A porous graphene (PG) bionanocomposite of PG, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and anti-indole-3-acetic acid (anti-IAA) antibody for sensitive and label-free amperometric immunoassay of IAA was reported. A PG film was produced by a pre-reduction/electrochemical reduction process on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and then a homogeneous AuNPs layer electrodeposition on the PG film. The anti-IAA antibody was immobilized onto the AuNPs through electrostatic adsorption and covalent conjugation. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), cyclic voltammetry (CV), elecro-chemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV-vis) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were used to characterize the PG film and the stepwise modification of the immunosensor. The electrochemical immunosensor exhibited a wide linear range from 2 × 10 -11 to 2 × 10 -8 g mL -1 with a detection limit of 0.016 ng mL -1 (S/N = 3) and showed significant linearity R 2 = 0.9970. In addition, the proposed immunosensor showed acceptable selectivity and has been applied to the determination of IAA in the extract samples of several plant seeds with acceptable relative derivation (%) ranging from -5.25% to 4.24% between the immunosensor and high performance liquid chromatography. The proposed chemical pre-reduction and electro-reduction guided protocol can be extended to the preparation of many other functionalized PG nanocomposite films for wide applications. © 2019 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
A simple, practical and metal-free method has been developed for the synthesis of sulfonamides and β-arylsulfonyl enamines via the selective cleavage of C-N and C-H bonds through the iodine-catalyzed oxidation of arenesulfonyl chlorides and sodium sulfinates with tert-amines. The method uses commercially available inexpensive catalysts and oxidants, and has a wide substrate scope and operational simplicity. © The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
以黑米为碳源,采用热解-溶剂热组合法制备了蓝色荧光碳量子点,经透析纯化后对其性能进行表征.透射电镜表明制备的碳量子点在水溶液中分布均匀且尺寸约为3 nm,紫外-可见光谱表明碳量子点在240 nm和310 nm处有吸收峰,荧光光谱表明碳量子点在440 nm处有最大的发射光谱,且随着激发波长的红移而红移.研究表明该量子点在抗盐性和抗酸碱性方面性能优异.此外,我们还考察了碳量子点对金属离子的响应性能,结果表明该量子点在抗阳离子干扰方面有良好的应用价值.

摘要:
A novel, sustainable, environmentally friendly, high substrate scope, efficient, solvent-free and metal catalyst-free method for the cross-dehydrogenative coupling (CDC) reaction between N-hydroxyphthalimide (NHPI) and benzyl/ether compounds is described. This coupling reaction proceeds through ultrasound acceleration. Compared to conventional heating conditions, the use of ultrasound techniques not only improves the reaction efficiency and enhances the reaction rate but also minimizes the side reactions.

摘要:
An efficient and highly E-selective protocol for the synthesis of vinyl sulfones is described. This simple protocol demonstrates the first synthesis of vinyl sulfones via a silver-catalyzed C-S bond coupling reaction. In addition, the success of the reaction was found to be critically dependent on the use of TEMPO as the additive. © 2018 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
The aim of this study is to explore the impact of cadmium (Cd) and arsenic (As) stress on physiological indexes and Cd/As uptake ability of Miscanthus, including Miscanthus sacchariflorus A0104, Miscanthus sinensis C0424 and C0640. Cd and As concentration showed significant hormesis effects on some physiological indexes, such as chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, and MDA content. Compared with control group, Cd uptake can be most greatly enhanced by above fourfold with 150mg/kg Cd treatment. As uptake of A0104 was increased by 3 ~ 33 folds with 200mg/kg As treatment, C0424 was increased by 7–12 folds with 100mg/kg As treatment, while C0640 was increased 1 ~ 6 folds with 250mg/kg As treatment. The results also showed that C0640 was relatively better for the Cd remediation in the high Cd concentration (150mg/kg) contaminated soil, while A0104 and C0424 were relatively better for the As remediation in the high As concentration (100 ~ 200mg/kg) contaminated soil. Additionally, significantly (p < 0.05) close correlations were found among physiological indexes (except MDA content), while physiological indexes showed no significant relationship with the heavy metal contents in root, stem, and leaf. © 2018, Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

Pt nanoparticles (PtNPs) well-dispersed on thiolated polyaniline (TPANI)-multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were prepared for enhanced electrocatalytic oxidation of methanol in acidic media. Briefly, the preparation of nanocomposites was carried out via microwave-assisted thiol-ene reaction of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (DMcT) with oxidized PANI, which was synthesized in the presence of MWCNTs, yielding TPANI-MWCNTs; then, PtNPs were deposited on TPANI-MWCNTs by a microwave-assisted method to obtain PtNPs/TPANI-MWCNT nanohybrids. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry (CV), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and inductively coupled plasma-atom emission spectroscopy were used to study relevant nanohybrid properties. TEM showed that PtNPs were well dispersed on TPANI-MWCNTs. TGA showed that PtNPs/TPANI-MWCNTs exhibited better thermal stability than PtNPs/TPANI-MWCNTs and PtNPs/MWCNTs. CV studies showed that PtNPs/TPANI-MWCNT-modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) exhibited a larger electrochemically active surface area and higher electrocatalytic performance toward methanol electro-oxidation compared with those of PtNPs/PANI-MWCNTs/GCE and PtNPs/MWCNTs/GCE. Also, the PtNPs/TPANI-MWCNTs/GCE electrode possessed high stability and maintained 86% of its initial catalytic activity after 1000-cycle CV in 1.0 M CH 3 OH + 0.5 M H 2 SO 4 . © The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
以蚕沙为碳源,经一定条件高温直接碳化或水热碳化,所得的产物经过纯化后得到发蓝色荧光的碳点溶液。通过透射电镜(TEM),紫外-可见吸收光谱,傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)等对其性能进行表征。结果表明以蚕沙为原料制备的碳点荧光强度大,表面富含氨基和羟基,具有很强的亲水性,在pH 4~11的范围内和盐溶液中皆具有良好的荧光性能。此外考察了碳点对金属离子的响应性能,结果表明该碳点在选择性检测Cd^2+和Pb^2+方面具有潜在的应用价值。

《基础化学实验》是农业院校全校性非化学专业学生的化学基础课和必修课。我们采用自主性学习法对《基础化学实验》教学进行了探索性改革,通过采用实验记录卡片法、分组讨论法、学生参与实验教学法和创新实验设计法等自主性学习法对实验教学进行了改革,并探讨了《基础化学实验》教学中自主性学习法应用存在的主要问题和对策,以期在《基础化学实验》教学中达到提高学生学习积极性、独立思考能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力、创新能力等目的,最终达到提高教师实验教学质量的目的。

以乙醇为碳源,邻苯二胺为掺杂剂,采用脉冲电位法制备了发黄色荧光的碳量子点,并对其性能进行了表征。透射电镜表明制备的碳量子点尺寸在5 nm以内,紫外光谱表明碳量子点有两个吸收峰,荧光光谱表明所制备的碳量子点在552 nm处具有独立于激发波长的发射峰,且具有较好的抗盐性和抗酸碱性。此外考察了碳量子点对金属离子的响应性能,结果表明该碳量子点在选择性检测Fe~(3+)方面具有潜在的应用价值。

摘要:
[目的]探讨石香薷主要成分麝香草酚对植物病原菌的影响。[方法]采用管碟法研究麝香草酚对13种致病微生物的抑制作用。[结果]麝香草酚对13种受试菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对水稻恶苗病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌、黄瓜炭疽病菌、油菜菌核病菌4种植物病害真菌的抑制效果极显著,抑菌效果与麝香草酚浓度呈正相关,对这4种真菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.125、0.063、0.063、0.250 mg/mL,最低杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为0.125、0.125、0.063、3.000 mg/mL。[结论]试验结果可为麝香草酚的进一步研究提供理论依据。

) encountered in the electrolyte solutions of vanadium redox flow batteries (VRBs). The calculated results indicate that radii of all charge‐balancing ions are less than 3.01 Å and of all hydrated multivalent vanadium ions are greater than 3.78 Å. The results of our calculations also suggest that cation‐exchange membranes with pore sizes ranging from 3.98 to 7.56 Å and anion‐exchange membranes with pore sizes ranging from 6.02 to 7.56 Å are suitable for the VRB application. These computational results agree very well with reported experimental results and provide valuable guidance for the selection and design of membranes on the molecular level for VRB applications.</jats:p>

10%精喹禾灵乳油对斑马鱼的急性毒性试验

摘要:
农业生产中粮食产量的提高离不开农用除草剂的施用,而施用除草剂的过程中难免会造成环境的污染,进而使环境生物受到迫害。以斑马鱼作为试验用鱼,采用半静态法测定10%精喹禾灵乳油对鱼类的急性毒性。将斑马鱼置于配制好的精喹禾灵药液中进行染毒,利用高效液相色谱法测定斑马鱼经0 h、24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h染毒后水体实际浓度,记录相应浓度下斑马鱼的死亡数目,计算各时间点的致死中浓度,并观察斑马鱼中毒症状。根据化学农药毒性等级划分标准进行分级,确定10%精喹禾灵乳油农药的毒级为高毒。

摘要:
通过单因素与正交实验研究了微波辅助乙醇溶剂法提取黄龙胆根黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件,优化了大孔树脂对所得黄酮类化合物进行纯化的工艺。得出提取最佳工艺条件为:微波功率300 W,微波时间8 min,乙醇浓度35%,料液比1∶20。在此条件下,得率为32.19%,粗提物总黄酮含量为1.97%。通过静态实验,选出最佳纯化树脂为AB-8大孔树脂;通过动态实验,得出吸附分离黄龙胆根黄酮类化合物工艺参数为:上样液流速2.00 m L/min,洗脱剂流速2.00 m L/min。经纯化后总黄酮含量为20.17%。

A sensitive and robust method using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was developed for quantitation of 13 phytoestrogens and related metabolites in rat serum samples. A new type of column, the Kinetex core-shell C18 column, was applied for rapid separation of the target analytes in 10 min. Two enzymes, sulfatase H-1 and gulcuronidase H-5 from Helix pomatia were compared on the efficiency of releasing the conjugated forms of the target analytes to their free forms in serum samples. The method detection limit (MDL) defined as three times the signal to noise ratio in spiked serum matrix-based solutions was in the range of 0.1-3.5 ng/mL. The linear dynamic calibration was in the broad range of 0.2-500 ng/mL for all target compounds. Thirty-two rat serum samples from the rats that were fed with diets containing either casein or soy protein isolates with various amounts of isoflavones for 8 weeks were analyzed for the target analytes with the developed method. Nine target analytes were detected in the serum samples. Those detectable compounds are all the metabolites of the dietary isoflavones, suggesting that the diet isoflavones were mostly metabolized to their metabolites in rat. © 2016 Published by Elsevier B.V. 橙皮多糖组成、理化性质及抗氧化性检测

探索并优化了橙皮多糖的提取工艺条件,检测纯化后橙皮多糖的组成,理化性质及抗氧化性;方法:采用用单因素及正交实验设计探索并优化超声波辅助提取橙皮多糖的工艺条件,粗多糖经氯仿:正丁醇(5:1, V:V)去蛋白、浓缩、乙醇沉淀后冷冻干燥,利用离子色谱技术分析纯化后橙皮多糖的组成,采用常规理化检测方法及体外抗氧化实验检测了纯化后橙皮多糖的理化性质及抗氧化性能力。结果表明离子色谱法测得橙皮多糖由3种单糖组成,分别为鼠李糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖醛酸;理化性质实验结果显示,橙皮多糖溶于水,微溶于体积分数为95%乙醇,不溶于乙醚、丙酮,灰分含量为0.1191%,蛋白质含量为0.15 mg/g抗氧化能力低于抗坏血酸(Vc)和2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT),橙皮粗多糖抗氧化能力优于精制橙皮多糖。

摘要:
本试验旨在研究不同来源粗饲料发酵特性及对微生物细胞膜界面物理化学特性的影响。以小麦秸、玉米秸、水稻秆、苜蓿和桂牧一号为试验材料,采用体外发酵技术,研究不同粗饲料发酵48 h时体外发酵特性及发酵液微生物界面物理化学特性。结果表明:1)5种粗饲料体外发酵产气量及产气动力学参数[最大产气量(Vf)、产气曲线常数(b)、产气分率(k)、达到最大产气量1/2时所用时间(T_(0.5))、初始发酵产气分率(FRD_0)和达到最大产气量1/2时的发酵产气分率(FRDt_(0.5))]存在差异;Vf以桂牧一号最高,显著高于水稻秆(P<0.05),极显著高于小麦秸(P<0.01);b、k及T_(0.5)以小麦秸最高,T_(0.5)按小麦秸>水稻秆>玉米秸和桂牧一号>苜蓿的顺序显著降低(P<0.05);苜蓿的FRD_0和FRDt_(0.5)显著或极显著高于桂牧一号、水稻秆和玉米秸(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2)苜蓿干物质消失率显著或极显著高于水稻秆、小麦秸(P<0.05或P<0.01),氨态氮含量显著高于桂牧一号、水稻秆(P<0.05)。不同粗饲料间发酵液微生物细胞膜通透性按玉米秸>小麦秸>水稻秆>桂牧一号和苜蓿的顺序显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,不同品种粗饲料间在发酵特性以及微生物部分界面物理化学特性间存在差异,利用不同粗饲料发酵不同步的特性进行组合,可能有利于提高粗饲料的利用。
