摘要:
By using pyridinium tribromide as the bromo source, an efficient and practical protocol for the synthesis of C3-brominated imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines through ultrasound-promoted and Na<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>-mediated regioselective bromination of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines has been developed. This method effectively avoids the use of metal catalysts and harsh reaction conditions, and shows attractive characteristics such as operational simplicity, broad substrate scope with good to excellent yields, ease of scale-up and high energy efficiency.

A porous graphene (PG) bionanocomposite of PG, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and anti-indole-3-acetic acid (anti-IAA) antibody for sensitive and label-free amperometric immunoassay of IAA was reported. A PG film was produced by a pre-reduction/electrochemical reduction process on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and then a homogeneous AuNPs layer electrodeposition on the PG film. The anti-IAA antibody was immobilized onto the AuNPs through electrostatic adsorption and covalent conjugation. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), cyclic voltammetry (CV), elecro-chemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV-vis) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were used to characterize the PG film and the stepwise modification of the immunosensor. The electrochemical immunosensor exhibited a wide linear range from 2 × 10 -11 to 2 × 10 -8 g mL -1 with a detection limit of 0.016 ng mL -1 (S/N = 3) and showed significant linearity R 2 = 0.9970. In addition, the proposed immunosensor showed acceptable selectivity and has been applied to the determination of IAA in the extract samples of several plant seeds with acceptable relative derivation (%) ranging from -5.25% to 4.24% between the immunosensor and high performance liquid chromatography. The proposed chemical pre-reduction and electro-reduction guided protocol can be extended to the preparation of many other functionalized PG nanocomposite films for wide applications. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
A simple, practical and metal-free method has been developed for the synthesis of sulfonamides and β-arylsulfonyl enamines via the selective cleavage of C-N and C-H bonds through the iodine-catalyzed oxidation of arenesulfonyl chlorides and sodium sulfinates with tert-amines. The method uses commercially available inexpensive catalysts and oxidants, and has a wide substrate scope and operational simplicity. © The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
A novel, sustainable, environmentally friendly, high substrate scope, efficient, solvent-free and metal catalyst-free method for the cross-dehydrogenative coupling (CDC) reaction between N-hydroxyphthalimide (NHPI) and benzyl/ether compounds is described. This coupling reaction proceeds through ultrasound acceleration. Compared to conventional heating conditions, the use of ultrasound techniques not only improves the reaction efficiency and enhances the reaction rate but also minimizes the side reactions.

以柠檬酸钠为碳源,三聚氰胺为氮掺杂剂,在水热条件下得到无色溶液,经过过滤、离心、旋蒸、透析等系列纯化后即得发蓝色荧光的碳量子点,并对其性能进行了表征。透射电镜表明制备的碳量子点尺寸在5 nm左右,紫外光谱表明碳量子点有两个吸收峰,荧光光谱表明所制备的碳量子点在436 nm处具有独立于激发波长的发射峰,且具有较好的抗盐性和抗碱性。此外考察了碳量子点对不同p H值酸性溶液的敏感性,结果表明该碳量子点对于制备酸性p H传感器具有较好的应用潜力。

摘要:
提取紫甘薯中红色素初品作为碳源,在水热条件下制备,经过柱层析、旋蒸、过滤等方法纯化后即得发蓝色荧光 的碳量子点,并对其性能进行了表征.透射电镜表明碳量子点尺寸在10 nm左右,紫外光谱表明碳量子点在277 nm处有-个较大 的吸收峰,荧光光谱表明所制备的碳量子点在440 nm处具有独立于激发波长的发射峰,且具有稳定的荧光特性.此外考察了碳量 子点对金属离子的响应性能,结果表明该碳量子点在选择性检测Fe3+方面具有潜在的应用价值.

摘要:
The development of a three-dimensionally flexible, large-surface area, high-conductivity electrode is important to improve the low conductivity and utilization of active materials and restrict the shuttle of long-chain polysulfides in Li−polysulfide batteries. Herein, we constructed an integrated three-dimensional carbon nanotube forest/carbon cloth electrode with heteroatom doping and high electrical conductivity. The as-constructed electrode provides strong trapping on the polysulfide species and fast charge transfer. Therefore, the Li−polysulfide batteries with as-constructed electrodes achieved high specific capacities of ∼1200 and ∼800 mA h g−1 at 0.1 and 1 C, respectively. After 300 cycles at 0.5 C, a specific capacity of 623 mA h g−1 was retained. © 2016 American Chemical Society

以吡咯(Pyrrole)为印迹分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、4-乙烯基吡啶(4-Vp)、丙烯酰胺(AM)三种物质分别作为功能单体,运用密度泛函理论的M062X泛函,在6-31+G(d,p)基组下,模拟吡咯印迹分子与甲基丙烯酸、4-乙烯基吡啶、丙烯酰胺三种功能单体分子印迹聚合物自组装体系的构型,找到功能单体与模板分子结合所形成的复合物最优构型,并计算其结合能,并通过RDG函数的等值面分析来展现功能单体和吡咯分子弱相互作用类型。模拟计算结果表明,三种单体与MIP均是通过氢键的形式相互作用,而丙烯酰胺与吡咯之间相互作用最强,对MIP的识别能力最强,最适合作为制备吡咯分子印迹聚合物。

摘要:
首次使用原位水解的方法成功制备了聚丙烯/二氧化硅(PP/SiO2)纳滤膜,在PP膜表面形成了一层致密的SiO2纳米聚合层,同时在膜的截面形成了由SiO2连接而成的提供离子传输的通道;该膜制备成本低,制备工艺简单环保,相较于Nafion115膜具有非常优异的防水迁移性能和较好的离子选择透过性,具有较好的充放电循环性能,在50 m A/cm2电流密度下,充放电循环40圈后,库伦效率及能量效率分别保持在94.5%和75.4%。

摘要:
通过单因素与正交实验研究了微波辅助乙醇溶剂法提取黄龙胆根黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件,优化了大孔树脂对所得黄酮类化合物进行纯化的工艺。得出提取最佳工艺条件为:微波功率300 W,微波时间8 min,乙醇浓度35%,料液比1∶20。在此条件下,得率为32.19%,粗提物总黄酮含量为1.97%。通过静态实验,选出最佳纯化树脂为AB-8大孔树脂;通过动态实验,得出吸附分离黄龙胆根黄酮类化合物工艺参数为:上样液流速2.00 m L/min,洗脱剂流速2.00 m L/min。经纯化后总黄酮含量为20.17%。

植物激素是植物自身合成的微量小分子有机物,作为信号分子,在极低浓度就能对植物生长发育产生显著调控作用.植物激素的超微量及原位测定技术是该研究领域的重要研究课题.在众多的检测手段中,电化学方法因其高灵敏和可动态监测等特点而备受青睐.本文综述了近年来植物激素电化学传感技术的最新研究进展,内容涵盖植物激素电化学生物传感、植物激素直接电化学传感、植物激素光电化学传感、植物激素分子印迹电化学传感等研究领域,并对植物激素电化学传感技术的发展趋势进行了展望.

摘要:
探索并优化了橙皮多糖的提取工艺条件,检测纯化后橙皮多糖的组成,理化性质及抗氧化性;方法:采用用单因素及正交实验设计探索并优化超声波辅助提取橙皮多糖的工艺条件,粗多糖经氯仿:正丁醇(5:1, V:V)去蛋白、浓缩、乙醇沉淀后冷冻干燥,利用离子色谱技术分析纯化后橙皮多糖的组成,采用常规理化检测方法及体外抗氧化实验检测了纯化后橙皮多糖的理化性质及抗氧化性能力。结果表明离子色谱法测得橙皮多糖由3种单糖组成,分别为鼠李糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖醛酸;理化性质实验结果显示,橙皮多糖溶于水,微溶于体积分数为95%乙醇,不溶于乙醚、丙酮,灰分含量为0.1191%,蛋白质含量为0.15 mg/g抗氧化能力低于抗坏血酸(Vc)和2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT),橙皮粗多糖抗氧化能力优于精制橙皮多糖。

摘要:
Fe3O4-embedded graphene oxide was developed as a magnetic adsorbent for removal of methylene blue from aqueous solution. Fe3O4 nanoparticles were embedded on the surface of the as-prepared graphene oxide via a co-precipitation procedure with cheap and environmentally friendly iron salts. The weight percentage of graphene oxide was estimated by calcination to be about 18.5 %. In the aqueous solution of methylene blue at 20 A degrees C, the adsorption data agreed well with the Langmuir adsorption model with a maximum adsorption capacity of 246 mg/g and a Langmuir adsorption equilibrium constant of 8.926 mL/mg. The adsorption amount increased with the increase of the solution pH (3-11), decreased with the increase of KCl concentration until it was up to 60 mM. The adsorbed methylene blue could be desorbed by using the methanol solution of acetic acid. In addition, both the adsorption and desorption rate were very quick that the equilibrium was achieved within 5 min due to the absence of the internal diffusion resistance. Fe3O4-embedded graphene oxide with large adsorption capacity and easy separation could be regarded as a potential adsorbent for removal of cationic dye in wastewater treatment process.

摘要:
探索了聚酰胺法分离、纯化罗望子壳黄酮的工艺条件。通过静态实验和动态实验,确定最佳树脂及最佳工艺条件。结果表明:聚酰胺为罗望子壳黄酮的最佳吸附树脂。最佳工艺条件为:吸附温度20℃,吸附时间3 h;解吸液为80%乙醇溶液,解吸温度30℃,解吸时间4 h;上样树脂质量30 g,洗脱液体积2 BV,洗脱次数3次。纯化前后罗望子壳黄酮提取物中黄酮含量从12.93%提高到31.00%。

摘要:
首先用有机酸水溶液法从罗望子种子中提取罗望子果胶,然后以正交优化的方法对其相关工艺进行了优化,最后对罗望子果胶的抗氧化能力进行了研究。研究表明:最佳提取工艺如下:料液比1:35, pH=4.6,煮沸20 min,沉降4 h;通过实验证明:在此条件下,果胶提取率可达到52.8%。通过最佳工艺所得产品指标优于国家果胶产品标准;最后通过对罗望子果胶清除DPPH&#183;自由基能力和总抗氧化能力的测定,得到了其具有一定的抗氧化性的结论。
