三江平原沼泽湿地格局变化及影响因素分析

摘要:
为揭示湿地变化剧烈区湿地格局变化过程及规律,利用GIS和RS技术,结合地学信息图谱与空间自相关方法,对1954-2010年三江平原沼泽湿地格局变化及其影响因素进行研究。结果表明: 1954-2010年三江平原沼泽湿地面积逐渐减少,88.7%的沼泽湿地丧失,湿地斑块数量呈先增加后减少的趋势;三江平原沼泽湿地的空间聚集性逐渐降低,且空间格局由集中连片分布转变为零星散布;降雨量减少、气温升高及径流量减少,是造成沼泽湿地减少的主要原因之一,地形地貌影响到沼泽湿地的丧失程度,以海拔20 ~ 80 m的沼泽湿地面积丧失最多。三江平原沼泽湿地的丧失同时受农业开发、居民点分布、湿地保护区建设影响,距居民点越近,沼泽湿地面积丧失呈指数增加,距保护区越近,沼泽湿地面积丧失越多。

Bio-energy production from lignocelluloses biomass has gained a lot of interest in recent years. Miscanthus sp. are high lignocelluloses biomass yielding with relatively high carbohydrate content cultivable on different soils and under climatic conditions. However, the lignocellulosic nature means that cellulose and hemicellulose are cover by lignin network that might limit hydrolysis. In this study, physical pretreatments (size reduction), physiochemical (steam expulsion) and chemical pre-treatments (mild acid and alkaline) were investigated in a view to improve the anaerobic biodegradability of Miscanthus lutarioriparius for biogas production. Prior to the pretreatment and methane potential test, the compositional analyses of M. lutarioriparius was performed in order unveil the carbohydrate (cellulose and hemicelluloses), protein and lignin contents. From these analyses, the maximum theoretical methane potential was estimated. All pretreatments led to solubilisation of organic matter as was evidenced by increase dissolve COD and ammonium nitrogen. There was a positive correlation between dissolved COD and methane yields meanwhile a negative correlation was observed for reducing sugar and methane yields. The achieved methane yields ranged from 121 to 238 ml CH4/g VS. Steam explosion, 0.3 M NaOH treatment and 0.5 mm size reduction led to the highest increases in methane yields, which was in the order of 57% with regard to the untreated samples. These improvements resulted in 71% of theoretical methane yield of M. lutarioriparius. Alkaline pretreatment in particular also improve the rate of methane production as was evidenced by the fact that as high 15% of the final methane yield that was achieve on the first day as compared to only 3% for the untreated sample. Indeed, the time to reach 90% of the ultimate methane yield was reduced by 13 days following 0.3 M NaOH treatment. M. lutarioriparius may therefore represent an interesting candidate as a lignocellulosic feedstock for biogas production after suitable pretreatment. © 2015 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

摘要:
Heavy metals can accumulate in the bodies of spiders and affect their physiological and ecological traits and/or show toxicological effects. Spiders are thus considered to be potential bioindicators of heavy metal pollution for ecosystem monitoring, due to their superior resistance to and regulation of heavy metals. The metal loads in spider bodies show considerable variation within and among species, metal types, geochemical sites, exposure pathways, spider physiological traits, and other factors. Moreover, the mechanism of physiological regulation and tolerance in spiders to different kinds of heavy metals also varies significantly; it has been shown that those two differences are synergistic effects. Since the ecotoxicology and differences in physiological mechanisms remain unclear, questions and recommendations for possible further research are suggested. © 2016, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

Four rice genotypes, two hybrid and two indica, were selected to investigate the effects of silicate (Si) application on arsenic (As) accumulation and speciation in rice and As fractionation in soil. There were significant differences in root, straw and grain biomass among genotypes (p < 0.05), and Si application significantly increased root (p < 0.05) and grain biomass (p < 0.001). Silicate addition reduced the proportion of As associated with well-crystallized hydrous oxides of Fe and Al and residual phases, whilst increasing the proportions of specifically-sorbed As and As associated with amorphous and poorly crystalline Fe and AI hydrous oxides. Furthermore, the results indicated that the fraction proportions of non-specifically sorbed, specifically-sorbed, and associated with amorphous and poorly-crystalline hydrous oxides of Fe and Al in rhizosphere soils, were greater than non-rhizosphere soils. Silicate application had a significant effect decreasing total As concentrations in root (p < 0.005), straw (p < 0.05) and husk (p < 0.001) of rice plants. The effect of Si on reducing As accumulation in rice leaves was revealed by SXRF. Indica genotypes transported and accumulated less As than hybrid genotypes. Both percentage and concentration of iAs were lower in indica genotype XFY-9 than in hybrid genotype XWX-12. Silicate reduced iAs and DMA by 21% and 58% in grain (polished) respectively. DMA may have a greater translocation capacity from straw to grain (polished) than inorganic As. The study provides the potential for understanding As uptake mechanisms in rice and mitigating the health risks posed by As contamination in paddy fields. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

摘要:
5-Demethylnobiletin is a unique flavonoid found in citrus fruits with potential chemopreventive effects against human cancers. We previously identified three metabolites of 5DN, namely 5,4′-didemethylnobiletin (M1), 5,3′,4′- tridemethylnobiletin (M2), and 5,3′-didemethylnobiletin (M3) in mice fed 5DN. Herein, we investigated the inhibitory effects of these three metabolites on NSCLC cells. Our results demonstrated that M1, M2, and especially M3 showed stronger inhibition on the growth and colony formation of H460 and H1299 cells compared to 5DN. Three metabolites significantly inhibited the tumorsphere formation of A549 cells. Flow cytometry analysis showed that all metabolites induced cell cycle arrest and cellular apoptosis, and these effects were also stronger than that of 5DN. The inhibitory effects of these metabolites were associated with their ability to modulate the key signaling proteins related to cell proliferation and apoptosis. Overall, our results provided a basis for utilizing 5DN and its metabolites for chemoprevention of lung cancer. ©2016 American Chemical Society.

To improve the thermal stability, Al2O3 has been successfully coated on a Y3Al5O12:Ce3+ (YAG:Ce) phosphor powder host by using the Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) approach in a fluidized bed reactor. Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analysis indicate that coating an Al2O3 thin layer by ALD is highly feasible. The luminescence properties (such as excitation and emission as well as quantum efficiency and UV-absorption of the coated YAG:Ce phosphor) were systematically analysed, with the further examination of the thermal resistance characteristics. The Al2O3 thin layer coating with precisely controlled thickness by ALD can obviously improve the luminescence intensity and greatly enhances the thermal stability of the YAG:Ce phosphor. It is suggested that the alumina coating with tailoring thickness seems not only to act like a barrier to decrease the thermal quenching, but also as a great help to promote the light absorption and transfer.

Hemicelluloses are the second major polysaccharides in nature and can be converted to ethanol product by a variety of enzymes including mannanases. Mannanase is an important enzyme that hydrolyses mannose-containing polysaccharides which are abundant in plants. An optimized mannanase could help to improve conversion process and make the technology efficiently and competitively. In this work, the effects of loops adjacent to active region on enzymic properties of Man1312 were investigated. Loop 6 and 10 are two loops neighboring to Man1312 catalytic region, and deletion mutagenesis and residue substitution were performed on both loops. Deletion on sites S145, Q148, N244, and S255 and substitution on sites N146, S147, S156, and T157 gave significant increased stability to enzyme. The quadruplet mutant ManD4I4 combined all the mutations and had higher optimal temperature and Tm value by 5 and 4°C than Man1312, respectively. From our data, we are able to conclude the loops of enzymes are important to design mutagenesis and obtain improved properties, especially the loops neighboring to catalytic region from tertiary structure. In our experiment, residue deletion and substitution on loops neighboring to catalytic region made significant improvement on enzyme properties. © 2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York.

【目的】探讨衡阳紫色土丘陵坡地不同植被恢复阶段土壤微生物群落多样性的变化特征,明确土壤微生物群落多样性对植被恢复的响应规律,探明研究区域退化生态系统恢复机制,为构建该区域生态系统恢复技术体系提供理论依据。【方法】采用空间序列代替时间序列方法,在研究区域内选择立地基本相似的裸荒地、草本群落、灌木群落与乔木群落4种典型的植被类型表示恢复的4个阶段,运用Biolog-ECO微平板技术,对4个阶段的土壤微生物群落多样性进行研究。【结果】植被恢复后土壤微生物群落代谢活性显著升高(P < 0.05);相同土层不同恢复阶段代表土壤微生物活性和功能多样性的平均颜色变化率率大小顺序为乔木群落>灌木群落>草本群落>祼荒地,相同恢复阶段不同土层的平均颜色变化率大小顺序为0 ~ 10 cm土层> 10 ~ 25 cm土层> 25 ~ 40 cm土层; 4个恢复阶段土壤微生物群落的Shannon-Wiener物种丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener均匀度指数、Simpson优势度指数和McIntosh指数以乔木群落最高(P < 0.05),草本群落和灌木群落其次(P > 0.05),草本群落最低(P < 0.05);各恢复阶段对不同C,N源利用强度的大小顺序为乔木群落>灌木群落>草本群落>裸荒地(P < 0.05),不同土层对各C,N源利用强度的大小顺序为0 ~ 10 cm土层> 10 ~ 25 cm土层> 25 ~ 40 cm土层(P < 0.05);主成分分析表明,从31种C,N源类型提取的与C,N源利用相关的主成分1和主成分2分别能解释变量方差的37.24%和15.89%,在主成分分离中起主要贡献作用的C,N源为糖类、氨基酸类以及代谢中间产物和次生代谢物;相关分析表明,土壤含水量、土壤总有机碳、全氮、全磷和速效磷对土壤微生物群落多样性具有重要影响。【结论】植被恢复可使土壤微生物代谢功能增强,土壤微生物繁殖快、数量大,从而促进土壤微生物对土壤C,N源的利用强度。

摘要:
Pelletization has been widely used for mass and energy densification of biomass. As the demand for pellets increases, the conventional raw materials will be insufficient. In this study, the feasibility of sludge mixed with biomass pellets as a solid fuel was researched. Sludge mixed pellets and pure biomass pellets were investigated to evaluate the energy consumption and pellet properties, including proximate analysis, moisture adsorption, pellet density, Meyer hardness, volume expansion, higher heating value and combustion characteristics. The results showed that sludge mixed pellets had reduced energy input, increased hardness, decreased moisture absorption rate and improved combustion characteristics compared with pure biomass pellets. However, the increased ash content of sludge mixed pellets should be noted. These results indicate that there is a balance between an improvement in fuel quality and an increase in ash content. The sludge mixed pellets could be a suitable solid fuel. © 2016 Elsevier Ltd

Conventional cardiac physiology experiments investigate in vitro beat frequency using cells isolated from adult or neonatal rat hearts. Recently, there is an increased interest in measuring the mechanical properties of cardiomyocytes including their contraction force and viscoelasticity. In this study, we used a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) to study the viscoelasticity of populations of H9C2 cardiomyoblasts under different stimuli. First, we observed the effects of osmotic pressure and found that H9C2 cardiomyoblasts became stiffer under hypertonic conditions and softer under hypotonic conditions. Then we compared the effects of two inotropic cardiovascular drugs, and found that the positive inotropic drug, isoprenaline (ISO), made H9C2 cells stiffer and the negative inotropic drug, verapamil (VRP), made cells softer. For the dosage ranges tested for ISO (12.5-125 nM) and VRP (12.5-250 nM), we also observed that the higher the ISO concentration, the stiffer were the cells; and the higher the VRP concentration, the softer were the cells. Although H9C2 cardiomyoblasts do not have the beating function, our results showed that they still have the ability to contract and expand. Moreover, they are homogeneous and immortal, making them a potentially suitable cell model for the study of contraction and relaxation characteristics of cardiomyocytes, and for pre-assessment and toxicity testing of cardiovascular drugs where high-throughput and repetitions are required. In addition, we demonstrated that the QCM is a potentially useful tool for assessing the contractility of populations of cardiomyocytes. © 2016 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
Streptomyces sp. Strain CdTB01, which is tolerant to high concentrations of heavy metals, particularly cadmium, was isolated from soil contaminated with heavy metals. Two contigs with total genome size of 10.19 Mb were identified in the whole genome sequencing and assembly, and numerous homologous genes known to be involved in heavy metal resistance were found in the genome. FMRFamide (Phe-Met-Arg-Phe-NH2)- Activated sodium channel (FaNaC) is an amiloride-sensitive sodium channel activated by endogenous tetrapeptide in invertebrates, and belongs to the epithelial sodium channel/degenerin (ENaC/DEG) superfamily. The ENaC/DEG superfamily differs markedly in its means of activation, such as spontaneously opening or gating by mechanical stimuli or tissue acidosis. Recently, it has been observed that a number of ENaC/DEG channels can be activated by small molecules or peptides, indicating that the ligand-gating may be an important feature of this superfamily. The peptide ligand control of the channel gating might be an ancient ligand-gating feature in this superfamily. Therefore, studying the peptide recognition of FaNaC channels would advance our understanding of the ligand-gating properties of this superfamily of ion channels. Here we demonstrate that Tyr-131, Asn-134, Asp-154, and Ile- 160, located in the putative upper finger domain of Helix aspersa FaNaC (HaFaNaC) channels, are key residues for peptide recognition of this ion channel. Two HaFaNaC specificinsertion motifs among the ENaC/DEG superfamily, residing at the putative α4-α5 linker of the upper thumb domain and the α6-α7 linker of the upper knuckle domain, are also essential for the peptide recognition of HaFaNaC channels. Chemical modifications and double mutant cycle analysis further indicated that those two specific inserts and key residues in the upper finger domain together participate in peptide recognition of HaFaNaC channels. This ligand recognition site is distinct from that of acid-sensing ion channels (ASICs) by a longer distance between the recognition site and the channel gate, carrying useful information about the ligand gating and the evolution of the trimeric ENaC/DEG superfamily of ion channels. ©2016 by The American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Inc.

摘要:
The addition of exogenous inorganic carbon (CaCO<inf>3</inf>) and organic carbon has an important influence on soil organic carbon (SOC) mineralization in karst soil, but the microbial mechanisms underlying the SOC priming effect are poorly understood. We conducted a 100-day incubation experiment involving four treatments of the calcareous soil in southwestern China's karst region: control,<sup>14</sup>C-labeled rice straw addition,<sup>14</sup>C-labeled CaCO<inf>3</inf>addition, and a combination of<sup>14</sup>C-labeled rice straw and CaCO<inf>3</inf>. Changes in soil microbial communities were characterized using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis with polymerase chain reaction (PCR-DGGE) and real-time quantitative PCR (q-PCR). Both<sup>14</sup>C-rice straw and Ca<sup>14</sup>CO<inf>3</inf>addition stimulated SOC mineralization, suggesting that organic and inorganic C affected SOC stability. Addition of straw alone had no significant effect on bacterial diversity;however, when the straw was added in combination with calcium carbonate, it had an inhibitory effect on bacterial and fungal diversity. At the beginning of the experimental period, exogenous additives increased bacterial abundance, although at the end of the 100-day incubation bacterial community abundance had gradually declined. Incubation time, exogenous input, and their interaction significantly affected SOC mineralization (in terms of priming and the cumulative amount of mineralization), microbial biomass carbon (MBC), and microbial community abundance and diversity. Moreover, the key factors influencing SOC mineralization were MBC, bacterial diversity, and soil pH. Overall, these findings support the view that inorganic C is involved in soil C turnover with the participation of soil microbial communities, promoting soil C cycling in the karst region. ©2016 Elsevier B.V.

采用水稻盆栽实验研究不同含量外源Zn对模拟Cd中度污染和重度污染土壤中水稻低累积品种湘晚籼12和高累积品种威优46水稻各部位累积Cd的影响. 结果表明,在Cd 中度污染水平,外源Zn分别增大2种水稻各部位Cd含量,湘晚籼12和威优46糙米Cd含量分别增加125.0%~275.0%和6.6%~91.2%,但各处理糙米Cd含量不高于0.2 mg·kg~(-1); 在Cd 重度污染水平,外源Zn有降低水稻各部位中Cd含量的作用,湘晚籼12和威优46糙米Cd含量相应降低了16.6%~63.5%和15.6%~74.4%,且威优46糙米Cd含量随外源Zn施用含量的增大而逐渐降低,使得糙米中Cd含量低于0.2 mg·kg~(-1). 水稻糙米累积Cd含量与土壤中Cd、 Zn交换态含量的相关关系,因Cd污染程度和水稻品种的不同而不同. 在Cd中度污染水平,湘晚籼12水稻糙米Cd含量与土壤中交换态Zn含量正线性相关,而威优46水稻糙米Cd含量与土壤中交换态Cd和Zn含量正线性相关; 在Cd 重度污染水平,威优46水稻糙米Cd含量与土壤中交换态Cd和Zn含量为负线性相关. 在不造成土壤Zn污染的前提下,可向Cd重度污染土壤施用一定量的Zn肥,以降低糙米Cd含量,提高糙米品质.

摘要:
Oil seed, which is a secondary product in phytoremediation, contaminated with heavy metals should be disposed of in an appropriate fashion. In this study, heavy metal concentrations found in oilseed rape and peanut oils were below 0.1 mg kg-1 after extractions, being found most of the heavy metals in meals rather in oils. Extraction experiments were carried out to determine the optimum methodology for the removal of Pb and Cd from seed meals using K3C6H5O7, K2C4H4O6 and (NH4)2EDTA. The highest extraction of the Pb and Cd in the seed meals was achieved using 30 mM extractant solutions at 30 °C for 24 h and a three-step extraction procedure. K3C6H5O7 and K2C4H4O6 had less impact on the removal of nutrients than (NH4)2EDTA. © 2015 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

Miscanthus is characterized by high biomass production potential and low input requirements and therefore considered a leading candidate for second-generation energy crops. Because China has limited agricultural land resources, development of its miscanthus-based bioenergy industry must rely on the use of marginal land. This study focuses on the assessment of the production potential of miscanthus on China's marginal land, which in this context is defined as land presently not used for agricultural production, residential purposes and other social uses. Geographic Information System (GIS) techniques and model simulation are adopted to identify the productive marginal areas for miscanthus and to estimate their biomass and bioenergy production potential. The results show that although a large marginal area of 17,163.54×104 ha is available for producing miscanthus, due to the limitation of low winter temperatures and low precipitation levels in some areas, the total suitable marginal area is only 769.37×104 ha. The Monteith radiation yield model was used to determine the potential miscanthus yield in Chinese climatic conditions. The simulation gave actual harvestable yield levels on arable land of 18.1-44.2 t ha-1 yr-1. Taking the environmental stresses of marginal conditions into account then gave an achievable miscanthus yield potential on marginal land of 2.1-32.4 t ha-1 yr-1 (average for the different marginal lands). Based on these achievable yield levels, the total biomass production potential on the entire marginal area is 13,521.7×104 t yr-1; the bio-electricity generation and total greenhouse gas saving potential from these biomasses are 183.9 TW h yr-1 and 21,242.4×104 t CO2 eq. yr-1, respectively. The spatial distribution of the suitable marginal areas shows that they are mainly concentrated in the central part of Northeast China and the Loess Plateau. Both regions are recommended as priority development zones for the Chinese miscanthus-based bioenergy industry. © 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

The voltammograms of lead and tin are strongly overlapped due to their similar properties in electroanalysis, making it difficult for the individual quantification of each analyte. A square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV) method for the simultaneous determination of the two metals at the bismuth film electrode (BiFE) was proposed. The experimental conditions were investigated and optimized. The linear dynamic ranges and limits of detection (LODs) were determined to be 4-150 μg L-1 and 1.13 μg L-1 for lead, and 4-110 μg L-1 and 0.74 μg L-1 for tin. Radial basis function artificial neural network (RBF-ANN) was introduced to solve the resolution problem, and its performance was compared with the conventional chemometric methods including principal component regression (PCR), partial least squares (PLS) and least-squares support vector machines (LS-SVM). By analyzing a set of synthetic mixtures of the two metals with the proposed methods, the lowest root-mean-square error of calibration (RMSEC) and root-mean-square error of prediction (RMSEP) were achieved with RBF-ANN and the method was applied to real tap water samples spiked with known amounts of lead and tin with satisfactory recoveries of 105% and 102%, respectively. Therefore, it is concluded that SWASV coupled with RBF-ANN is an effective alternative for the simultaneous determination of lead and tin. © 2016 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

通过水稻盆栽种植试验,研究了两种组配改良剂LST(石灰石+海泡石+二氧化钛)和LSF(石灰石+海泡石+硫酸铁)在不同添加量(0、1、2、4、8、16g·kg~(-1))下对水稻土壤Pb、Cd和As的生物有效性以及水稻吸收累积Pb、Cd和As的影响.结果表明:①与对照相比,组配改良剂LST和LSF均使土壤pH值上升,且与对照之间均存在显著差异(P<0.05);两种组配改良剂相比,LST比LSF使土壤pH值上升得更多.②施用1~16g·kg~(-1)的LST和LSF使土壤中Pb、Cd和As的交换态含量分别降低16.8%~88.3%、22.4%~73.7%、2.25%~43.8%和20.2%~86.9%、20.7%~51.2%、18.0%~55.1%,均与对照之间存在显著差异.LST和LSF均能显著降低水稻植株对Pb、Cd和As的吸收.当LST和LSF施加量为16g·kg~(-1)时,糙米中Pb、Cd和As的含量最高分别降低了50.7%、64.7%、34.1%和40.7%、40.7%、36.2%.③水稻各部位对Pb和As 的转运能力为谷壳>茎叶>根系,对Cd的转运能力为谷壳>根系>茎叶,水稻中谷壳向糙米转运Pb、Cd和As的能力为Cd>As>Pb.④施加LST和LSF后,水稻糙米中Pb、Cd和As含量与土壤Pb、Cd和As交换态含量之间存在极显著的正相关关系,与土壤pH值之间存在显著的负相关关系.

Significant progress has been made in understanding the roles of crucial residues/motifs in the channel function of P2X receptors during the pre-structure era. The recent structural determination of P2X receptors allows us to reevaluate the role of those residues/motifs. Residues Arg-309 and Asp-85 (rat P2X4 numbering) are highly conserved throughout the P2X family and were involved in loss-of-function polymorphism in human P2X receptors. Previous studies proposed that they participated in direct ATP binding. However, the crystal structure of P2X demonstrated that those two residues form an intersubunit salt bridge located far away from the ATP-binding site. Therefore, it is necessary to reevaluate the role of this salt bridge in P2X receptors. Here, we suggest the crucial role of this structural element both in protein stability and in channel gating rather than direct ATP interaction and channel assembly. Combining mutagenesis, charge swap, and disulfide cross-linking, we revealed the stringent requirement of this salt bridge in normal P2X4 channel function. This salt bridge may contribute to stabilizing the bending conformation of the β2,3-sheet that is structurally coupled with this salt bridge and the α2-helix. Strongly kinked β2,3 is essential for domain-domain interactions between head domain, dorsal fin domain, right flipper domain, and loop β7,8 in P2X4 receptors. Disulfide cross-linking with directions opposing or along the bending angle of the β2,3-sheet toward the α2-helix led to loss-of-function and gainof- function of P2X4 receptors, respectively. Further insertion of amino acids with bulky side chains into the linker between the β2,3-sheet or the conformational change of the α2-helix, interfering with the kinked conformation of β2,3, led to loss-of-function of P2X4 receptors. All these findings provided new insights in understanding the contribution of the salt bridge between Asp-85 and Arg-309 and its structurally coupled β2,3-sheet to the function of P2X receptors. ©2016 by The American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Inc.

Jute, kenaf, and ramie are important fiber crops in the textile industry, but their core stalks have not been well used. In this study, three fiber crops were examined with enhanced hexoses yields (% cellulose) up to 4.8-, 3.6-, and 1.9-fold from enzymatic hydrolysis of the steam-exploded stalks. Sequential dilute acid/alkali pretreatments achieved the increased hexoses yields up to 7.6-, 4.8-, and 2.8-fold. Without steam explosion, the three crops could increase hexoses yields under extremely high concentrations of NaOH (12% to 16%). While kenaf and ramie mainly showed hemicelluloses removal with steam explosion, jute exhibited an effective co-extraction of hemicelluloses and lignin, which greatly reduced its cellulose DP, hemicellulosic Xyl/Ara, and G-monomer. These findings explain why jute had the highest hexoses yield among the three crops and also suggest that G-monomer and Xyl may interact in a way that mainly determines wall polymers co-extraction with steam explosion. © 2016.
