摘要:
黄芪多糖(Astragalus polysaccharide,APS)是天然中草药黄芪发挥效应的主要成分.APS分子结构复杂,单糖组成和糖链连接因分子量不同均存在差异性,生物学功能呈现多样性,具有增强畜禽免疫调节,改善机体抗氧化水平,抵抗炎症等作用.本文综述了APS的理化性质及吸收、生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用,以期为APS在畜禽生产中更好地应用提供理论依据.

摘要:
饲料是家禽所需能量和蛋白质的物质基础,饲粮中碳水化合物、蛋白质和脂肪在体内经生物氧化供能,而家禽所需的蛋白质实际上是饲料中的各种氨基酸。准确测定家禽饲料原料有效能和可利用氨基酸是确定家禽营养需要量及优化饲粮配方的关键。在家禽营养研究中,科学合理的评定体系及方法对准确测定饲料原料有效能和可利用氨基酸至关重要。然而,家禽饲料原料营养价值评定受诸多因素影响,如动物因素、评定体系及方法、饲料及原料因素、饲料加工工艺和饲料添加剂等。为此,本文就家禽饲料原料有效能和氨基酸消化率评定体系及影响因素进行综述,且就近3年来本课题组开展的有关肉仔鸡饲料原料营养价值评价工作进行了介绍。

摘要:
The study compared the effects of selected proteins replacing fish meal in low-protein diets on piglets' growth performance, intestinal digestive physiology, and nitrogen digestion and metabolism. Five reduced CP, amino acid (AA)-supplemented diets containing 4% of either S50, HP300, concentrated degossypolized cottonseed protein (CDCP), P50, or fish meal were assigned to six pens with 11 pigs for a 28-day study period. Compared with fish meal, dietary proteins did not affect growth performance, apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) of nutrients, serum hormone levels and biochemical parameters, apparent ileal digestibility (AID) of CP and most AA, colonic short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) contents, duodenal and ileal morphology, digestive enzyme activity, and pH in small intestine of piglets. However, HP300, CDCP, and P50 decreased (p < 0.05) fecal N excretion per weight gain. AID of Ile in S50 and HP300 and Glu in P50 were improved (p < 0.05), and AID of Gly in other proteins was reduced (p < 0.05). S50 and P50 lowered (p < 0.05) the contents of colonic isobutyric and isovaleric. S50 and HP300 reduced (p < 0.05) jejunal villus height. CDCP increased (p < 0.05) the pepsin activity in stomach. S50, HP300, and CDCP decreased (p < 0.05) pH in the proximal colon. Overall, the selected proteins could completely replace fish meal in low-protein diet without impairing piglets' growth via maintaining intestinal digestive physiology, and nitrogen digestion and metabolism.

Protein fermentation has an adverse effect on colonic health; high-quality proteins and reducing the protein level (protein restriction) can effectively decrease the amount of proteins flowing into the colon for microbial protein fermentation. The study is aimed at determining the effects of different protein sources on colonic microbial composition and barrier function in nursery pigs with a low protein diet. A total of 264 weaned pigs were randomly divided into 4 dietary groups and each group had 6 pens with 11 pigs. Four low protein, amino acid (AA)-supplemented diets containing either 4% Palbio 50 RD (P50), Soyppt-50% (S50), concentrated degossypolized cottonseed protein (CDCP), or fish meal (FM) were prepared, and all the diets had similar digestible energy (DE), crude protein content (CP, about 18%), and equal amount of standardized ileal digestible (SID) lysine, methionine, tryptophan, and threonine. After 28 days of feeding trial, CDCP decreased the Desulfovibrio abundance but increased the Parabacteroides abundance. S50 elevated the Bacteroides and CF231 abundance. P50 and FM reduced the Clostridium and Ruminococcus abundance. CDCP upregulated the Occludin mRNA expression and tended to increase the amount of mixed neutral-acidic mucins in the colon. FM and CDCP declined the serum DAO and endotoxin contents. S50 and CDCP decreased the levels of serum IL-1α, and P50 lowered the serum IL-8 content. We concluded that plant protein (CDCP and S50) had advantages over animal protein (P50 and FM) in maintaining the colonic health via the regulation of colonic microbiota and barrier function. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

Dietary protein sources have the potential to affect the colon microbiome of piglets that will subsequently have a large impact on metabolic capabilities and hindgut health. This study explored the effects of different protein sources on the growth performance, diarrhea rate, apparent ileal digestibility (AID) of crude protein (CP), colonic mucin chemotypes, colonic microbiome, and microbial metabolites of piglets. Twenty-four piglets were randomly divided into four groups that received isoenergetic and isonitrogenous diets containing either Palbio 50 RD (P50), Soyppt-50% (S50), concentrated degossypolized cottonseed protein (CDCP), or fish meal (FM) as the sole protein source. The experimental diets did not affect the estimated daily gain (EDG), but P50 increased fecal score compared with S50 and CDCP. CDCP increased, but P50 reduced AID of CP in comparison to FM and S50. S50 and CDCP increased the amount of mixed neutral-acidic mucins relative to P50. Venn analysis identified unique OTUs in the P50 (13), CDCP (74), FM (39), and S50 (31) groups. The protein sources did not change the colonic bacterial richness or diversity. High Escherichia abundance in the P50 and FM, great abundant of Lactobacillus in the CDCP, and high Gemmiger abundance in the S50 were found. The CDCP tended to elevate valeric acid and branched chain fatty acid (BCFA) concentrations compared with the other diets. The P50 and FM groups had greater ammonia nitrogen and methylamine contents than the S50 and CDCP groups. There was a positive correlation between the Escherichia and ammonia nitrogen, the Lactobacillus and short chain fatty acid (SCFA), and a negative correlation between the Gemmige and BCFA. These findings suggested short-term feeding of different protein sources did not affect the piglets' growth, but P50 increased the diarrhea rate. Potential pathogenic bacteria and detrimental metabolites appeared in the colons of piglets fed P50 and FM, whereas, beneficial effects were conferred upon piglets fed CDCP and S50, thus indicating that available plant proteins (cotton seed, soy) added to the diets of piglets enhanced colon health by reducing protein fermentation. © Copyright © 2019 Li, Chang, Hou, Song, Fan, He and Hou.

摘要:
Dongan black chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus, DBC) is one of the famous native breed of Hunan province in China. The complete mitochondrial genome sequence plays an important role in the accurate determination of phylogenetic relationships among metazoans. It is the first time that the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of the DBC was reported. The total length of the mtDNA is 16,785 bp, It contains the typical structure, including 22 transfer RNA genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, 13 protein-coding genes and 1 non-coding control region (D-loop region). The overall composition of the mtDNA was estimated to be 30.27% for A, 23.78% for T, 32.46% for C, and 13.49% for G. Phylogenetic analyses using N-J computational algorithms showed that the analyzed 21 Galliformes species are divided into four major clades: Phasianidae, Numidiidae, Odontophoridae, and Megapodiidae. In addition, our work confirmed that DBC and Taoyuan chicken (TYC) have a close genetic relationship with fellow tribal members Xuefeng black-boned chicken (XBC) and Huang Lang chicken (HLC). Meanwhile, we also found that DBC and TYC have highly similar genetic relationship. This work will provide an important data set for the study of genetic mechanism of chicken in Hunan province. © 2018, © 2018 The Author(s). 摘要:
本试验旨在研究植物多酚对黄羽肉鸡抗氧化性能、肠道形态及肉品质的影响.选取1日龄雄性黄羽肉鸡288只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只.各组分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组) 、基础饲粮+ 100 g /t抗敌素(抗生素组) 、基础饲粮+ 500 mg /kg植物多酚( BP500组)和基础饲粮+1 000 mg /kg植物多酚( BP1000组) .试验期56 d.结果表明: 1) 21日龄时, BP500组和BP1000组肉鸡血清中过氧化氢酶( CAT)活性显著高于抗生素组( P<0.05) ; 56日龄时,BP1000组肉鸡血清中CAT活性显著高于其他3组( P<0.05) .2) 21日龄时,BP500组和 BP1000组肉鸡回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度( V /C)显著低于抗生素组( P<0.05) ; 56日龄时,BP500组肉鸡回肠V /C显著高于对照组和抗生素组( P<0.05) .3) 56日龄时,BP1000组胸肌肉色红度( a* )值显著高于其他3组( P<0.05) ,BP500组和BP1000组胸肌失水率显著低于其他2组( P<0.05) ,BP500组和BP1000组胸肌24 h滴水损失显著低于其他2组( P<0.05) ,BP1000组胸肌48 h滴水损失显著低于对照组和抗生素组( P < 0. 05) .由此可见,饲粮添加500和1 000 mg /kg的植物多酚均能改善黄羽肉鸡肠道形态,提高机体的抗氧化能力,并改善鸡肉品质.植物多酚的推荐添加量为1 000 mg /kg.

摘要:
本试验旨在研究将饲料桑粉添加至饲粮中经发酵后饲喂宁乡花猪,对其生长性能、肉品质和血清生化指标的影响。选取平均体重为30 kg左右的宁乡花猪90头,随机分为5个组,每组3个重复(栏) ,每个重复6头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组分别饲喂添加9%、12%、15%饲料桑粉的全发酵料和添加9%饲料桑粉的未发酵料。试验分为2个阶段,中猪阶段(1 ~ 50 d)和大猪阶段(51 ~ 75 d) 。结果表明: 1) Ⅰ组宁乡花猪1 ~ 50 d的料重比显著低于对照组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05) 。2)与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组宁乡花猪的平均背膘厚显著降低(P<0.05) 。3)与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组宁乡花猪的血清总胆固醇含量显著降低(P < 0.05) ; Ⅰ组宁乡花猪第50天的血清总蛋白含量显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05) 。由此可知,饲料桑粉经发酵后饲喂效果更佳,可降低宁乡花猪的平均背膘厚,改善肉品质,降低血清总胆固醇含量;添加9%饲料桑粉的全发酵料可降低料重比,改善宁乡花猪的生长性能。

摘要:
氨基酸消化率是评定饲料蛋白质生物学效价的重要指标。对内源氨基酸损失进行准确测定可获得精准的氨基酸消化率,不仅可以节约日粮蛋白资源,降低饲料成本,还可减少因氮排放造成的环境污染。目前,内源氨基酸损失测定的方法主要包括无氮日粮法、绝食法、差量法、酶解蛋白日粮法、回归法、高精氨酸法和同位素法等。内源氨基酸损失又与动物、饲养环境、日粮组成(日粮蛋白、纤维、抗营养因子)及测定方法等有关。本文综述了内源氨基酸损失的测定方法及影响因素。

摘要:
试验旨在比较低聚异麦芽糖(IMO,isomaltooligosaccharide)和棉籽低聚糖(RFO,raffinose)对乳酸杆菌增殖及产酸效果的影响.试验采用单因素试验设计,分为对照组(CON组,不含葡萄糖的MRS液体培养基)、IMO组(MRS中添加2.0% IMO)和RFO组(MRS中添加2.0% RFO),每组三个重复.分别于接种乳酸杆菌后0、8、16、24、32 h和40 h,测定各处理培养基的OD值和pH值,并建立各组乳酸杆菌的生长曲线图和发酵液pH值曲线图.结果表明:与对照组相比,IMO和RFO均能显著促进乳酸杆菌的增殖(P<0.05),其作用效果与低聚糖的种类和时间有关.本试验中,IMO与RFO对乳酸杆菌的增殖效果存在较大差别,且受时间影响较大,在24 h之前,IMO组乳酸杆菌增殖和产酸效果均优于RFO组(P<0.05);而在24 h之后,RFO组乳酸杆菌增殖和产酸效果均优于IMO组(P<0.05).

Rational: Salmonella Enteritidis (S. Enteritidis) is a globally significant zoonotic foodborne pathogen which has led to large numbers of deaths in humans and caused economic losses in animal husbandry. S. Enteritidis invades host cells and survives within the cells, causing resistance to antibiotic treatment. Effective methods of elimination and eradication of intracellular S. Enteritidis are still very limited. Here we evaluated whether a new intracellular antibacterial strategy using iron oxide nanozymes (IONzymes) exerted highly antibacterial efficacy via its intrinsic peroxidase-like activity in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The antibacterial activities of IONzymes against planktonic S. Enteritidis, intracellular S. Enteritidis in Leghorn Male Hepatoma-derived cells (LMH), and liver from specific pathogen free (SPF) chicks were investigated by spread-plate colony count method and cell viability assay. Changes in levels of microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 (LC3), a widely used marker for autophagosomes, were analyzed by immunoblotting, immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) production was also assessed in vitro. High-throughput RNA sequencing was used to investigate the effects of IONzymes on liver transcriptome of S. Enteritidis-infected chicks. Results: We demonstrated that IONzymes had high biocompatibility with cultured LMH cells and chickens, which significantly inhibited intracellular S. Enteritidis survival in vitro and in vivo. In addition, co-localization of IONzymes with S. Enteritidis were observed in autophagic vacuoles of LMH cells and liver of chickens infected by S. Enteritidis, indicating that IONzymes mediated antibacterial reaction of S. Enteritidis with autophagic pathway. We found ROS level was significantly increased in infected LMH cells treated with IONzymes, which might enhance the autophagic elimination of intracellular S. Enteritidis. Moreover, orally administered IONzymes decreased S. Enteritidis organ invasion of the liver and prevented pathological lesions in a chicken-infection model. Non-target transcriptomic profiling also discovered IONzymes could change hepatic oxidation-reduction and autophagy related gene expressions in the S. Enteritidis infected chickens. Conclusion: These data suggest that IONzymes can increase ROS levels to promote the antibacterial effects of acid autophagic vacuoles, and thus suppress the establishment and survival of invading intracellular S. Enteritidis. As a result, IONzymes may be a novel alternative to current antibiotics for the control of intractable S. Enteritidis infections. © Ivyspring International Publisher. 摘要:
本试验旨在研究高粱型饲粮中添加复合酶和益生菌对良凤花肉鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化指标及肠道结构的影响。试验选取1日龄体重相近的健康良凤花肉鸡公鸡900只,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂高粱型饲粮(高粱组)、高粱型饲粮+复合酶(高粱+复合酶组)、高粱型饲粮+益生菌(高粱+益生菌组)和高粱型饲粮+复合酶+益生菌(高粱型+复合酶+益生菌组)。试验期56 d,分为试验前期(1~ 28日龄)和试验后期(29~ 56日龄)。试验结束后测定试验鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化指标和肠道形态。结果表明:1)试验前期,各试验组肉鸡平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验后期和试验全期(1~ 56日龄),除高粱+复合酶组外,其余各试验组肉鸡ADFI和平均日增重(ADG)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,第28天高粱组肉鸡血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著降低(P < 0.05),其余各组之间无显著差异(P > 0.05);第56天各组之间肉鸡血清抗氧化指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)第28天,除高粱组外,其他各试验组肉鸡十二指肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);第56天,各试验组肉鸡十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度及V/C值与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,在饲粮中用高粱替代玉米,显著降低了良凤花肉鸡的生长性能,而在高粱型饲粮中添加复合酶能获得与对照组相当的生长性能,在高粱型饲粮中添加复合酶和益生菌对良凤花肉鸡的肠道形态结构和血清抗氧化指标均无不良影响。

植物提取物是指经过一定工艺由植物中提取而来的天然活性成分的总称,主要分为植物多酚、天然色素、生物碱、植物多糖等4类.除生物碱外,其余三类植物提取物表现出对自由基的源头抑制与直接清除两种作用,并可提高机体抗氧化酶系的活性,因而在机体抗氧化方面具有突出作用.文章介绍了常见植物提取物及其抗氧化机理方面的研究,旨在为植物提取物在畜禽生产中的研究与应用提供参考.

摘要:
将发酵桑叶添加至育肥猪的饲粮中,研究发酵桑饲料对猪生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响。选择体质量(48.50±5.00)kg的宁乡土杂猪72头,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂含10%、13%、16%发酵桑饲料的试验饲粮,试验期75 d。结果显示:饲粮中添加发酵桑饲料对宁乡土杂猪平均日增体质量、平均日采食量和料肉比无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,3个试验组板油率显著降低(P <0.05);随着发酵桑饲料添加量增加,前腿比率极显著提高(P<0.01),后腿比率极显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,3个试验组肌肉剪切力显著降低(P<0.05),失水率极显著降低(P<0.01)。试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组饱和脂肪酸含量显著降低,多不饱和脂肪酸含量显著升高(P<0.05);3个试验组与对照组间不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸含量的比值差异达到了极显著水平(P<0.01)。研究表明:在饲粮中添加10%~16%发酵桑饲料,不影响宁乡土杂猪生长性能,可改善屠宰性能,有效保持猪肉鲜嫩多汁,优化脂肪酸结构;综合考虑,发酵桑饲料在宁乡土杂猪饲粮中的最适添加量为13%。

妊娠不同阶段母猪背膘厚度对产仔性能的影响

试验旨在研究妊娠不同阶段母猪背膘厚度对产仔性能的影响。对正常妊娠的经产长大二元杂种母猪551头进行背膘测定,对不同妊娠阶段的母猪以不同标准按背膘厚度进行分组。结果表明:1)妊娠前期母猪体况显著影响产总仔数与产活仔数(P〈0.05),此阶段背膘厚为17~19 mm的母猪产总仔数与活仔数最高,显著高于14~16 mm背膘厚的母猪(P〈0.05),但与背膘厚〈14 mm和大于19 mm的母猪相比差异不显著(P〉0.05)。2)妊娠中期母猪体况显著影响产活仔数与健仔数(P〈0.05),此阶段背膘厚为15~19 mm的母猪产活仔数与健仔数显著高于背膘厚〈15 mm的母猪(P〈0.05),较背膘厚〉19 mm的母猪产活仔数与健仔数有提高趋势,但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。3)妊娠后期母猪体况显著影响产活仔数与健仔数(P〈0.05),背膘厚为17~21 mm的母猪产活仔数与健仔数显著高于背膘厚〈17 mm的母猪(P〈0.05),但与背膘厚〉21 mm的母猪相比差异不显著(P〉0.05)。4)分娩时母猪体况显著影响产总仔数与健仔数(P〈0.05),背膘厚〈17 mm组与背膘厚17~21 mm组母猪产总仔数显著高于背膘厚〉21 mm的母猪(P〈0.05),背膘厚17~21 mm组母猪产健仔数较背膘厚〉21 mm组高1.06头,且差异显著(P〈0.05)。综上所述,母猪在妊娠不同阶段的体况对产仔性能的影响不完全一致,在不同阶段按不同标准对母猪体况进行评判以调节饲喂水平有利于母猪繁殖性能的发挥。

低聚果糖对乳酸杆菌增殖及产酸效果的研究

本试验以乳酸杆菌为研究对象,旨在考察低聚果糖(FOS)对乳酸杆菌增殖和培养基pH的影响。试验按照单因子设计随机分为基础组和试验组,其中基础组为不添加葡萄糖的MRS培养基,试验组则是在MRS培养基中分别添加1.0%和2.0%的FOS,构成2个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复1个培养基。分别测定0h、8h、16h、24h、36h和40h时各处理培养基的OD值和pH,建立各培养基中乳酸杆菌的生长曲线和发酵产酸效果曲线。结果表明:(1)不同添加量的FOS对乳酸杆菌增殖及产酸均有促进作用,与对照组相比差异显著(P〈0.05);(2)发酵到8h后,添加了FOS的发酵液的生长曲线呈现了上升趋势,且在16~24h时间段内增长最快,之后趋于平缓甚至下降;(3)pH在8~24h之间呈下降趋势,尤其在16~24h之间下降速度最快,与乳酸杆菌的增长速度呈正相关。得出结论 :FOS对乳酸杆菌增殖及产酸有一定的促进作用,2%的效果优于1%,且培养时间越长,两者差距越明显。
