摘要:
To investigate the supplemental effects of Hermetia illucens larvae meal (HILM) on the production, egg quality, yolk fatty acid composition, egg amino acid content, oxidative status, and immune indexes of laying hens. A total of 432 Xuefeng black-bone chickens (45-week-old) were randomly assigned to 4 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 18 hens in each replicate. The laying hens were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0%, 1%, 3%, and 5% HILM (CON, HILM-1, HILM-3, and HILM-5, respectively) for 56 d. The experimental diets were isonitrogenous and isoenergetic. The highest egg weight and Haugh unit were obtained with 3% HILM supplementation, but the HILM-3 or HILM-5 supplementation have negative effect on the eggshell thickness, yolk index, and albumen height during the early stage of the experiment. The HILM supplementation linearly or quadratically (p < .05) increased the C14:0, C17:0, C18:2n6c, C20:2 contents of yolk, the Glu, Val, Met, Phe, and Leu contents of egg, the T-SOD and CAT activities, and the NDV-Ab and AIV-Ab levels of plasma. With increasing supplementation of HILM in the basal diet, FCR, the C16:0 and C16:1 contents of yolk, MDA content and IL-2 level of plasma decreased both linearly or quadratically (p < .05). In conclusion, Hermetia illucens larvae meal can be a suitable alternative protein source for Xuefeng black-bone chicken. Dietary supplementation of 3% HILM in basal diets may be a feasible means of effectively increasing the production performance of laying hens, and partially enhanced hens’ antioxidant capability and immune function.
Supplementation of 1% HILM had no effect on laying hens, and supplementation of 3% HILM increased the egg weight and Haugh unit.
Supplementation of 3% HILM or 5% HILM have a negative effect on the eggshell thickness, yolk index, and albumen height during the early stage of the experiment.
Supplementation of 3% HILM increased the C14:0, C17:0, and C20:2 contents of yolk, the Glu, Val, Met, Phe, and Leu contents of egg.
The plasma antioxidant status and immune response improved by dietary addition of HILM at 3% levels.

摘要:
肌苷酸(Inosine monophosphate acid,IMP)是影响肌肉风味的重要物质,是目前地方鸡选育的重要参考指标.IMP在体内沉积受到多种酶的影响,其中包括腺苷琥珀酸裂解酶(Adenylosuccinate lyase,ADSL)、甘氨酰胺核苷酸-5-氨基咪唑核苷酸合成酶(Glycinamide ridonucleotide synthetase-aminoimidazole ribonucleotide synthetase-glycinamnide ridonucleotide formyltransferase,GARS-AIRS-GART)、腺苷磷酸脱氨酶 1(Adenosine monophosphate 1,AMPD1)、氨基咪唑氨甲酰核苷酸转甲酰基酶/次黄嘌呤核苷酸环水解酶(5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase,PURH)和谷氨酰胺磷酸核糖焦磷酸酰胺转移酶(Glutamine phos-phoribosyl pyrophosphate amidotransferase,GPAT)等,均对IMP形成具有重要的调控作用.文中分析了IMP形成机理,并讨论了影响IMP形成的候选基因,旨在增进家禽中肌苷酸性状及其相关分子育种的理解和研究.

摘要:
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects and combinational effects of Bacillus subtilis (BS) and montmorillonite (MMT) on laying performance, gut mucosal oxidation status, and intestinal immunological and physical barrier functions of laying hens. Three hundred sixty laying hens (29-week-old) were randomly assigned to a 2 x 2 factorial arrangement of treatments (n = 6) for 10 wk as follows: (1) basal diet; (2) the basal diet plus 5 x 10(8) cfu BS/kg; (3) the basal diet plus 0.5 g MMT/kg; and (4) the basal diet plus 5 x 10(8) cfu BS/kg and 0.5 g MMT/kg. Dietary supplementation with BS increased egg production and egg mass, the activities of catalase (CAT) and total superoxide dismutase in the intestinal mucosa, and villus height and villus height-to-crypt depth ratio of the jejunum (P < 0.05) but downregulated the mRNA expression levels of toll-like receptor 4 and myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88) in the duodenum and jejunum, interleukin 1 beta in the duodenum, and nuclear factor kappa B P65 (NF-kappaB P65) and tumor necrosis factor alpha in the jejunum (P < 0.05). Dietary supplementation with MMT increased egg production and egg mass, the concentration of secretory immunoglobulin A in the duodenum, and the occludin mRNA expression level in the jejunum (P < 0.05) but reduced feed conversion ratio, malondialdehyde concentration in the duodenum and jejunum, and the mRNA expression level of MyD88 in the jejunum (P < 0.05). In addition, there was an interaction effect between BS and MMT supplementation on the CAT activity and the MyD88 mRNA expression level in the duodenum and the mRNA expression level of occludin in the jejunum (P < 0.05). In conclusion, dietary BS and MMT and their combination may improve the intestinal health status of laying hens, which may contribute to the increase in hens' laying performance.

枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对育肥猪生产性能及肉品质影响

摘要:
为研究日粮中不同水平枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对传统瘦肉型三元杂交育肥猪生产性能、肉品质等的影响.选取60~65 kg左右体重相近、健康和采食正常的育肥猪120头(公母各半),随机分为试验组A(对照组)、试验组B、试验组C 3个组,每个组5个重复,每个重复8头猪.3个组分别饲喂基础日粮,基础日粮中添加(100 mg/kg)枯草芽孢杆菌制剂、(200 mg/kg)枯草芽孢杆菌制剂,进行为期64 d的试验.结果显示,与A组相比,2个试验组的平均日采食量、腹泻率、略有提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);平均日增重B组略有提高,约13 g/d,C组略有下降,约3.5 g/d,差异不显著(P>0.05);料重比、皮毛指数B组略有下降,C组略有提高,基本相差不大(P>0.05);与对照组A组相比,两个试验组背膘厚度、系水率、pH(45 min)、pH(24 h)、嫩度值、总水分均有轻微下降,但基本相差不大(P>0.05);滴水损失、灰分、蛋白质均有不同程度提高,其中滴水损失、灰分上升程度不明显(P>0.05),试验组B蛋白质含量与对照组相比有提高的趋势(P=0.065);眼肌面积、脂肪含量B组略有提高,C组略有下降,但差别不显著(P>0.05);肉色L值、a值、b值均变化不大(P>0.05).综上,基础日粮中添加100 mg/kg和200 mg/kg的枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对育肥猪的生产性能并没有影响,但对于肉品质,能使蛋白质含量有提高趋势,对其他各项指标没有影响.

摘要:
为了研究雪峰乌骨鸡公鸡的繁殖性能,对32周龄和40周龄的白羽、黄羽公鸡精液颜色、密度、射精量、活力,以及白羽、黄羽公鸡21批次受精率等指标进行测定与分析。结果表明:不同周龄、羽色公鸡精液颜色、精子密度、活力与射精量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。随着周龄的增加,黄羽公鸡精液颜色更好、密度更大,射精量增加,精子活力增强;白羽公鸡射精量不变,精子平均活力呈降低的趋势;黄羽公鸡受精率极显著高于白羽公鸡(P<0.01)。说明黄羽雪峰乌骨鸡精液质量与白羽雪峰乌骨鸡相比,随着周龄的变化表现出不同的优势,且黄羽公鸡受精率优于白羽公鸡。

本试验旨在比较溆浦鹅和朗德鹅肥肝营养成分和血清生化指标的差异.选取同批孵化并在相同饲养管理条件下的85日龄溆浦鹅(体重5 200 g)和朗德鹅(体重4 640 g)各60只,按品种分为2组,每组20个重复,每个重复3只.预饲5 d,填饲21 d.测定溆浦鹅和朗德鹅体重、肝脏重、腹脂重、肝脏中氨基酸和脂肪酸组成及血清生化指标.结果表明:1)溆浦鹅的末重和腹脂重显著高于朗德鹅( P<0.05),溆浦鹅和朗德鹅之间初重、体增重率、肝脏重、肝体比、饲料消耗量和料肝比无显著差异( P>0.05). 2)溆浦鹅和朗德鹅的肝脏中氨基酸组成一致,且各种氨基酸含量均无显著差异( P>0.05) . 3)溆浦鹅的肝脏中不饱和脂肪酸含量极显著高于朗德鹅( P<0.01) ,其中反油酸甲酯、顺-11-二十碳烯酸甲酯和二十二碳六烯酸甲酯含量显著或极显著高于朗德鹅( P<0.05或P<0.01) ;而溆浦鹅的肝脏中饱和脂肪酸含量极显著低于朗德鹅( P<0.01),其中棕榈酸甲酯含量极显著低于朗德鹅( P<0.01) . 4)溆浦鹅的血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量和谷草转氨酶活性显著或极显著高于朗德鹅( P<0. 05 或 P<0.01) .溆浦鹅和朗德鹅之间血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量和碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶活性无显著差异( P>0.05) .综上所述,朗德鹅产肝性能和肝脏脂肪沉积能力在一定程度上优于溆浦鹅,但溆浦鹅肝脏中不饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于朗德鹅,更有利于人类的健康.

本试验旨在研究枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,BS)对肥育猪血浆生化和免疫指标及粪便菌群的影响。选取120头平均体重为(62.90±2.37)kg 的“杜×长×大”三元杂交肥育猪,随机分为3个组,每组5个重复,每个重复8头猪。对照组(A 组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组(B、C 组)分别在基础饲粮中添加100和200mg/kg BS。预试期7d,正试期63d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,B、C 组肥育猪血浆碱性磷酸酶活性极显著降低(P<0.01),B 组血浆球蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),血浆白蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05);2)C 组肥育猪血浆免疫球蛋白A 含量和猪圆环病毒抗体水平较对照组极显著提高(P<0.01);3)饲粮中添加BS 对肥育猪血浆和肌肉中内毒素含量均无显著影响(P>0.05);4)与对照组相比,B、C 组粪便中双歧杆菌相对含量显著提高(P<0.05),B 组粪便中巨大芽孢杆菌相对含量显著提高(P<0.05),C 组粪便中产气荚膜梭菌相对含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。由此可见,饲粮中添加BS 可在一定程度上改善肥育猪机体代谢,增强机体免疫功能,优化肠道菌群。

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加蒙脱石( MMT)和枯草芽孢杆菌( BS)对产蛋鸡盲肠菌群和肠道通透性的影响.采用2×2双因子随机设计,选择360只29周龄健康的罗曼粉壳蛋鸡,随机分为4组(每组6个重复,每个重复15只) ,分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组) 、基础饲粮+0. 5 g/kg MMT( MMT 组) 、基础饲粮+5×108 CFU/kg BS ( BS 组) 、基础饲粮+0. 5 g/kg MMT+5× 108 CFU/kg BS( MMT+BS组) .预试期7 d,正试期70 d.结果表明:1) BS组测序获得的有效序列显著多于其他各组( P<0.05) ,试验组测序获得的优质序列较对照组均有一定增加( P>0.05) . 2)在门水平上,与对照组相比,MMT组梭杆菌门相对含量有降低的趋势( P=0.072) , MMT+BS组迷踪菌门相对含量有降低的趋势( P=0.053).在属水平上,与对照组相比,MMT组梭杆菌属相对含量有降低的趋势( P=0.072),BS组乳杆菌属相对含量显著提高( P<0.05) , BS组和MMT+BS组巨单胞菌属相对含量显著提高( P<0.05),MMT+BS组梭菌属相对含量显著降低( P<0.05) . 3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加BS显著降低了产蛋鸡血浆二胺氧化酶活性和内毒素含量(P<0.05),有降低血浆D-乳酸含量的趋势( P=0.051) .可见,MMT、BS及其联用均在一定程度上影响了产蛋鸡盲肠菌群的物种丰度,添加BS降低了肠道通透性.

摘要:
A 2 × 2 factorial arrangement of treatments was used to investigate the effects of Bacillus subtilis (0 vs. 5 × 108 cfu/kg) and montmorillonite (0 vs. 0.5 g/kg) supplementation on laying performance, egg quality, oxidation status, and immune response in laying hens. A total of three hundred sixty 29-wk-old laying hens were randomly assigned to 1 of 4 dietary treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 15 hens per replicate for 10 wk. Dietary treatments were: 1) basal diet; 2) the basal diet + 5 × 108 cfu Bacillus subtilis/kg; 3) the basal diet + 0.5 g/kg of montmorillonite; and 4) the basal diet + 5 × 108 cfu Bacillus subtilis/kg + 0.5 g/kg of montmorillonite. The Bacillus subtilis supplementation increased (P < 0.049) egg production by 1.12%, egg mass by 1.53%, the activities of total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase, and plasma immunoglobulin G concentration. Dietary montmorillonite increased (P < 0.041) egg production by 1.23%, egg mass by 2.23%, shell thickness by 3.29%, albumen height by 7.57%, Haugh unit by 3.98%, plasma glutathione peroxidase activity and interleukin-2 concentration, and liver and spleen total antioxidant capacity, and reduced (P = 0.005) feed conversion ratio by 1.92%. In addition, there was an interaction effect (P < 0.038) between Bacillus subtilis and montmorillonite supplementation on the yolk index, yolk color, plasma total antioxidant capacity and interleukin-4 concentration, or the activity of catalase in spleen. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with both Bacillus subtilis and montmorillonite improved egg production, antioxidant capability, and immune function in laying hens. Dietary montmorillonite improved shell thickness, albumen height, and Haugh unit. The combination of Bacillus subtilis and montmorillonite may have synergistic effects on improving egg quality, antioxidant status, and immune response in laying hens. © 2019 Elsevier B.V.

腺苷琥珀酸裂解酶(adenylosuccinate lyase, ADSL)属于天冬氨酸酶/延胡索酸酶超级家族成员,在嘌呤核苷酸起始合成和嘌呤核苷酸循环中发挥重要作用,同时对改善肌肉风味具有重要意义。为研究溆浦鹅(Anser cygnoides)ADSL在不同组织中的表达规律,本研究以溆浦鹅为实验对象,利用cDNA末端快速扩增(rapid amplification of cDNA ends, RACE)技术对溆浦鹅ADSL基因序列进行克隆,并对其核酸序列及蛋白进行生物信息学分析,同时利用qRT-PCR技术检测ADSL基因在80日龄溆浦鹅不同组织中的表达量。结果显示,克隆获得的溆浦鹅ADSL基因序列(GenBank No. MK161097)全长为1 496 bp,其中5’UTR为202 bp,3’UTR为31 bp,ORF为1 263 bp,编码420个氨基酸,无信号肽位点,属于非分泌蛋白;亚细胞定位预测结果显示,该基因主要存在于细胞质中,为不稳定亲水性蛋白;同源性分析显示,溆浦鹅ADSL基因与浙东白鹅、绿头鸭(Anas platyrhynchos)、原鸡(Gallus gallus)、野鸽(Columba livia)的同源性分别为99.68%、88.33%、85.64%、82.24%,以该基因构建系统发育树,发现溆浦鹅与浙东白鹅的亲缘关系最近,其次是绿头鸭和原鸡,与哺乳动物的亲缘关系较远;ADSL基因在各组织中的表达结果显示,该基因在各组织中均有表达,表达量由高至低依次为胸肌、腿肌、肝脏、皮脂、腹脂,其中胸肌表达量显著高于皮脂、腹脂(P<0.05)。本研究结果为进一步研究溆浦鹅ADSL基因在鹅肉品质中的作用机制提供了参考资料。

摘要:
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌( Bacillus subtilis,BS)对肥育猪生长性能、肉品质和抗氧化能力的影响.试验选择120头平均体重为( 62.90 ± 2.37) kg的"杜×长×大"三元杂交肥育猪,随机分为3个组,每组5个重复,每个重复8头猪.对照组( A组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组( B、C组)分别在基础饲粮中添加100、200 mg/kg BS.预试期7 d,正试期63 d.结果表明:1)饲粮中添加BS对肥育猪末重、平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比均无显著影响( P>0.05) ;2)饲粮中添加BS对改善肥育猪肉品质无显著影响( P>0.05) ;3)饲粮中添加BS对肥育猪肌肉中总抗氧化能力、总超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性及丙二醛含量均无显著影响( P>0.05) ;4)与对照组相比,C组肥育猪血浆中丙二醛含量显著降低( P<0.05) ,血浆中过氧化氢酶活性极显著提高( P<0.01) .由此可见,饲粮中添加BS显著增强了肥育猪血浆抗氧化能力,对肥育猪生长性能、肉品质和肌肉抗氧化能力无显著影响.

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌( Bacillus subtilis,BS)对石门土鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血清抗氧化指标和肠道形态的影响。选取540只55日龄、体重[( 0.75±0.02) kg]相近的健康石门土鸡母鸡,随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮的基础上添加300和600 mg /kg BS的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果表明: 1) 1 ~ 14 d时,与对照组相比,300、600 mg /kg BS组石门土鸡的平均日采食量( ADFI)和平均日增重( ADG)有提高趋势( P>0.05) ; 15 ~ 28 d和1 ~ 28 d时,各组间的ADFI、ADG和料重比( F /G)均无显著差异( P>0.05) 。2)与对照组相比,600 mg /kg BS组石门土鸡的屠宰率显著提高( P<0.05) ,300、600 mg /kg BS组的腹脂率有提高趋势( P>0.05) ;各组间的半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率均无显著差异( P>0.05) 。3)与对照组相比,14 d时, 300 mg /kg BS组石门土鸡的血清总超氧化物歧化酶( T-SOD)活性显著提高( P<0.05) ; 14和28 d时,300、600 mg /kg BS组的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( GSH-Px )活性极显著提高( P < 0.01) 。4)与对照组相比,300、600 mg /kg BS组石门土鸡的十二指肠绒毛高度、绒毛宽度、隐窝深度均有提高趋势( P>0.05) ,300 mg /kg BS组的空肠绒毛宽度显著提高( P<0.05) ;各组间的回肠绒毛宽度、隐窝深度和绒隐比均无显著差异( P>0.05) 。综上,饲粮中添加BS提高了石门土鸡的屠宰性能,增强了机体抗氧化能力,改善了肠道形态。

To investigate the supplemental effects of Bacillus subtilis C-3102 on the production, hatching performance, egg quality, serum antioxidant capacity and immune response of laying breeders, a total of 480 Xuefeng black-bone (25-week-old) hens were randomly assigned into four treatment groups: Hens fed the basal diets with 0 (CON), 3.0 × 10 5 (BS-1), 6.0 × 10 5 cfu/g (BS-2) and 9.0 × 10 5 (BS-3) cfu/g of B. subtilis C-3102. As the B. subtilis C-3102 level increased, egg weight (linear, p < 0.01; quadratic, p = 0.003), fertility (linear, p = 0.021; quadratic, p = 0.059), hatchability (linear, p = 0.038; quadratic, p = 0.119) and yolk colour (linear, p = 0.006; quadratic, p = 0.021) increased in a linear or quadratic manner. Yolk index increased quadratically (linear, p = 0.054; quadratic, p = 0.017), and eggshell thickness (linear, p = 0.036; quadratic, p = 0.128), the activity of GSH-Px (linear, p = 0.024; quadratic, p = 0.078), the concentration of IgM (linear, p = 0.016; quadratic, p = 0.056) and the level of AIV-Ab (linear, p = 0.034; quadratic, p = 0.103) in the serum increased linearly as dietary supplementation of B. subtilis C-3102 increased. The results showed that dietary treatments did not affect egg production, feed conversion ratio, egg mass, hatchability of fertile eggs, eggshell-breaking strength, egg-shape index, yolk percentage, Haugh unit, T-SOD, T-AOC, MDA, IgA and IgG concentrations and the level of NDV-Ab in the serum. In conclusion, dietary supplementation of 9.0 × 10 5 cfu/g B. subtilis C-3102 in laying breeders diets may be a feasible means of effectively increasing egg weight, fertility and hatchability, and improving egg quality such as eggshell thickness, yolk index and yolk colour. Besides, B. subtilis C-3102 can enhance the activity of GSH-Px, the concentration of IgM and the level of AIV-Ab in the serum. © 2018 Blackwell Verlag GmbH

摘要:
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with calcium montmorillonite (Ca-MMT) on layers’ oxidation status, immune response, serum biochemistry, performance, and egg quality. A total of four hundred-eighty 75-wk-old laying hens were randomly assigned to 5 treatments with 8 replicates per treatment and 12 hens in each replicate. The hens were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, or 1.2 g Ca-MMT/kg for 70 d. The Ca-MMT supplementation linearly or quadratically (P < 0.05) increased yolk index, serum total superoxide dismutase activity, and interleukin-2 and immunoglobulin G concentrations at d 35, and shell thickness, and serum and liver glutathione peroxidase activity at d 70. With increasing supplementation of Ca-MMT in the basal diet, serum activity of alkaline phosphatase decreased both linearly and quadratically (P < 0.05) at d 35, and alanine aminotransfer as activity and tumor necrosis factor-alpha concentration decreased linearly or quadratically (P < 0.05) at d 70. The evidence indicates that increasing Ca-MMT concentration improved yolk index and shell thickness, and partially enhanced hens’ antioxidant capability and immune function. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.

为研究雪峰乌骨鸡体重生长发育规律,选取雪峰乌骨鸡公母鸡各30只,分别在1 ~ 17周龄和上市日龄(126 d)称重,比较不同性别雪峰乌骨鸡的生长发育性能,利用Logistic曲线依次对不同性别的雪峰乌骨鸡体重进行拟合,得出公母鸡的生长拐点;分析1~13周龄公母鸡的体增重情况;分别对1~13周龄公母鸡体重与上市日龄体重进行相关分析,并对与上市日龄体重相关性显著的周龄体重进行回归分析.结果表明:雪峰乌骨鸡4周龄时公鸡体重显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),5周龄及之后公鸡体重极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01);1~5周龄公母鸡体重增加趋势基本一致,13周龄后公母鸡体重明显拉开差距.公母鸡Logistic曲线模型的拟合度均达到0.999,公鸡的生长拐点为10.1周龄,母鸡的生长拐点为8.9周龄.公母鸡平均日增重较高的时期分别为10~12周龄和8~12周龄,较低的时期均在2~4周龄;公母鸡绝对生长的高峰分别在9~11周龄和8~10周龄;公母鸡相对生长曲线均呈“反J形”.公鸡1~13周龄体重、上市日龄体重之间都呈极显著相关(P<0.01);母鸡上市日龄体重与2~4周龄体重呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与第1周龄和5~13周龄体重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01).结果显示,不同性别的雪峰乌骨鸡生长发育性能存在一定差异.Logistic曲线能较好地拟合雪峰乌骨鸡体重生长发育规律.

microRNAs (miRNAs) and PIWI-interacting RNAs (piRNAs) execute important regulatory roles in testis development and spermatogenesis, while previous studies mainly focus on the expression profiles in immature and mature porcine testes, which may cause a bottleneck for further understanding their complex physiological processes in porcine testes development and spermatogenesis. Thus, we presented the expression and characterization of miRNAs and piRNAs in DS (60-day-old), DN (90-day-old), DT (120-day-old) and DF (150-day-old) pig testes. In total, 12,834,628, 13,359,726, 12,851,249 and 12,938,601 clean reads were generated from these libraries, respectively. 293 mature and 36 novel miRNAs as well as 4923 piRNA clusters were identified from pig testes, and they showed an age-dependent manner. GO enrichment analysis of miRNA target genes and piRNA generated genes showed that they participated widely in regulating the pig spermatogenesis process. In addition, 12 differentially expressed miRNAs were randomly selected to validate using qRT-PCR. Our results provided novel comprehensive expression profiles of miRNAs and piRNAs in pig testes at different stages of sexual maturity, which will promote our knowledge of them in regulating the pig testes development and spermatogenesis process. © 2017, The Genetics Society of Korea and Springer Science+Business Media B.V.

A comprehensive and systematic understanding of the roles of lncRNAs in the postnatal development of the pig testis has still not been achieved. In the present study, we obtained more than one billion clean reads and identified 15,528 lncRNA transcripts; these transcripts included 5032 known and 10,496 novel porcine lncRNA transcripts and corresponded to 10,041 lncRNA genes. Pairwise comparisons identified 449 known and 324 novel lncRNAs that showed differential expression patterns. GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analyses revealed that the targeted genes were involved in metabolic pathways regulating testis development and spermatogenesis, such as the TGF-beta pathway, the PI3K-Akt pathway, the Wnt/β-catenin pathway, and the AMPK pathway. Using this information, we predicted some lncRNAs and coding gene pairs were predicted that may function in testis development and spermatogenesis; these are listed in detail. This study has provided the most comprehensive catalog to date of lncRNAs in the postnatal pig testis and will aid our understanding of their functional roles in testis development and spermatogenesis. © 2017

miRNA的研究是近几年生命科学领域的研究热点,该文对miRNA的形成及作用机制进行了论述。当前研究miRNA最主要的手段是高通量测序技术,文章对该技术的起源、发展、原理、分类及近几年在猪miRNA功能研究中的应用进行了综述。高通量测序技术的出现促进了基因组学研究领域的发展,目前已成为猪转录组研究的重要手段,为猪的基因组学研究提供了一个高效的平台,为当前猪品种遗传改良、辅助育种选择工作提供了数据基础。
