摘要:
The radical–radical coupling reaction is an important synthetic strategy. In this study, the iron-catalyzed radical–radical cross-coupling reaction based on the decarboxylation of keto acids and decarbonylation of aliphatic aldehydes to obtain valuable aryl ketones is reported for the first time. Remarkably, when tertiary aldehydes were used as carbonyl sources, ketone esters were selectively obtained instead of ketones. The gram-scale preparation of aryl ketone through this strategy was easily achieved by using only 3 mol % of the iron catalyst. As a proof-of-concept, the bioactive molecule flurprimidol was synthesized in two steps by using this strategy. © 2020 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim

摘要:
A Bronsted acid-promoted sulfuration/annulation reaction for the one-pot synthesis of bis-substituted thiazoles from benzylamines, acetophenones, and sulfur powder has been developed. One C-N bond and multi C-S bonds were selectively formed in one pot. The choice of the Bronsted acid was the key to the high efficiency of this transformation under metal-free conditions.

为增强学生对土壤美学的了解和提供相关的教学素材、教具,发挥土壤资源的美育功能,文章详细介绍了一种艺术土球教具的制作方法、步骤和注意事项;从美学构成因素上,分析了艺术土球的美学价值,包括简约的曲线美、立体的形象美和自然颜色的多样美。在学前、初等、高等和成人教育中,艺术土球不仅可用作教具演示,它的制作过程还有助于理解土壤科学原理,开发想象力、创造力和培养专注力、动手能力,提高艺术素养,缓解精神压力,是发展素质教育的一种手段。最后,展望艺术土球研发和在教育教学上的应用前景。

An enzyme-free resonance light scattering (RLS) method is described for the determination of microRNA-122. A guanine nanowire (G-wire) is used that consists of a predesigned DNA1 and a G-quadruplex sequence DNA2. These hybridize with microRNA-122 and partially hybridize with DNA2. After formation of stable double strands with DNA1, DNA2 is released. On addition of K+ and Mg2+ ions, the G-quadruplex sequences undergo self-assembly to form long filamentous G-wires. This increases the intensity of RLS. A 6.1 pM detection limit was obtained, and the linear response covers the 50 pM to 300nM microRNA concentration range. The method was successfully applied to the quantitation of microRNA-122 in hepatocellular carcinoma cell lysates. Conceivably, this assay can be extended to other RLS methods for biomarker detection by simply changing the sequence of DNA1. A DNA-templated copper nanoparticle (CuNP) probe has been developed for the determination of the human immunodeficiency virus oligonucleotide (HIV-DNA). The function of the probe relies on affinity binding-induced DNA hybridization associated with the use of double G-quadruplexes. Double-stranded DNA(dsDNA) with poly(AT-TA) bases was used as a template for synthesis of dsDNA-CuNPs. These have weak fluorescence. In the next step, two G-rich sequences that are linked to both sides of the ds-DNA are locked by HIV complementary DNA (cDNA). If HIV-DNA is introduced, it will hybridize with cDNA, thereby transforming the two G-rich sequences into G-quadruplexes. This enhances the fluorescence of the adjacent dsDNA-CuNPs. Fluorescence increases linearly in the 1 to 200 and 250–1000nM HIV-DNA concentration range, and the detection limit is 13 pM. This enzyme-free fluorometric assay is time-saving, easily operated, and therefore has large potential in biosensing because it may be extended to various other DNA targets. A novel copper-catalyzed oxidative formal [3 + 2] annulations of ketoxime acetates and tetrohydroisoquinolines for the synthesis of fused pyrazoles and imidazoles has been developed. A broad range of important isoquinoline-fused pyrazole and imidazole products were selectively generated by the key control of oxidant.

摘要:
A convenient Cu-promoted three-component decarbonylative alkylative arylation of terminal alkynes with aliphatic aldehydes and arenes is developed to provide chain elongated tri-substituted olefins with good chemo-, regio- and stereo-selectivities, and is applied to the radical-type decarbonylative coupling of sugar analogs. Readily available aliphatic aldehydes are readily decarbonylated into 1, 2 and 3 alkyl radicals for the construction of a C(sp3)-C(sp2) bond via radical addition, followed by HAS-arylation to form the C(sp2)-C(sp2) bond. © the Partner Organisations.

An efficient synthetic route to chiral allylic amines has been developed by nickel/(S,S)-Ph-BPE complex catalyzed chemoselective asymmetric hydrogenation of α,β-unsaturated ketoimines. Varieties of α,β-unsaturated ketoimines have been well tolerated in this transformation to give chiral allylic amines with high yields and excellent ee values (up to 99% yield, up to 99% ee). A gram-scale reaction with 0.2 mol % catalyst loading has also been achieved. © 2019 American Chemical Society.

A three-component procedure for the preparation of 2-substituted benzothiazoles from nitroarenes, alcohols, and sulfur powder is described. The reaction showed a good functional group tolerance to provide the heterocyclic products in moderate to good yields. The sequential assembly involving nitro reduction, C-N condensation, and C-S bond formation has been realized in one pot. Copyright © 2019 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
A three-component cascade bis-heteroannulation reaction is described that provides access to a variety of benzo[4,5]thieno[3,2-c]isoquinoline and thieno[3,2-c]isoquinoline compounds from easily available methylketoximes, o-halobenzaldehydes, and elemental sulfur. Mechanistic studies reveal a two-step process involving a sequential copper and sulfur catalysis relay.

摘要:
A novel DNA-stabilized silver nanoclusters (AgNCs)-based label-free fluorescent platform for simultaneously detecting two human immunodeficiency virus oligonucleotides (HIV DNAs) was developed. The sensing platform was established based on fluorescence enhancement of guanine (G)-rich and the phenomenon in the process of two silver nanoclusters (AgNCs) forming a nanoclusters dimer. The probe (AgNCs/G) utilized for HIV-1 detection adopted an effective conformation based on enhancement effect of G-rich sequence (at 500 nm ex / 565 nm em) while the probe (AgNCs/AgNCs) for HIV-2 generated fluorescence signals (at 580 nm ex / 630 nm em) with bright fluorescence only in nanoclusters dimer. The nanoprobe shows high selectivity for multiplexed analysis of target DNA with a detection limit of 11 pM, respectively. Moreover, this is the first time to use the affectivity of fluorescent AgNCs and two HIV DNAs simultaneous detection integrated into a novel method, which shows a great promise in biomedical research and early clinical diagnosis.

MoS2-loaded G-quadruplex molecular beacon probes for versatile detection of MicroRNA through hybridization chain reaction signal amplification

摘要:
A molecular beacons (MBs)loaded on molybdenum disulfide (MoS2)nanosheets as fluorescence probes for sensitive and versatile detection of microRNAs (miRNAs)through hybridization chain reaction (HCR)has been designed. MoS2 was used as a adsorbent to capture the MBs and a selective fluorescence quencher to reduce the background signal. In the absence of miRNAs, HCR could not be triggered due to the stability of MB probes. The probes attached to the MoS2 surface, efficiently quenching fluorescence of the G-quadruplex/Thioflavin T. However, the presence of target miRNAs triggers the HCR process to generate large amount of HCR products. Meanwhile, the HCR products of long nanowires chain with abundant G-quadruplexes could not be adsorbed on the surface of MoS2, and therefore detach from the MoS2. Consequently, Thioflavin T could be embedded in G-quadruplexes and produced strong fluorescence signal. This fluorescence emission signal could achieve detection of miRNA as low as 4.2 pM and a wide linear ranges from 0.1 to 100 nM. In addition, a versatile fluorescence probe has been developed for detection of miRNA-21 by changing the miRNA-recognition domain of MB. Thus, the fluorescent probe would be a potential alternative tool for biomedical research and clinical molecular diagnostics. © 2019 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
This study described an efficient and practical approach for amide synthesis. The reaction was conducted under metal- and solvent-free conditions at a mild temperature (40 degrees C) in air, and readily available formamides were used as an amino source. This reaction can be easily upgraded to the gram level with an excellent yield.

From difunctionalization of a single alkene to radical-dual-difunctionalization of two different alkenes! Abundant aliphatic aldehydes were readily decarbonylated into alkyl radicals for the cascade construction of C(sp3)-C(sp3), C(sp3)-C(sp3) and C(sp3)-O bonds via double radical addition and radical-radical coupling, following the intrinsic nucleophilic/electrophilic reactivity of both the radicals and alkenes. © The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>A reliable and sensitive cancer cells DNA-templated silver nanoclusters probe has been proposed for screening DNA-targeted anticancer drugs <jats:italic>in vitro</jats:italic>. In this paper, the DNA-templated silver nanoclusters was used to investigate the binding between anthracycline antibiotics and DNA. The template of DNA-templated silver nanoclusters was extracted from human liver carcinoma cells directly, which can express the drug activities against cancer cells more direct than the normal cells DNA. The anti-tumor activities of the four drugs were validated by MTT and apoptotic assay as Mitoxantrone > Epirubicin > Daunorubicin > Adriamycin.</jats:p>

摘要:
A rapid, label-free, and multifunctional fluorescent probe for simultaneous detection of multiple targets was fabricated based on G-quadruplexes and DNA-templated silver nanoclusters (AgNCs). In this work, a probe with two capitated recognized regions was coupled with a locked G-quadruplex at the 5′-terminus and dark AgNC at the 3′-terminus. Upon the addition of the virus subtype H5N1 gene or microRNA-141, only the sequence of the G-quadruplex was released and bound with Thioflavin T (ThT) for a specific fluorescent response. On the contrary, with the presence of the influenza virus subtype H1N1 gene or microRNA-21, the fluorescence intensity was enhanced because of two split AgNCs approaching closely to produce a nanocluster dimer. Subsequently, with multiple target addition, fluorescence signals were produced for both G-quadruplexes and AgNCs. Moreover, this single and duplex detection for virus DNAs and microRNAs, which provides a versatile platform for different targets, was sufficiently sensitive for the expected detection limit, and still possessed unique selectivity with similar oligonucleotides. The simultaneous detection of targets in biological fluids indicated that there is great opportunity for this strategy to be further applied in biomedical research and clinical diagnosis. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.
