摘要:
Simple SummaryN-carbamylglutamate (NCG) has been demonstrated to promote the synthesis of endogenous arginine and improve reproductive performance. In the present study, we found that dietary NCG supplementation improved meat quality of a Chinese fat-type pig by increasing muscle tenderness and Phe concentration, and optimizing fatty acid profiles in different tissues. These results provided scientific evidence for the application of NCG as a feed additive in finishing pigs. Abstract The present study evaluated the effects of dietary N-carbamylglutamate (NCG) on carcass traits, meat quality, and fatty acid profiles in the longissimus dorsi muscle and adipose tissues of Chinese Ningxiang pigs. A total of 36 castrated female pigs with a similar initial weight (43.21 +/- 0.57 kg) were randomly assigned to two treatments (with six pens per treatment and three pigs per pen) and fed either a basal diet or a basal diet supplemented with 0.08% NCG for 56 days. Results showed that dietary NCG reduced shear force (p = 0.004) and increased drip loss (p = 0.044) in longissimus dorsi muscle of Ningxiang pigs. Moreover, increased levels of oleic acid (C18:1n9c) (p = 0.009), paullinic acid (C20:1) (p = 0.004), and alpha-linolenic acid (C18:3n3) (p < 0.001), while significant reduction in the proportions of arachidonic acid (C20:4n6) (p < 0.001) and polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) (p = 0.017) were observed in the longissimus dorsi muscle of pigs fed NCG when compared with those fed the control diet. As for adipose tissues, the C20:1 (p = 0.045) proportion in dorsal subcutaneous adipose (DSA), as well as the stearic acid (C18:0) (p = 0.018) level in perirenal adipose (PA) were decreased when pigs were fed the NCG diet compared with those of the control diet. In contrast, the margaric acid (C17:0) (p = 0.043) proportion in PA were increased. Moreover, the NCG diet produced PA with a greater proportion of total PUFAs (p = 0.001) (particularly linoleic acid (C18:2n6c) (p = 0.001)) compared with those produced by the control diet. These findings suggest that dietary NCG has beneficial effects by decreasing the shear force and improving the healthfulness of fatty acid profiles, providing a novel strategy for enhancing meat quality of pigs.

摘要:
非洲猪瘟是养猪业的第一杀手,自1921年东非国家肯尼亚首先出现非洲猪瘟疫情以来,这个病毒已经在非洲亚洲欧洲等区域传播了近百年,对世界养猪业造成了无可估量的损失。我国于2018年8月在辽宁省沈阳市首次发生非洲猪瘟疫情,并在极短的时间内传遍全国,对我国养猪行业的发展产生了巨大的影响,养猪业在近2年时间里发生了极大的变化。文章采用Taq Man探针实时荧光PCR技术,阐述一种快速、准确的非洲猪瘟病毒检测方法,并结合非洲猪瘟传播感染途径的特点,制定科学的诊断程序与防控措施来保证养猪业的生产安全。

摘要:
本试验旨在研究亚麻油对宁乡猪背肌和3种不同脂肪组织中长链脂肪酸谱的影响,并探究脂肪酸生成的潜在机制。选取日龄相近、平均体重(43.21±0.64) kg的宁乡阉母猪30头,随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复3头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加2%亚麻油,试验期56 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2%亚麻油后,宁乡猪背肌中花生一烯酸(C20∶1)、γ-亚麻酸(C18∶3n-6)、α-亚麻酸(C18∶3n-3)含量显著提高(P<0.05),花生四烯酸(C20∶4n-6)含量显著降低(P<0.05);饲粮中添加2%亚麻油对3个脂肪组织中脂肪酸含量的影响与背肌趋于一致,如能显著提高背脂、腹脂和肾周脂中亚油酸(C18∶2n-6c)、C18∶3n-6、 C18∶3n-3、二十碳三烯酸(C20∶3n-6)含量(P<0.05),降低背脂和腹脂中油酸(C18∶1n-9c)(P < 0.05)、C20∶4n-6(0.05≤P<0.10)及肾周脂中硬脂酸(C18∶0)含量(P<0.05);同时,饲粮中添加2%亚麻油还能显著降低3种脂肪组织中n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)比值(P<0.05),使3种脂肪组织中平均n-6/n-3 PUFA比值降到5.92。此外,饲粮中添加2%亚麻油能显著下调背脂中乙酰辅酶A羧化酶α(ACCα)、γ-过氧化酶活化增生受体(PPARγ)和脂肪酸去饱和酶2(FADS2)基因的表达(P<0.05),对α-过氧化酶活化增生受体(PPARα)基因的表达也有抑制趋势(0.05≤P<0.10)。上述结果表明,饲粮中添加2%亚麻油能显著提高宁乡猪背肌、背脂、腹脂和肾周脂中C18∶3n-3含量,使3种脂肪组织中平均n-6/n-3 PUFA比值降至《中国居民膳食指南(2016)》推荐范围(4~ 6)内;这可能是通过调控细胞分化及抑制脂肪酸从头合成途径实现的。

摘要:
Supplementation of selenium (Se) is a common practice in the poultry industry via sodium selenite (SS) and selenium yeast (SY), while the effects of nano-selenium (NS) on laying hens are poorly known. This study aimed to compare the effects of NS, SS, and SY on productivity; selenium (Se) deposition in eggs; and antioxidant capacity in laying hens. A total of 288 30-week-old Brown Hy-line laying hens were randomly assigned into four dietary treatments, which included corn-soybean meal basal diet (Con) without Se sources and basal diets supplemented with 0.3mg Se/kg as SS, SY, or NS, respectively. The results exhibited that Se-supplemented treatments achieved greater egg production, egg weight, and daily egg mass, also better feed conversion ratio than Con group (p < 0.05). Se supplementation significant increased egg Se concentration and decreased the egg Se deposition efficiency (p <0.05), while SY or NS supplementation had higher Se deposition efficiency than SS group at 35days (p < 0.05). Moreover, serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity increased in SS or NS group compared to Con group (p < 0.05). The glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX-4) mRNA levels in liver were significantly higher (p < 0.05) in SS or SY group than in NS group, and mRNA levels of the methionine (Met) metabolism gene glycine N-methyltranserfase (GNMT) were markedly upregulated (p < 0.05) in SY group compared to SS or NS group. Taken together, the results revealed Se from SY is deposited into eggs more efficiently than Se from NS or SS, probably via enhancing the route of Met metabolism. Meanwhile, it might be concluded that SS or SY supplementation directly regulated GSH-Px activity via enhancing GPx4 level, whereas NS via GPx1, thus affecting body oxidation and development. © 2018, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.

在猪乳的5种核苷酸(尿苷酸、胞苷酸、肌苷酸、鸟苷酸以及腺苷酸)中,尿苷酸的含量最为丰富,占乳汁中总核苷酸的90%以上。与母猪乳汁相比,仔猪教槽料中尿苷酸最为缺乏,这种现象在仔猪断奶早期尤其明显,因此,尿苷酸可能对仔猪正常的生长发育起着重要的作用。尿苷酸作为一种基础的嘧啶核苷酸类化合物,具有非常重要的生理功能。本文从尿苷酸的结构、吸收代谢、生理功能、与三大营养物质代谢关系及在动物生产中的潜在应用等方面予以综述,旨在为单核苷酸在动物生产中的添加和单核苷酸营养提供参考。

摘要:
This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of methionine and lysine supplementation on growth performance, meat quality and rumen fermentation parameters in growing goats. Twenty Xiangdong black goats with initial body weights of 18.1 ± 2.07 kg were used and randomly assigned into four treatments including: no additive (Control), 1.27% Methionine (T1), 2.45% Lysine-HCl (T2), 1.27% Methionine plus 2.45% Lysine-HCl (T3). After 28 days of feeding, the goats were slaughtered and samples were collected for the study. Supplementation of methionine and lysine had no effect on growth performance, meat quality, tissue chemical composition and rumen fermentation parameters. These findings suggest that the mode of supplementation of methionine and lysine used failed to detect the variation. © 2019 Agricultural Research Communication Centre. All rights reserved.

摘要:
全面了解中国乌骨鸡的遗传背景有利于保护和开发利用其种质资源。本研究测定了中国12个乌骨鸡品种线粒体细胞色素c氧化酶亚基I (cytochrome c oxidase subunit I,COI)基因,比较分析其遗传多样性和群体遗传结构。 255份乌骨鸡样品共检测到22个变异位点,占分析位点的3.17%;核苷酸多样性为0.00142-0.00339,单倍型多样性为0.380-0.757,其中略阳乌鸡核苷酸多样性最高,德化黑鸡最低。检测到7个氨基酸变异位点,来自6个品种共11个个体。定义了24种单倍型,其中单倍型H1和H3为12个乌骨鸡品种共享,出现频率分别为115次和64次;盐津乌骨鸡单倍型数最多,广西乌鸡最少。中性检验与错配分析显示实验种群未经历显著的群体扩张事件。分子变异分析显示81.06%的变异来自群体内;品种间遗传距离为0.002-0.004,品种间遗传分化系数Fst值为-0.035至0.594,雪峰乌骨鸡与其他种群间的遗传分化程度最高。邻接树显示,乌骨鸡未能独立形成分支,不能从家鸡和红原鸡中有效区分开来。中国乌骨鸡中介网络图将24个单倍型分为3条进化主支,呈现出一定的品种特异性,由无量山乌骨鸡、云南盐津乌骨鸡和雪峰乌骨鸡组成单倍型H8、H9、H11、H12游离于这3条进化主支之外。增加其他家鸡和红原鸡COI基因的中介网络图主体结构与中国乌骨鸡的相同。结果表明中国乌骨鸡品种遗传多样性较低,但品种间遗传分化显著,可能是从当地家鸡中选育而来,需要加强种质资源的保护。

摘要:
The Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is a large and elevated plateau (mean elevation 4500 m) in northwestern China, where with a harsh environment for animal survival. Tibetan sheep is an important dominant livestock that inhabit this harsh environment. The objective of this trial was to preliminarily explore and compare the effects of indigenous barley straw (BS) and artificial cultivated oat hay (OH) on growth performance, visceral organ mass and meat quality of Tibetan sheep. Twenty-four Tibetan sheep with initial weights of 15.9±1.92 kg were randomly assigned to two mixed diets containing the same concentrate mixed with BS or OH, and the experiment was carried out in a completely randomized design. The weight of lungs and thymus for OH was greater (P≤0.05) than that of BS, while the weight of other viscera (heart, liver, kidney, epinephros and spleen) had no significant difference (P>0.05) between the two. The weight of the rumen, reticulum and abomasum for OH was 10.31%, 31.22% and 33.44% (P≤0.01) higher than that of BS. The length of the colon in sheep fed OH diet was longer (P≤0.01) than the sheep fed BS diet. The content of Histidine in longissimus dorsi muscle of OH was greater (P≤0.05) than that of BS, while there were no significant (P>0.05) differences between the two for the other individual amino acids (AA), umami AA, essential AA and total AA. It is concluded that the two types of roughage did not affect the growth and slaughter performance, meat quality, but OH is beneficial for the gastrointestinal development for Tibetan sheep. © 2019, Veteriner Fakultesi Dergisi. 五华三黄鸡;生长曲线;Logistic模型;Gompertz模型;Bertalanffy模型;上市时间
摘要:
随机选取1日龄五华三黄鸡200只,公母各半,测定0~20周龄的体重、采食量.分别运用Logistic、Gompertz和Bertalanffy模型拟合其生长曲线,并与采食量函数相结合,进一步推算出最佳上市时间.结果表明:3种模型均能很好地拟合五华三黄鸡生长曲线,各种模型的拟合度(R2)均在0.996以上,其中Gompertz模型拟合效果最佳,公、母鸡拟合度分别为0.998,0.999. Gompertz模型拟合的五华三黄鸡公、母拐点周龄分别是8.418周和8.210周、拐点体重分别是800.229 g和661.916 g;公、母鸡累计采食量与时间的三次回归方程拟合度分别为 0. 999,0. 998,拟合效果良好;结合经济学中边际理论得出公、母鸡最佳上市时间为 16. 88 周(118 d)和15.63周(110 d).

杜仲提取物对宁乡猪胴体性状和肉品质的影响

摘要:
试验旨在探究杜仲提取物对宁乡猪胴体性状及肉品质的影响。选择同栏舍、同批次、体重相近的健康宁乡阉母猪24头(体重均在43 kg左右),随机分为对照组(饲喂基础饲粮)和试验组(饲喂基础饲粮+杜仲提取物1 500 mg/kg),每组4个重复,每个重复3头。试验期60 d。饲养结束后,每个重复随机抽取1头宁乡阉母猪进行屠宰及肉质测定。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组中宁乡阉母猪的屠宰率提高1.53个百分点(P<0.05),体直长、斜长以及平均背膘厚等胴体性状之间没有显著差异(P>0.05);肌内脂肪含量提高2.41个百分点(P<0.05),剪切力降低13.11%(0.05<P<0.10),其余肉质指标间无显著差异(P>0.05);氨基酸指标间均无显著差异(P>0.05);在背最长肌脂肪酸指标中,试验组中亚油酸(18:2n6)、花生四烯酸(20:4n6)、多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的含量分别显著降低1.82、0.7、2.37个百分点(P<0.05),单不饱和脂肪酸的含量提高4.22%(P=0.076),其余脂肪酸指标间差异不显著(P>0.05);在脂肪代谢基因表达量中,脂肪甘油三酯脂肪酶(ATGL)、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)、肝X受体(LXR)、脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)为目的基因的表达量分别显著下调62.00%、76.00%、77.00%和82.00%(P<0.05),而对以过氧化酶活化增生受体(PPAR)为目的基因的表达量没有显著影响(P<0.05)。综上表明,饲粮中添加杜仲提取物1 500 mg/kg可以提高宁乡猪的屠宰率、肌内脂肪,降低肌肉中亚油酸、花生四烯酸、多不饱和脂肪酸的含量,对脂肪代谢相关基因的表达具有显著的抑制作用,表明在宁乡猪饲粮中添加杜仲提取物可以改善其胴体品质及肉品质。

摘要:
旨在探讨日粮添加羟基蛋氨酸锌(Methionine hydroxy analog chelated zinc,MHZn)对镉(Cadmium,Cd)引起断奶仔猪脏器损伤的修复作用。本研究选用24头45日龄的二元阉公猪(长×大,体重(13.22±1.36)kg)。随机分为4个处理组:对照组(Con组)、含镉日粮(30mg·kg~(-1),Cd组)组、镉(30mg·kg~(-1))+低浓度羟基蛋氨酸锌(100mg·kg~(-1))日粮(LMHZn组)组、镉(30mg·kg~(-1))+高浓度羟基蛋氨酸锌(200mg·kg~(-1))日粮(HMHZn组)组。每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪,代谢笼单栏饲喂,试验期30d。第31天清晨对仔猪进行前腔静脉采血,空腹称重、屠宰、采样,称量肝、脾、肾重量,计算仔猪平均日增重、日采食量、料重比、脏器系数;制作肝、肾、十二指肠、空肠、回肠组织切片;检测肝、肾中Cd和微量元素含量;测定血浆生化指标。结果显示:1)与Con组相比,Cd组仔猪的平均日增重显著降低,料重比显著升高(P<0.05);十二指肠和空肠肠绒毛长度显著降低(P<0.05),十二指肠、空肠的隐窝深度显著加深(P<0.05),十二指肠、空肠绒毛长度/隐窝深度比显著降低(P<0.05);导致肝、肾细胞损伤、变性;肝、肾中的镉含量显著升高(P<0.05);血浆白蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05)。2)当含镉日粮中添加MHZn时,与Cd组相比,仔猪日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),并且LMHZn和HMHZn组与Con组无显著差异(P>0.05);提高十二指肠和空肠绒毛长度(P<0.05),减少仔猪小肠绒毛损伤;HMHZn组肝脏系数显著降低(P<0.05),并接近Con组水平,表明MHZn可有效缓解镉导致的肝肿大。并且,MHZn可有效缓解镉引起的肝细胞颗粒变性和脂肪变性,减少肾小管上皮细胞的变性和损伤,减少淋巴细胞的增生。MHZn(200mg·kg~(-1))可显著减少镉在肝、肾中的蓄积(P<0.05),减少镉对血浆白蛋白和总蛋白的影响,表明MHZn对缓解肝、肾、消化道镉损伤有一定的修复作用。综上所述,MHZn有助于缓解并修复镉对小肠、肝、肾的损伤。

摘要:
The present study is conducted to determinate fatty acids (FA) composition in 3 adipose tissues. Subcutaneous and perirenal adipose tissues were prepared from 24 Ningxiang castrated boars and 24 castrated gilts fattened by a traditional diet for 56 d, respectively. The results showed that the FA profile in the 3 adipose tissues (dorsal subcutaneous adipose [DSA], abdominal subcutaneous adipose [ASA], and perirenal adipose [PA]) differed greatly. In boars, the proportions of oleic acid (c18:1n9c) (P < 0.05), cis-11-20c acid (c20:1) (P < 0.05), and α-linolenic acid (c18:3n3) (P < 0.05) in DSA were the highest among 3 adipose tissues, whereas palmitic acid (c16:0) (P < 0.05) and stearic acid (c18:0) (P < 0.05) in DSA had the lowest proportion. In gilts, cis-11-20c acid (c20:1) (P < 0.05) in DSA was the highest, while stearic acid (c18:0) (P < 0.05) in subcutaneous adipose was the lowest among these deposits. Overall, the results indicate that from external to inner carcass of boars, the sum of saturated fatty acids (SFA) increase, but the sum of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) decrease, while ASA of gilts have the greatest proportion of MUFA and the lowest SFA. Sex and adipose locations as significant effects on the FA profile are interaction. © 2018 Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加亚麻油(LO)对宁乡猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质的影响。选取日龄相近、体重约43 kg的宁乡阉母猪30头,随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复3头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加2%LO的试验饲粮,试验期8周。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2%LO后,宁乡猪的平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05),料重比有降低趋势(0.05≤P≤0.10);皮厚提高13.40%(0.05≤P≤0.10);肌肉剪切力降低21.89%(0.05 ≤P≤0.10),肌肉△pH提高21.37%(P<0.05);肝脏苏氨酸(Thr)、丝氨酸(Ser)、甘氨酸(Gly)和精氨酸(Arg)含量显著提高(P<0.05),谷氨酸(Glu)、丙氨酸(Ala)和赖氨酸(Lys)含量有提高趋势(0.05≤P≤0.10)。上述结果表明,饲粮中添加2% LO可以改善宁乡猪的饲料转化率,提高肌肉嫩度和肝脏中部分必需氨基酸(Thr、Ser)的含量,但会对宁乡猪的皮厚和肌肉pH产生一定的负面影响。

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加杜仲提取物对宁乡猪生长性能、血清生化指标和肝脏脂肪代谢的影响.选择体重约43 kg的健康宁乡阉母猪24头,随机分为2个组,每组4个重复,每个重复3头猪.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加1 500 mg /kg杜仲提取物.试验期56 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,1)饲粮中添加杜仲提取物可使宁乡猪的平均日增重略有增加,平均日采食量降低46.88 g /d,料重比降低2.74%,但差异均不显著( P>0.05) .2)饲粮中添加杜仲提取物可使宁乡猪的血清甘油三酯( TG)和高密度脂蛋白( HDL)含量分别增加33.33%( 0.05≤P<0.10)和20. 29%( P< 0. 05) ,血清低密度脂蛋白( LDL )含量显著降低13. 21%( P < 0.05) .3)饲粮中添加杜仲提取物可使宁乡猪肝脏单不饱和脂肪酸( MUFA)中的棕榈烯酸含量增加19.64%( 0.05≤P<0.10) ,多不饱和脂肪酸( PUFA)中亚油酸含量降低10.71%( 0.05≤P< 0.10) .4)饲粮中添加杜仲提取物可使宁乡猪肝脏中甘油三酯脂肪酶( ATGL) 、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶( ACC ) 、肝X受体α( LXRα)和脂肪酸合成酶( FAS)的mRNA表达量分别显著下调62.00%、76.00%、77.00%和82.00%( P<0.05) .综上所述,饲粮中添加杜仲提取物可提高宁乡猪的血清HDL含量,降低血清LDL含量,下调肝脏中FAS和ACC等的mRNA表达量,进而影响机体的脂肪酸代谢.

A preliminary in-vitro solid-state fermentation of peeled (PCRM) and unpeeled cassava root tuber meal (UCRM) using Aspergillus Niger van Tieghem, was conducted, followed by a force-feeding experiment to investigate the effects of a diet of solid state fermented peeled (PCRM) and unpeeled (UPCRM) cassava root, supplemented with limiting amino acid, on metabolizable energy (ME) for meat-type cockerels. Forty eight, 84 d-old meat-type cockerels (Ross 308) were assigned to 8 treatments consisting of 6 birds per treatment laid out in a 2 × 2 × 2 factorial arrangement of treatment consisting of PCRM and UCRM subjected or not to solid-state fermentation and supplemented with or without limiting amino acids. An additional 6 cockerels were used for endogenous study. Peeling of cassava root increased (P < 0.05) gross energy content of the resultant cassava meal when compared with UCRM. Solid-state fermentation using Aspergillus Niger increased (P < 0.05) the crude ash, ether extract and arginine concentration of PCRM and UCRM. Solid-state fermented PCRM recorded the highest (P < 0.05) amylopectin, least (P < 0.05) resistant starch and hydrocyanide concentration. Highest (P < 0.05) apparent metabolizable energy (AME) and nitrogen corrected AME (AMEn) values were obtained for cockerels fed with solid-state fermented PCRM supplemented with or without amino acid. However, supplementation of solid-state fermented PCRM with amino acid resulted in highest (P < 0.05) true metabolisable energy (TME) and nitrogen corrected TME (TMEn) for meat-type cockerels. Reduced (P < 0.05) AME and AMEn values were recorded for UCRM, regardless of solidstate fermentation and amino acid supplementation. In conclusion, solid-state fermentation and amino acid supplementation of PCRM resulted in improved AME, AMEn, TME and TMEn values for meat-type cockerels. Amino acid supplementation had no improvement on AME, AMEn and TME values of UCRM for meat-type cockerels. © 2017 Trop. Agric. (Trinidad).

摘要:
The aim of this study was to compare the effect of dietary supplementation with low dose of porous and nano zinc oxide (ZnO) on weaning piglets, and to evaluate the possibility of using them as an alternative to high dose of regular ZnO. Piglets were randomly allocated into four treatment groups fed with four diets: (1) basal diet (NC), (2) NC+ 3000 mg/kg ZnO (PC), (3) NC + 500 mg/kg porous ZnO (HiZ) and (4) NC + 500 mg/kg nano ZnO (ZNP). The result showed that piglets in HiZ group had less diarrhea than ZNP group (P < 0.05). Besides, there was no significant difference between PC, HiZ and ZNP groups in terms of serum malondialdeyhde (MDA) concentration and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity (P > 0.05). Analysis of trace metal elements revealed that piglets fed with high dose of regular ZnO had the highest Zn level in kidney (P < 0.05), which may induce kidney stone formation. Additionally, a decrease in ileal crypt depth was observed in PC, HiZ and ZNP group, suggesting an effective protection against intestinal injury. Results of mRNA analysis in intestine showed that ZNP supplementation had better effects on up-regulated trefoil factor 3 (TFF3) and nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) levels in duodenum and jejunum than HiZ did (P < 0.05), implying that nano ZnO may possess higher anti-inflammatory capacity than porous ZnO. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with low dose of porous and nano ZnO had similar (even better) effect on improving growth performance and intestinal morphology, reducing diarrhea and intestinal inflammatory as high dose of regular ZnO in weaning piglets. Compared with nano ZnO, porous ZnO had better performance on reducing diarrhea but less effect on up-regulation of intestinal TFF3 and Nrf2.

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加半胱胺对宁乡猪血清生化指标和肝脏脂肪代谢的影响。选取同批次平均体重约43.0 kg宁乡阉公猪30头,随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复3头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加80 mg/kg半胱胺,试验期8周。结果表明: 1)与对照组相比,试验组血清中葡萄糖含量提高了21.91%(P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白含量提高了26.22%(P < 0.01),总胆固醇含量提高了9.75%(P < 0.10),尿素氮含量降低了14.14%(P < 0.05)。2)与对照组相比,试验组肝脏中饱和脂肪酸中肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸和花生酸含量分别降低了72.09%(P<0.01)、13.12%(P<0.05)和71.13%(P<0.01),十七烷酸含量提高了11.77%(P< 0.10);单不饱和脂肪酸含量升高了40.37%(P < 0.01),其中反油酸含量降低了85.90%(P < 0.01),油酸含量提高了55.80%(P<0.01);多不饱和脂肪酸含量降低了7.56%(P<0.05),其中亚油酸含量降低了18.56%(P<0.01),二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和二十碳三烯酸含量分别提高了96.13%和37.99%(P<0.01)。3)与对照组相比,试验组过氧化物酶增殖体激活受体α(PPARα)表达量显著增加(P<0.05)。综上,在宁乡猪肥育猪饲粮中添加半胱胺能提高肝脏中DHA的含量,可能是通过调控肝脏脂肪代谢基因PPARα的表达,进而影响机体的脂肪代谢。
