上涨 ,饲料成本急剧上升.植物蛋白源价格适宜、来源广泛,是鱼粉的理想替代品.但植物蛋白源含有大量的抗营养因子 ,适口性差、营养不均衡[1 ] .而滥用抗生素带来了药物残留、病原菌耐药性增加和食品安全等一系列问题[2-3 ] .目前欧盟多个国家均禁止使用饲用抗生素[4 ] ,中国对饲用抗生素的管理与应用也越来越严格.寻找缓解动物健康问题的抗生素替代品刻不容缓.

Intestinal microbiota plays crucial roles in host health. Unlike oxidized fish oil, taurine supplementation shows positive effects on intestinal health, whereas their impacts on intestinal microbiota remain unclear. Therefore, our goal of the present study was to understand the homeostasis mechanism and function of intestinal microbiota in rice field eel (Monopterus albus) fed with 5 experimental diets including basal diet (Control group), diets containing 100 (POV100 group) and 600 (POV600 group) meq/kg oxidized fish oil, and 600 meq/kg diet with supplementation of 0.1% (Ta1 group) and 0.2% (Ta2 group) taurine, respectively. Our results suggested that Clostridia, Fusobacteriia, and Gammaproteobacteria were three predominant microflora in the gut of eels. However, oxidized fish oil diet decreased the number of species and species richness together with a reduction in intestinal microbial diversity, and reduced the relative abundance of Clostridia caused by a significant increase in Fusobacteriia (classified as Cetobacterium). Nevertheless, 600 meq/kg oxidized fish oil diet with supplementation of taurine could reinstate the number of species and species richness, and the microbial diversity become higher compared to Control group. Oxidized fish oil induced microbial dysbiosis through the restriction of ecological network by declining the average connectivity and the total number of generalists, whereas taurine supplementation could reduce the negative impacts of oxidized fish oil and maintain the stability of intestinal microbiota. Furthermore, the increasing level of oxidized fish oil intensified the difference in microbial function from that in Control group, whereas 0.2% taurine supplementation restored its function to a similar level as that in Control group. These results suggested that the oxidized fish oil diet could disturb the stability of microbial community and cause microbial dysfunctions, whereas taurine supplementation helped the intestinal microbiota homeostasis and restored its function. © 2019 Elsevier B.V.

Effects of High Dietary Levels of Cottonseed Meal and Rapeseed Meal on Growth Performance, Muscle Texture, and Expression of Muscle-Related Genes in Grass Carp

A 10-week feeding experiment was conducted to estimate the effects of rapeseed meal (RSM) and cottonseed meal (CSM) as a replacement for equal proportions of fish meal and soybean meal for Grass Carp Ctenopharyngodon idella. Two isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated; a basic commercial formula was fed to the control (CT) group, while the RSM and CSM diet was fed to the experimental (ET) group. The results showed that the survival rates were 98% (CT group) and 99% (ET group), which were not significantly different. Compared with the CT group, the weight gain rate of Grass Carp in the ET group was significantly decreased; hardness, gumminess, and chewiness of muscle in the ET group showed significant increases; and adhesiveness of muscle was significantly increased. The expression levels of the myosin heavy chain (MyHC*) and myogenic regulatory factor 5 (Myf5*) genes in the muscle of the ET group were significantly increased compared with those in the CT group. Moreover, the expression level of the troponin gene in the ET group muscle was significantly increased compared with that in CT fish. This study indicated that a high proportion of CSM (27%) and RSM (27%) in feed had negative effects on the growth performance and muscle texture of Grass Carp.
