基于农业生产效率视角下的农业生产性服务业发展研究——以湖南省为例

摘要:
本文分析了我国生产性服务业的发展现状和问题,运用DEA方法对全国12个粮食大省和湖南省的农业生产效率进行对比研究。研究结果表明:湖南省综合技术效率位于全国平均水平,但是其纯技术效率变化呈现上升趋势,表明湖南省农业技术水平正在快速进步的同时湖南省需提高纯技术生产效率。

摘要:
"义工旅行"作为一种新兴的旅游方式受到许多国内外青少年的青睐。但目前义工旅行的相关研究尚不多见,尤其是义工旅行参与意愿影响因素的实证研究。本文基于TAM(技术接受模型),以在校大学生作为研究对象,结合义工旅行特质,提出了义工旅行参与意愿的四个影响因素:旅行经验、感知有用性、感知易用性、感知风险,并对相关假设进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:旅行经验、感知有用性、感知易用性等三个因素与义工旅行参与意愿正相关,而感知风险与义工旅行参与意愿负相关。

摘要:
我国生猪市场主体目前参与期货市场的最主要方式是参考期货市场价格信息,直接或间接参与期货市场的人数比例极低,对期货市场的认识和利用程度也不够充分。基于生猪市场主体参与生猪期货意愿视角,结合认知程度和交易规模,应用聚类方法对湖南生猪市场主体进行细分,数据主要来源于对湖南省生猪产业链的实地调研。研究结果表明,生猪市场主体可细分为如下群体:“价值客户”,“样板客户”,“重点客户”,“一般客户”等四类。最后,针对各客户细分群体提出相应的营销建议。

长沙消费者安全猪肉支付意愿的影响因素研究

摘要:
基于长沙市消费者调查数据,分析了消费者对猪肉质量安全的认知情况、对质量安全猪肉的支付意愿,并采用计量分析方法对消费者购买优质安全猪肉及其影响因素进行了分析.在对相关文献进行回顾并结合近几年的新闻事件的基础上,以安全猪肉这一安全食品为例,确定了影响消费者安全食品支付意愿的6大因素(不包含个人信息因素):主观知识、客观知识、食品标签使用频率、购买频率、公共机构信任度以及信念.基于信度分析及回归分析和对消费者支付意愿的影响因素进行了实证研究,结果表明:标签的使用频率和消费者信念对于消费者的支付意愿有显著影响,而其他4项因素均对其无显著相关性.

This paper studies the game of QQ Farm and analyzes the influence of netizens' participation in SNS websites virtual games on the loyalty to the websites by adopting empirical study method. The author suggests four methods for SNS websites to cultivate the loyalty of netizens, which conclude providing the netizens with higher perceptive value of game experience, lowering gam ecost,strengthening game environment maintenance and improving self-credibility. ©2012 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

An increasing number of people are processing transactions online and the numbers are likely to increase rapidly in the near future. It is important to analyze the relationship between customer values of social network service and Customer Loyalty. The purpose of this paper is to answer the following questions. First, what are key components of customer value in social network service? Second, what influences the relationship between customer value and Customer Loyalty? Data collected from 160 respondents who participate in social network service were used to test a research model. Several managerial implications were derived from the analysis and further studies were suggested.

越来越多的消费者认可并接受网上支付,影响消费者网上支付的因素也非常多。本文在对相关文献进行回顾的基础上,结合中国电子商务市场的实际情况,提出了确定影响消费者网上支付采用的七个因素:安全性、便捷性、支付平台声誉、政府政策、节约程度、消费者网上支付认知程度、消费者风险偏好。并基于信度分析、效度分析及回归分析和对消费者使用网上支付平台的影响因素进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:安全性、支付平台声誉、政府作用、节约程度、消费者风险偏好对于消费者采用网上支付系统具有明显的正相关性,而其他两项因素均与消费者采用行为无显著的相关性。

Survival in a knowledge-besed economy is derived from the ability to convert informtion to knowledge. To do so, researchers and managers are increasingly relying on the field of data mining. Data mining identifies and confirms relationships between explanatory and criterion variables. Data mining are increasingly popular because of the substantial contributions they can make in converting information to knowledge. Marketing is among the mesa frequent applications of the techniques, and whether you think about product development, advertising, distribution and retailing, or marketing research and business intelligence, data mining increasingly are being applied. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of data mining, summarize how it impact on knowledge creation in marketing, and suggest future developments in marketing and data mining for both organizations and researchers.

Marketing of agricultural produce is a complex task involving various stack-holders, products and business scenarios. In a developing country like china, this activity is influenced by local, socio-economic and cultural characteristics. While other complex but well-defined business processes are experiencing benefits of services driven e-business;"marketing of agricultural produce? has remained untouched by this revolution. Unavailability of proper underlying IT infrastructure will continue to inhibit the implementation and penetration of such technological advancements amongst the users. In absence of such capability, the informal transactions provide meager benefits to a farmer who looses a better price in other potential market, or a wholesaler, who might have got the desired quality product at a lower cost directly from the farm. There is a need to develop affordable and reliable solution that links all the actors involved in the system and provide an environment for a competitive business. This research paper demonstrates Web Services based business process management system, developed to aid marketing of agricultural produce. With the help of the Web Services based business process management system, a trader can execute a complete trading business process. This paper also demonstrates a complete business process that is initiated by a farmer with a mobile PDA involving trade of an agricultural produce in the market place.
